SHAMPOOCH Pet Grooming

We have been going to Shampooch for 2 years, my maltese Dobby got his first grooming when he
was just 3 months old with SAMUEL, who by the way is an amazing groomer, specially with puppies, we couldn’t believe Dobby was so calmed and let Samuel cut his fur perfectly!
We go every month and we are very happy with the service and attention to details.

Stassi was amazing & very professional on the phone, great service as well, would highly recommend going to Shampooch

Have tried a few cause we moved away from that area, but we keep coming back.

I can not recommend this institution hard and strong enough, they are the warmest, super professional yet approachable and flexible, Chewie feels at home and they treat him as part of the family, alway feel at ease to keep him there whether it is a short trip, or a long trip and they keep him healthy, safe, happy and me updated, love you shampooch family

Better haircut than my barber. More expensive than my barber. I'm only a little bit less hairy.

Could not be happier with their service. I have used other groomers and none compare to Shampooch. The standard they provide is above and beyond. My baby smells fresh for weeks after her grooming. The staff are always so warm and welcoming. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Unhappy & disappointed & very angry as was not expecting this kind of over grooming.with My puppy of 7 months. He was completely stripped off his fluffy coat closest to his skin. Need justification and an answer for this. 3rd May 2023

Using used instruments and not sterilizing the instruments used on my dog which has caused infection and pain to my dog and after even telling them that the vet has confirmed it’s done by groomers but you guys are in total denial, I haven’t asked for any compensation but atleast accept the mistake and don’t try this on other dogs coming to so called reputed place and not taking proper care

My baby is in so much pain and I will never ever come to you guys and will spread the kind of pain it’s caused by you guys

Utterly unprofessional and unhygienic

We love Shampooch! Our Leo looks absolutely adorable when he’s done and they always take the time to ask us exactly what we would like, and encourage us to send them photos to try their best to to make them look exactly like the pictures if not better! Long hair cuts, shorter ones, they can do it all! Their grooming staff are kind and Leo always comes back calm and happy even though he isn’t a fan of bath time or groom time at all. They are also always so friendly and their daycare is lovely too.

Very nice place. My dog went in for a groom and they did a great job! She also looked very happy.

Staff were lovely and my dogs looked super cute with the bandana. Its a shame my girl dog hates getting groomed by anyone.

My two dogs have attended day care and boarding as well as being groomed for the past year. They put a cute bandana after every groom which is a unique touch. The team always send personalized picture and video updates during their stay. They are super flexible with booking boarding and day care. The grooming has been perfect for my two short haired dogs also. Only issue is the prices have increased recently which have made them less competitive and waiting for them to put a shade over the grassed outside area especially for the summer months.

Took my puppy for basic grooming and left with a chunk of shaved fur between her eyes. Their response is that it will grow back. In my opinion this as a really bad mistake specifically that this fur is on the face, I'm frustrated it's been 2 weeks and still looks the same.

Many thanks to the guys for taking care of Mr. Casper, when he is there I'm sure everything will be fine. Thank you Paulina for your professionalism, not every Daycare has such a kind staff.

We went to Shampooch today for the first time and it was the biggest mistake I made for Tatu so far. Worst cut ever! Though I have shown them Tatu’s last grooming style. They also had my dog bleed in the mouth. They didnt even bother removing the bloodstain. Picture attached for you to see and judge.

The lady with specs who assisted us, she is in denial, not sorry and simply said, “his hair will grow”, like send your preferred style so next time they know what to do. Really?

The groomer named Gary were not sorry, he stressed my dog was stress. Dude it is because of your heavy hand grab.

Poor customer service for the groomer Gary and the lady with specs. Only reception feels sorry.

Our dog Jake always gets super excited on the way to Shampooch! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely outdoor area and good indoor facility with overnight facility. Unlikely the other big places in Al quoz, this is quiet and has a good vibe, not stressful at all. The staff seem to play with dogs a lot. Very happy with the grooming we have had done.

