I had an awful experience with Sharaf DG, Mall of the Emirates. I bought ipad 10 along with a case. The case was sold for AED 180 which was peeled off within 24 hours, which is shame. Staff at the store mentioned it will be replaced. I am visiting everyday for a almost a week now. Still they didn't get stock (seriously?).

Besides this, as I bought it in DSF sale they promised to provide discount vouchers via an email. They failed to do so, I haven't received any email even after week. Response from Customer support is really disappointing, they just act that they are doing something.

Overall I had a bitter experience with this store. I want my money back for this misleading sale.

Worse customer care support, sales person lied about products and function of it, now I’m stuck with bad quality product and they don’t even responsive regarding my open case and exchange/refund.
So I’ve purchased a lot of items from sharaf dg mall of emirates, and the sales person was saying that he is the manager there and will give us best customer service and advice the best what suits us. One of the item was Simens gas cooker. I’ve specified to sales person that since it’s a gas oven I need that oven to have both options up and bottom gas (so it can cook evenly same time and temperature will be equal) he said that yes this is the best model it has that option and I also needed grill. He said that all it has in and I’ll be able to us up and bottom same time while I’m cooking/baking. To my surprise this model didn’t have that options. We first were not able even to turn on upper gas, as it was not working. After two weeks of frustration trying to schedule technician to come we came to know that in order to use grill you will have to install additional part and it doesn’t operate with close door. So in order to use upper part of your oven it needs to be open. Which in my option firstly is ridiculous and secondly the sales person should have informed us about it, cause I would never buy such oven. Not only that it’s not practical but also I can’t use both fire (upper and bottom) same time. And now I’m chasing them every day trying either to refund or exchange the product and all they say we will call you with in an hour and never call me back. But I’m not leaving it like this I’m going to file a complaint to consumers right and open a case on Sharaf dg and specifically the mall of Emirates branch, cause they have incompetent sales people there who sales without even knowing specifics of the products.

Recently I've visited the Sharaf DG showroom at the Mall of Emirates, Dubai on 11/06/23 (9: 12pm) I visited the store to buy a SanDisk SSD and I had to ask some information about the product to the sales boy just before buying it. I enquired about the product to him and the information was wrong and he was asking me wheather "I am hungry''. I asked him about this strange question. He was very rude to me and my dad. I asked him about his name and ID card in order to report to the manager and he was challenging me by showing up his ID to me. The moment I took the camera for taking the ID's picture he denied it and started questioning me "Why should he show the ID to me". Also he challenged me to come outside the shop! Is this the way a sales boy should behave? I just asked the details of the product which is his duty.
I reported the same issue with the manager but he didn't even scold or questioned him regarding this issue. He arranged a different sales boy for me. And he was very good enough to explain about the product which I asked for.

So, this is my complaint about the sales boy and his name is RICARTE. I request Sharaf DG team to take strict action based on my complaint.

I had an extremely negative experience with this company, characterized by their abysmal service, lack of communication, and disrespect towards customers. These factors compounded my frustration and dissatisfaction.

The first incident took place when I sent my vacuum for repairs, only for it to be lost at their repair center. Adding insult to injury, they outright refused to honor the extended warranty!

In another instance, I purchased a refrigerator from them, which was promptly delivered to my house. However, within just 18 days of use, the refrigerator completely ceased to function. Dealing with the company to rectify the issue turned into an absolute nightmare. It took them three days to collect the faulty refrigerator and an additional three days to repair it.

Given that the malfunction was clearly a result of mishandling during loading and unloading, I firmly declined to accept it back and requested a replacement, fully aware of my rights as a consumer. Shockingly, the company not only refused my request but also displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns when I reached out to them for assistance.

Overall, this company's complete disregard for customer satisfaction and their inability to rectify their own mistakes is nothing short of appalling.

Summary:
I bought the wrong watch for my phone due to a misunderstanding. The store rectified this misunderstanding by providing a refund and helped me find a more suitable watch.

