Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a washing machine from SHARF DG The appliance arrived broken, and despite repeated attempts to seek assistance from customer service, the response has been slow and unhelpful. The lack of resolution is causing significant inconvenience, and I'm frustrated with the overall experience.

Sharaf DG is a good brand, but I would suggest to goto any other store to make your purchases/ even online.
The store has poorly trained staff that presented offers that are not available with the brand. The employee upon being called out for misguiding gave a false statement that “the customer misunderstood, I mentioned of a different model” completely unacceptable and a complain was even raised specifically to address to the store manager/head but there was no follow up call from the top mgmnt but a customer rep supervisor (which I’m sure the complaint wasn’t even escalated to protect each other). The store representatives clearly need some additional training and harsh warnings on misleading offers to the customers.

I bought TV and they delievered the TV next day without installing as they told me they will install the next day at 12pm…. 12 pm passed and still not installed

If I can give a 0 star, I would do
It. Not only did my delivery not arrive on time, the store manager was extremely rude. They copied the wrong address so my delivery didn’t come.but I was never contact or told that the address wasn’t complete. I only wanted to purchase my TV if it was delivered the next day, they promised it would be. I wasted my whole day off waiting for it to never arrive. Customer service didn’t help. I want to raise this complaint to the sharaf dg team to whichever manager was on duty June 23rd at 5pm.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sharaf DG's delivery service and felt compelled to share my feedback. I purchased a fridge from their store with the promise of next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery never happened, resulting in a complete disaster for my household.

Not only did the delay lead to the loss of all the perishable food items we had in our old fridge, but it also caused significant inconvenience and frustration. The situation could have been avoided had Sharaf DG honored their commitment and delivered the fridge as promised.

What adds insult to injury is their response to my justified claim for compensation. I requested 50% of the fridge's price as compensation for the losses we incurred due to their failure to deliver on time. However, Sharaf DG outright refused and only offered a mere apology. This lack of accountability and refusal to address their mistake is deeply disappointing.

As a customer, I expected better from a reputed electronics shop like Sharaf DG. Their failure to fulfill their delivery promise and their dismissive attitude towards my claim demonstrate a lack of professionalism and customer care.

I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchasing from Sharaf DG. Their inability to deliver on their promises and their refusal to take responsibility for the consequences of their actions should be a red flag for anyone in search of reliable service.

I sincerely hope that Sharaf DG takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their delivery service and customer satisfaction in the future. Customers deserve better treatment, especially when they have placed their trust and hard-earned money in a company's hands.

Please think twice before choosing Sharaf DG for your electronic needs.

Very rarely that i go to sharafdg and they have what i want! They always say “pay and we will arrange it and you pick it up tomorrow” i wish to know what so they keep in their super big stores! Unbelievable!

Very very bad after sales service. My ticket Ticket # 6202203 is still pending after months and they don't reply to emails. Don't buy from here. Best is Amazon.

The worst customer service in the world.
Dishonest, rude and ignorant sales and customer service representative.
They sold us a whirlpool dryer which was damaged and was sent for repair 4 times and when we asked for a replacement they asked us to complain to economic department.
This is what happens when is a monopoly of one company in a sector.

Unfortunately I have to edit my review. Customer service flew out of the window. My first bad experience was trying to get online help. After being through endless questions that all tries to sell you something, I got hold of an agent that also just tried to sell me stuff. I wanted help in buying something, not just stuff my cart full. I then went to the shop in Dubai Hills, simply to be told that the products online is actually not from DG Sharaf! It is from 3rd party vendors who sit behind the DF Sharaf brand and they cannot offer these products. Please DG Sharaf, get your customer service teams back into the journey and don't isolate customers.

Terrible service I waited all day for the dryer to be delivered they kept on moving the time frame at the beginning it was from 11 to 6 and then they moved it from 11 to 7: 30 will never order from them again

Last July I bought an iPad from this branch and they recommended sharaf care as it’s much better than apple care, few days back my iPad's screen was broken and needs to be replaced when I went to them they told me that I have to wait for 10-15 days till they check it and I will pay 10% or 200 aed and it covers maximum two accidents per year Only which is worse than apple care, if we went for apple care it will be replaced on the same visit and we will pay 179 a fixed price and apple care covers unlimited accidents so, I don’t recommend Sharaf care.

Pathetic and poor customer services! Hundreds of sales staff to attend but extremely poor after sales services. I bought an expensive cooking range and they were supposed to send me gift they promised. Until now I’m chasing them but so many excuses to send me gift. Why promise at first place when can’t fulfill. Never go on their promotions.

Bought a new Samsung phone and the service was amazing. Charlie was the most helpful person spending at least 2 hours on and off transferring old phone to new phone. Thoroughly recommend buying from here. First class service

No one ready to attend the customer in trimmer section even after I call then by sign language. Two of them are arguing like both don’t want to attend.

If you need to get in touch with the store give up hope. All calls go to a useless centralized call center, they will tell you there is no phone number for the store, no store ID number. We need simple delivery information but they will not even give us the delivery company name. This is a shameful operation. Who ever operates this chain needs to sort their business out.
