A reasonable place for electronics and phones. You will get everything in your budget. Also they have installments plans as well on different bank credit cards.

I was looking for smart watch and Mr shivaraj helped me to find a better watch I am fully satisfied with SHARAF dg thank you I will visit again

Good selection of products and prices are decent too. 100 staff on the floor but only 2 check outs so long wait for paying. I asked for manager but no one knew who it is. Staff is working on commissions so not sure whose genuine cause they are pushing there products. Also too pushy with selling the warranty which is needed.

Good point,
- A lot of electronics and household items to choose from at a good price.

Bad points,
- Please educate your staff with better customer service and product knowledge. So many staff around but not all of them are actually useful.
- Please change your cashier system. Always long queue at the cashier.
Your cashiers have to keep running back and forth to the back room to get the items.
- Please get the store system organised.

Very disappointed with Sharaf Dg products, be careful everyone don’t buy blindly before trying any of their products at the store. I just purchased a laptop that was completely found defected when I reached home.

But the setting and program is different on the display (which is not same model)

So now i need to go back to the shop and ask again since we bought this new model.

Waited for a long time until I paid and got the product! They have workers more the customers but you wait long time to pay!

I brought my son a lenovo m10 hd. However, it does not work properly, and I gave the tablet for repairing because whenever he types it is incorrectly and screen is not working well. I ask you to give me an Apple IPad.

Don't buy anything from Sharaf DG online, you won't get the right product, service and its totally disaster. I have bought one washing machine and its not working, made many complaints but no reply or calls until now, its more than 25 days. Totally disappointed.

All the electronics item available but analog watches and small item are not available in the display

Ordered online to have it picked in their DCC store. It was promised online that it will be delivered in 7 days and until now i didnt receive it. This is not good at all.

Sharaf DG of Mirdaf mall is quite big and all brands of electronics available at very reasonable prices.

Too many sales staff. But just one cashier with many customers queuing up. I don't understand their logic. Needs improvement especially in the era of online shopping.

Despite my disappointment of service. Rajiv, who is taking care of Huawei left me surprised of how he took care of me for all my purchases even for items not in his section! When his colleagues were caring only of making the sale, also they tried to take his sale, something I was shocked to see.
He followed up and advised me for what I have purchased what is not in his section, not only this. But he followed up on item I had to collect. Which was his colleague duty. Also on my complaint that wasn't his duty either!
Sharaf DG should be honored to have you on board!

Really BAD and terrible after sales and call center support. I don’t understand what kind of system you have working in your aftersales and support but IT IS APPALLING & DISGUSTING. Useless call center agents who answer customer queries as if someone took a dump in their coffee. Keep up the bad work, hopefully your competitor will do better.

Very bad experience. Last visited the Drira city centre store. Totally sales staff behaviours were not sharaf DG standard. Need to coach and shuffle to other Branch.

Great place for electronic stuff. Reasonable discount on prices like mobile, tv and others as well. I brought a new mobile from Sharaf dg and also got complimentary gifts from them which are really useful.

Very bad service with 0 commitments to delivery time and customer service, they took the money and gave me the invoice but never delivered my product and would not reply to our calls and messages at all

New shopping experience. Lots of energy in the store. It gets a new look very often and an attractive place for all tech lovers, Near to my work place and felt good place to upgrade with technology and to shop for new stuff any time.

Good place for electronics & gadgets. Great deals online and on store. Some items not available in store but in warehouse, need to pay first then next day can get it.

Great choice, the price is slightly higher, but you can redeem Air Miles

Can’t praise enough Eric, who helped us to choose washing machine. Eric had an extensive knowledge on the appliances, explained the brand difference regarding electricity and water consumption, inverter option. Also touched up on the warranty.

Sharf DG carry good products but customer service Not good at all based on my latest experience with customer service call centre, unhelpful and waste of time to make the call.

It was horrible experience buying from them. Last 9th July I’ve given my go pro hero 8 for repair as the unit is hanging and I’m not able to use it properly. They said it will take 10 to 15 working days. But it’s been 1 month and I didn’t receive any update from them. Now, I got it back and they said there’s nothing wrong with the other unit and it’s just need to update from the mobile application. Now it’s updated, but it’s hanging again. So, what’s the use of keeping the unit for more than 1 month and the issue has not been resolve. I don’t know if the go pro is making very poor quality of product. Or the partner itself is not giving good service to the customer. Is this how the warranty works? You all will keep the unit, till 1 year warranty completed?