Tip:
DO NOT buy Samsung series 4 watch for iPhones. It is always recommended to buy gadgets within the same eco-systems to access all features of the product.

Long Story:
Like many customers to this store, I also came looking for gadget and more specifically a little advice as there are so many options today. I was looking for a smart watch and I use an iPhone. Few of my friends use Samsung watches and I preferred a round shape to a square and hence I decided to buy a Samsung Galaxy Series 4. Later that day, I reached home and tried to connect, I realized that I cannot use all the functionalities and sometimes it did not even connect properly. I did some research and found that the Samsung Galaxy Series 4 is not (fully) compatible with an iPhone. On returning to the store, I was guided properly guided by their employees (Mr. Satheesh and another one), to stick to the brand eco-system and how we could proceed further. I was able to receive a refund for the watch and I even bought a new apple watch. I do not judge people on mistakes but their ability to correct them and in that aspect this store has done an excellent job!

I am very disappointed with my first and definitely last experience in Sharaf DG. 3 weeks ago, I went to the mall of emirates branch to buy a laptop and while shopping, I was told that the laptop I like is out of stock. The representative offered to place an order online for the same model and it will come the next day. With the trust and confidence in this brand, I have decided to confirm the online purchase although I preferred to pay for what I actually see in the store. When my order came, I was having a bit of doubt if it is the same laptop I saw in the shop but I ignored it.today, I happen to be in the mall and decided to check their promotion only to find out that the laptop I was looking to buy in the shop was actually different from what I have received. I spoke to their representatives and finally the manager but in the end, I didn't receive any resolution, help or at least the chance to talk as they like to interrupt a lot, proving that they did not do anything wrong and in the end, they blamed me for trusting them and not coming back within 7 days to raise the concern. My advice is to avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS to save your time, money and energy. SHARAF DG, NEVER AGAIN.

If there was less than one star, that’s what they would get. They sent a used TV, refused to install it (in hindsight for the obvious reasons), and refused to acknowledge it was used when we contacted them. When we realized it was used and defective, they forwarded us to Samsung, who then said that since it was more than 2 weeks after sale, was not within their responsibility. Get it from a second hand shop, you’re better off there.

Really disappointing am just buy this phone from sharaf DJ in deira and the staff was very good but today I pass by Moe Branch to asking about something for the phone but really I feel so bad it's not like hospitality or service from the sales lady when she knows that am already buying that one from another place and am just asking she just started to said sorry I don't know and she give me attitude that u already buy it go the other place the can assist you.

I ordered an Apple Watch online and received a wrong Watch which was not the same as described. Described was pink bracelet and delivered was beige. I submitted the request to the team to replace the bracelet and they sent someone to collect the beige bracelet without providing the new one. I was left with watch alone for the past 2 months and no one provided solution even after 100s of calls and emails. In fact, I kept receiving emails to relax as someone is working on my issue, just to receive an email 2 months later that my issue has been cancelled! I am very relaxed! This is unbelievable! I have no more will and power to call and write as it is completely useless and no one is taking action, so I will post this on every sharaf dg store until someone provides me a solution. Online SCAM!

Never trust this branch, visit their other branch for example Deira City Center. I bought macbook several months ago I was charged extra for the Microsoft and sleeve bag. I have been chasing them for couple of months for sleeve bag that supposed to come along with the device which unfortunately they keep on telling me “Not available at moment” and that they call me once they have stock! After 3 months finally someone reached me and inform me that my bag is ready to pick up, I then visited their branch after a couple of days. I was so dismayed when the lady told me that they don’t have it ready! The manager then talked to me saying that I am not the only customer waiting for the sleeve bag, so they’ve given it to another customer! I’ve wasted my time coming to MOE just for them to tell me that they’ve given the bag to another customer! The most horrible service ever. We have been a loyal customer of Sharaf DG for 3 years now and it’s our first time to purchase from this branch and will be the last time as well! If I could give them 0 star, I would. I don’t recommend this branch at all.