The services is good however, this is the second time I give them my dog' vaccination card to scan and keep it in their records and again they don't find it.

We took our dog for grooming and anti shedding cut. It was a great experience. The premises is quite swanky and fun. They have a great outdoor place for dogs to run around and play. The anti shedding cut didn't really work much so that was a bummer

Hurt my dog during grooming. Kept him in a cage while still not dry and only decided to dry him once we arrived to collect him. My dog now has hurt testicles because of his grooming at this place. Rude receptionist and when we complained they just said we will keep it in our file. No care and no remorse. Absolutely terrible service.

Visited their branch today at 6.10 I didn’t know they were already closed as there were ppl inside so I walked in and the staff by name of “dinko” I think of Sri Lankan nationality came and was extremely rude. And said we are closed why are you coming inside! I got very shocked. Very bad service, he could have politely just mentioned they were closed and I would have left.

I was looking for boarding but I definetly will not
Visit them again.

By far the best grooming saloon for pets in dubai!
The staff has been one of my favorites, they are quite on the pricey side of things but they do an excellent job. I usually take them to their location in al quoz.
I recommend them highly

They don’t groom cats so I sent my yorkshire too them, they are extremely overly priced compare to other pet saloons and the hair wasn’t cut evenly! It looked like layers and I wasn’t happy at all. Will not be returning

Highly recommended. Slightly on the expensive side compared to other shops but the worth the service

Bring my 2 dogs today.groomers were good and efficient but.the receptionist is unfriendly and not commercial at all
Paid over 390 aed for both dogs with even a voucher which receptionist told me is for one dog only.sorry but will be looking to other places giving proper discount

Please don't take your Canine for Bath to Shampooch especially if you have long hair Canine. It was so frustrating that my boy was wet and they did not even bother informing that they did not dry. Also, Rough brushing have made him to lose lots of hair. If you are looking for a Professional place, Please AVOID Shampooch from my own experience.

Best place for your pooch, wether it’s hotel, dog daycare or grooming. Staff were all nice and polite.

Pet owners plz be aware of this place I told the groomer to clean around my dogs eyes, which is he always gets. Nobody told me I noticed my dog was squinting all. Next day we went to a vet then it turned out one of their groomers had injured my dog in his eyes. My poor baby right now is recovering from a very sever damage to the surface of his eye either it was the shampoo medicated shampoo or injury with a sharp object.

Its unprofessional place.wasting of time.we call them and the guy give us false information and we went there for nothing.am not recommended this place

They are not professional at all. I am not recommending this place to anybody specially for people who are looking for professionalism. The call centre is the worst and they give false information that you cannot trust. The small dogs are not separated from the big ones.

Baco is like a son to me. He grew up at Shampooch. This guys are incredible with him. I trust them Baco with more peace of mind than leave him with friends. The amount of care and love Baco gets from the entire team at Shampooch literally melts my heart. On top of it it is always incredibly clean. Plus the entire team spoils the little rat more than I do.

Dog came back with a hole in skin bleeding.
I just saw here more people with same problem. They only give you excuses and lies.

We have been taking our fur babies to their salon for grooming for over a 16 months now. Each time they get better and the staff is so friendly. We love everyone there and wish them the very best of Business!

My grumpy old boy Baxter loves Shampooch! The groomers and handlers are so kind and patient with him and he always comes out smelling clean and looking amazing. ️

NEVER AGAIN!

It used to be the place to go to until the recent issue that occurred on Tuesday. I have a Pomeranian and I booked for a regular bath and cut, when the dog was returned I have noticed a deep cut on her front leg that was bleeding. I have called Shampooch to report that and they told me they would call me back. They followed back on Thursday saying that they haven't seen my dog reaction to the cut on the cameras. SERIOUSLY?
Anyhow, if you love your pet I would not recommend to choose Shampooch services.
