Thier online shop is the absolute worst! The deserve negative 10000000000000000000 for this.all negative.they dont know how to run an online shop.no system, no call back.delivery doesnt happen unless you call them 500 times.you request to speak to a manager, they tell you that you will get a call back within an hour.no one calls.by dubai standards this is poooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooor.

I happy with the service provided by them.one can buy the products at best price. I purchased apple tv 4k wifi and they uploaded all required docs from their end. I got VAT refund smoothly from airport kiosk.

I bought 3 brand new items from this store. Only 1 is working. If they could replace it fast and offer proper service, it’s fine. But no it’s a total nightmare to follow up on after sale with Sharaf DG, you call 4 different persons the same day giving different information.
It’s been 1 week now I have a Panasonic fridge with 28 degrees inside and lost 1000+ Aed of premium frozen seafood, they advised me to buy a 2000+ Samsung washer dryer with 20 years warranty - it’s also delivered faulty.

Army of extremely aggressive staff. Once you enter the shop - at least 5 minions will start following you, asking if you need any help.
If you answer “no”, they will just silently follow you, staying behind your back and staring at you. Very creepy. I have a panic attack every time I approach this place.

Had purchased a 77" OLED TV from Dubai Mall store with a service warranty for 3 additional years.
3 weeks ago the TV had an issue with the power supply going on and off, technicians were organized and attended 3 days later to check and reconfirm that this is an ongoing issue with this model. He was very confident on his diagnoses.

He mentioned that as a corrective action the circuit breaker has to be replaced and same has to be approved by the insurer.

Have followed up for the last 2 weeks with Sharaf DG and still have the same answer waiting on approval. It is very sad that Sharaf DG cannot support the after sales service.

This is not the first time this has happened, had a similar incident a year before.nothing has changed, only false promises.

Hope the senior management open their eyes and focus on customer satisfaction.

In general DG sharaf has the worst service, they want to rip you off any chance they get. I went to buy products worth 10k AED, they will always try to add unnecessary warranties even when you say no to them, without my knowledge additional warranties were added. In addition to that I never got my bill copy, I asked them for a physical one but they know I would add and check. I was also in a hurry so I took their word for it, till now I am waiting for my bill which they promised. On top of it I have previously purchased in virgin electronics there is a clear difference in product feel and packaging as well. I do believe 1 out of 5 products you buy in Dg sharaf are not legit. Be aware never ever buy from there and by chance you end up buying there just make sure you don’t end up with a Pakistani sales person, just run

Ive visited to Sharaf dg dubai mall branch on sunday 9 JULY to buy a new SONY TV 100” but the sales staff name mohamad osama who attendent me doesnt want me to sell sony he keeps on forcing me for samsung 98” unfortuntely i was looking for a specific model which my client require but his attitude was disgusting as he gave me false information and i was loyal gold customer to SHARAF DG this makes me feel embarrassed and ive bought the same TV from sony shop and ill never recommend any of my neighbours or collegues to choose SHARAFDG because of staff bad attitude and behaviour as he need to get well trained

Don't buy from this supplier.
Totally disorganized.
Delivery don't arrive in the day of appointment (it happended three times, not only ones).
If you speak with two persons of the customer care, you'll have two different versions and the problem not solved.

I will never buy anything from them again.

Worst customer service ever. No response, no call back, no manager, no customer service. Refused to escalate to a manager, promised to call back and didn't several times and now have both my product and my money and can't tell me if I can get a refund or not. Unacceptable.

The worse customer service i have comparing to all electronics shops. They are un-ethical and not committed to their work. They delivered A TV to my home but they brought the wrong bracket. The guy agreed with me that he will bring the right bracket and would install for free and all of that written in the delivery note paper with the signature of both parties. After that, he left my home and he called me and said that the customer has to buy the bracket and there will be installation fees as well. I have raised a complaint and today i have received a call from them regarding my issue but unfortunately it was not helpful and person who were talking to me very rude. I do not recommend anyone to buy or deal with Saraf DJ. Unprofessional and no transparency with custome.

The process is really painful. You want something and the staff is trying to sell you just the most expensive stuff you say you obviously don’t want. They behave like if they wouldn’t have anything else. Look I know that have a few coins from recommending me something but this is totally annoying.