I came to buy a vacuum cleaner and cloth Iron steamer.
Selected the items with the service agent and went to the counter as asked for payment.
But once I paid and checked the items, the Cloth Steamer (Tefal model no. IT 3402MO) which I selected was replaced by (Tefal Model no. IT 3400MO) without my knowledge which is totally different item then ordered.
Once requested for change they said they don’t have the said Item in stock.
Went to the manager and asked to give me the displayed Item but they don’t have the box.
Asked them to write it down on the cash receipt that they sold it without box they denied to do so.
Asked them to refund, they said it will be done tomorrow!
WTH!
Finally Mr. Fazal Raziq in Customer support helped me out and now I am going back after getting the item, which I selected, but without Box and with a gate pass! After almost 2 hrs.
Is this Sharaf DG standard?
If that’s the case… I am sorry for such pathetic sales system and Team!
And I will never recommend my friends and Family for shopping at Sharaf DG ever!

I bought a Gopro 9 bundle with extra battery, however, i was told i will get the battery in a week. It's been 16 weeks no battery and no response.

Very bad service waiting for long time to have tiny thing done and by the end it was not, searching for stuff manually and compare size manually by eyes whether it is fitting or not by the staff, no barcode, what is this, anyway options and alternatives are a lot and I don’t think I will visit Sharaf DG any more.

Absolutely there is no ''customer first" attitude in this store, buyers make sure you get everything is promised by the sales agent before paying, once you pay you will be treated differently, have patience in cash counter they don't value your time.

We keep on waiting around 30 minutes at the flour mixer product counter to buy but no sales man was there to explain. Even we request to others sales man nd sales girls they refused to explain us. At last we left Sharaf DG.
Because Sharaf DG have billions of dollar business so they don't care for their existing and new customers.

Pathetic customer service! Place an online order for store pick up and it was mentioned 2 - 3 business working days for processing. When asked on the 3rd working day they say we are out of stock. Why would you add something for sale when you don’t have the stock? And the third day happen to be thursday, so they say friday, saturday is weekend so will only be possible on sunday. Im asking about a product that i have paid in advance and this is how you talk to your customer.just dont care attitude.online chat service is even worse.all they say is if you have anything email sharaf dg.

Their products are good but customer service is worse, on purchase of refrigerator we got a cookware set which they ask us to come and collect 2 days later, when we went there after 2 days to collect they told us the stock is finished and we have to again come after 2 days. Its so stupid to ask your customers to come again and again to collect the gift set, they either should deliver with the product or handover at the same time of purchase to reduce the hassle.

They are full of tricky sales people. I had pre-order S21 ultra 3 weeks before and still I didn't received it. I suggest to better buy from Samsung store.

I bought surface 4 2 years back from Sharaf DG Deira city center. After 2 years my smart key board of Microsoft costing aed 540 stopped working. Went to Sharaf DG Mirdif mall, they refused to accept, called Microsoft no help, call connected to some other country.finally I changed the smart key board for another AED 570, still didn't work. Took the machine to Microsoft service center in Alain center bur Dubai. They said this is known problem of surface product which some internal machine problem. These problems with surface, if this machine stop working no service available.next option is replace the machine which is unrepairable. Unlike apple, Microsoft has no service center support for customers well. Too bad service, never again to SURFACE product. I have Mac product, service from them is incomparable, apple products are too good, beyond expectations, long lasting, and service which you can completely rely on, staff and engineers are amazing.avoid going for surface products also from Sharaf DG.when buying the product all promises, when return the product they refused to accept from Mirdiff.

‎قمت بشراء تلفزيون عن طريق التطبيق وبعد يومين قام أحد الموظفين بالاتصال بي وإخباري بعدم توفر المنتج، واقترح بتبديل لحجم آخر وارجاع المبلغ المتبقي، واكتشفت أنه يوجد فرق في السعر 2500 درهم وهم سيقومون بإرجاع فقط 1500 درهم.

‎وعلى مدار 3 أيام أحاول الاتصال بهم ولكن لا يوجد رد، فتيقنت أن هذا ما سوف يحدث إذا صار عطل بالمنتج، فخدمة ما بعد البيع سيئة، ولا يوجد لديهم أي مصداقية أو احترام للعميل.

‎الشركة تعاني من نقص الكوادر وسوء الإدارة.

Online selling service is very bad and totally failed if it was not developed and solving its problems I bought a product from the online store and after buying and paying, tell me that the product is not available, I am surprised how they sell a product on the store and then buy it and say it is not available

Worst experience ever, unqualified customer service. They failed to deliver and wheninask refund because of their failure they delay and delay and till now they did nor refund. Not recommended at all.