Yesterday I came to the store because I needed a power bank for samsung. The girl shows me one and assures me for five minutes that this is what I need, something with wifi. When I told her that this is not what I need, then she just called a colleague who is it "understands", Expert. I gave him my handy to see, he show me one Power bank and told me it was original for samsung. Okay, I come home and what I see, Power bank for another type of
handy! On the next day I went again to store. I need another one, I don't need my money back! I spent thirty minutes trying to explain that I need a power bank with the original cable. The Manager and Customer Service Girl tell me, you have a charger at home, so use it!? Imagine, buy an originally packaged product, and they tell you, use an old cable. Then I realized that they don't even know what they are selling or selling just to earn points. I finally gave up discussing he brought me some old cable from the back room and I left very angry. NO MORE!

Worst service and staffs have attitude. We looking for the cheapest laptop (doesn't wrong about that and it doesn't mean that a person is a cheap or not). That Indian and African lady (staffs) mocked my husband they thought we didn't hear it and when I looked at them they shut up and pretend nothing happend. Sharaf DG have a good electronic items and thats for sure but should focus on staff attitude and how to deal with the customers. Very disappointing

Good selection of electronics. The salesman in the sections have their targets for sale so they do oversell sometime. Do your homework. Do price comparisons online before you buy. In most cases you will find better deal online. Sharaf DG guys will then tell you stories as to why you may get fake things online. But that not the case. So just browse, research and then buy.

The worst service I ever had, cashier scanned a different item for me (10x the price of mine) and didn't even notice it. Impolite and rude attitude, raised this issue to duty manager who didn't do anything but he was defending his cashier!

Total waste of time and effort!

Best Branch of Sharaf DG. Staff are extra helpful, assist you by taking your items to your car. You even get Skywards Miles If you upload the receipt on the Dubai Mall App.

Had lots of varieties of electronics. They also have some nice customer service here. The choices and varieties of products are impressive. Their staff are not bad either. They're pretty helpful and genuinely nice.

Terrible experience.
Don't buy your appliances there, biggest mistake ever. Unfortunately I didn't listen to many people feedback.
The delivery and installation are useless, customer service is not able to follow up to the problems efficiently and you waist so much time for everything.
We bought all built in appliances and obviously they said that installation will include also fixing the front doors but once there they said that they are not allowed to do that and I have to refer to the installer of the kitchen because it takes time? !? What? !?
They have fixed a wall hood and the chimney when the hood is on is moving, they said I need to put silicon and it want move.they don't have that. What? !?
When they fixed the built in fridge on top where missing 2 screws and when I noticed that they said they don't have them, by the time I went to the living room and come back they put one black screw found in the bag that is not belonging to the fridge and on the other side nothing. My husband after few days went to check the fridge and the seal felt down on the floor.
After many discussion with the installer of the dish washer for fixing the front door he come and he ruined the door tightening a screw that come out to the other side. The door of the washing machine is still there waiting to be fixed. I've never seen such unprofessional people.
By the way the items are Siemens and the installers are some young Indian guys from Better Life that is the Distributor.
Customer service from DG Sharaf is USELESS, they have no idea what customer service is, they just read the script in front of them.
I must say that this is my second bad experience, first time was many years ago (5/6) and I promised to myself never again, but then my husband said ok lets give them a second chance maybe they are better now. NOPE!

I have experienced the worst customer service from this store. I purchased a cooking range and they said they will deliver day after and also mentioned the customer care team will call next day. Since I made purchase even after 7 days nobody call or contacted. Then decided to enquire to know what is the status. They said again they will call back shorlty within 20 minutes.
Nothing happened! I called them over and over again and they said 'Sir you gave a different number and name for billing' what the hell: i already took 2 year extended warranty. Then I checked the invoice so I found this people put different name on the invoice with different mobile number. So that means your warranty will not cover anymore even if you claim! For me i just need to get the product ASAP bcz since i moved to new house we don't have any cooking range to cook and waiting for this till now! And nobody call yet. I don't know when they will deliver. I was surprised why they put different name and number on invoice even I have filled name and number on the guarantee card also i have the store membership. I bought all my electronic items from this store. 6 months ago i bought one phone and they said i can replace this phone any time with new phone even their is simple scratch. When you just buy a phone you don't get this unrealistic offer! You need to buy their warranty! So they basically selling warranty with terms and conditions rather than than product. So I understood it's not going to workout in the future expecially from my experience. Lack of professionalism in customer service, very poor and desperately waisting time!

I made the mistake to buy from this store! But they did good selling me 2 years extra warranty for the laundry machine! But when the machine stopped working with smoke and almost fire just after 3 months! Guess what happened they never help or call, you end up with a broken machine! I have open complaints which they never even respond!
Good place to spend money but don’t expect any service after that. Good thing is there I could stop fire and my family is safe. Bad thing is i have a broken machine with 2 years that is useless

Please invest a little more in better employees or at least train them to know about your products. The moment you enter the store you are bombarded by them asking what do you want what do you want without leaving you space to check around the place.

What happens when you ask them? Nobody knows anything!

I wanted to ask a very simple thing about sound systems with I swear maybe 50 employees around doing absolutely nothing and not one was able to answer or even find me the person who is “in charge” of a answering this very difficult question about whether a specific model is available in this store.

Awful After-Sales support. I bought a brand new Siemens oven from here in December, and when it was delivered it was faulty. Sharaf DG offered no support and instead left me in the hands with BetterLife (their service partner and worst company ever). They had sent three engineers who could not fix it, then took it to their service centre where they say they fixed it. They delivered it back and it still does not work, another technician came again (number 4) to confirm it does not work. However, BetterLife management are refusing to admit there is a problem and so Sharaf DG will not help.

Managers do not give you a call back, customer agents cut the line, and better yet they blocked my wife on Twitter when she made a complaint. The end result is hours of stressful phonecalls, incompetent technicians, and a ruined Christmas since we could not cook a meal.

Save yourself the cash and heartache and shop somewhere else for your appliances. Sharaf DG, if you want to rectify the situation and save this service failure, you know where to contact me.

Fair prices for quality that is OK. I'm saying this because out of 3 items I buy, I have to go back and return an item that is NOT working. Customer is really bad. Service will take longer than usual to investigate to give you another item that is slightly different from what you want. They go a bit faster if you lost your patience on them.

Here is my main problem. DO NOT order and expect them to deliver to your place on time. They take longer than expected. A lot of excuses you will hear to justify their late delivery. They said it will be delivered within 24 hours to my place! It's been 4 days so far and they didn't deliver it yet.

I needed the items urgently for a big event. Event started & finished and I still didn't receive the items that should've been used for that event only.

Pro tip #1: they are CHEAP for a reason. So expect either BAD QUALITY or BAD SERVICE.or in my case BOTH unfortunately.

Pro tip#2: I would highly suggest to pay a bit more than their prices for the sake of having a better service. Yes it's worth every penny. No headache and fast response. I would pay for that than dealing with anything similar to Sharaf DG.

Came here for a unique laptop adaptor (pin styled) required for my company issued Dell laptop and was surprised that they had it. Was also nice to see a big sign on the wall behind the tills that read ‘If there’s something you can’t find at Sharaf DG, we’ll have it for you within 24 hours, else it’s free! ’ I was quite sad afterwards as they found my adapter. Nonetheless I shall return for a product that they’ll hopefully not have in stock. All kidding aside, it’s an amazingly stocked store with a wide variety of products. It misses a start because some staff members do not seem happy to assist you as they are preoccupied chatting with each other.

Worst sharafdg ever. There are 3837363 sale representatives inside which make people disturbed while checking items. All of them are greeting you and following you like stalkers. So disturbing. Had very bad experience. I dont suggest you to go there.

Huge mall to walk around and shopping. Pricing may not be competitive. Lots to see and walk around. Most of the Food court is fast food based on western Cuisine. Less options for the Local/Arabic food

Good place for shopping electronics in Dubai. I was shopping for canon 90D camera and I was able to. Fi d the bundle here. They offered me a good discount much cheaper than the the Canon store which is few shops down from this one. They also offered a free 64GB SD Card and also a nice camera back pack all in all I was happy with my purchase. If this was helpful, please give it a like and encourage me to write more reviews.