This store literally has everything one can expect from an electronic store. The staff is also very courteous. I bought Macbook from them but made mistake of asking them to charge me in dollars and ended up paying alot more. Will highly recommend always being in AED no matter which country you are from, let your bank take care of exchange rate and it always comes up to be lower than dollar rate thats charged.

We met a sales reps.that was exceptional, his name is Taufeeq Ahmed (pictured). He sold us the Vivo phone I would ordinarily not buy. Then the following day we came back to complain because we wanted 2 sims plus a memory card to work at same time, then he explained about hybrid sim phones & gave us many valuable options that are affordable. Overall we bought different other merchandise of about AED 5,000 in total from Sharaf DG because of this one man first impression and exceptional sales skill.

What a strange answer. They are not responsible for their own web site and not sure about genuineness of the product.

KINDLY REQUEST NOT TO BUY PRODUCTD FROM SHARAF DG, I would like to share the bad experience which I faced when I went to purchase Apple Iphone 13 pro 128GB price 4,199 AED which was in offer from Sharaf DG store in Mirdif City Centre on 26.01.2022. They informed me they were out of stock and that stock is available in Mall Of Emirates Sharaf DG store. So I went to MOE Sharaf DG store to my surprise they informed that IPhone 13 pro 128 GB is available but they will give it along with 2 year care which would cost me 4699 aed. This information was not available with other employees working in Sharaf DG Mirdif City Centre. I raised my grievance with the customer service manager in MOE Sharaf DG store but he was trying to convince me without accepting their fault. How on earth would some store located in same ciity charge customer differently for the same product with same specs. First they should understand that device care is optional and then manager told me he would give me Iphone 13 pro max without device care bundle. Also was not able to contact to their store via dedicated landline no before visiting them, only toll free no available. Also their own staff working in Mirdiff cannot arrange for delivery of the mentioned product from other store located in same city and also they cannot contact them to check about the stocks and price. LONG LIVE SHARAF DG AND STOP MAKING FOOL OUT OF CUSTOMERS, UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND AND VALUE CUSTOMER THEIR IS NO WAY FORWARD. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF DG BEFORE THIS HAPPENED TO ME. NO TURNING BACK.

Horrible service, I was promised for 24 hours delivery for an item just to make me pay for the products, I paid in full to deliver the item as I was promised in 24 hours, the product I have ordered was urgent and need it for water dispenser. After 48 hours they cancelled my order for out of stuck. I was told the refund is back in 2 weeks!

Worst management ever!

I tried to purchase yesterday iPhone 13 pro max, and I confirmed the color and the GB with the staff 2 times and they guaranteed that it’s available.
So i went to the cashier to buy it and after waiting for the management to confirm my payment for 20 MIN.
They told me that i have to purchase the AirPods 3 with the iPhone as a bundle or else they don’t sell iPhone alone.
Moreover the guy in-front of me in the queue just bought his iPhone 13 pro max without having to buy the AirPod 3.

So i asked them to purchase the IPhones only since i have my AirPods working fine and i need not to purchase a new one.

After a debate with the staff the manager over-there just came and tried to solve the issue by saying sir we are out of stock!
I told the manager there are 3 employees confirmed 2 times after looking at your stock that there is iPhone 13 pro max available!

So he called one of them and told him bring an iPhone 13 pro max from the stock and give it to the customer *if we have*

The staff went in the inventory and came back empty handed after 10 minutes claiming they ran out of stock.

Then the manager was acting infront of us that he is giving the employee a lesson (look what u have done by giving wrong info).
Which was so obvious that this is a cheap act.

I don’t recommend buying anything from Sharaf DG!

It really amazes me why some people are hired to be a manager and DOESN'T perform being a manager. They will never pass as a competent sales person even.
I had the opportunity to have TWO (2) duty managers when I bought my Macbook Air, one was named Emad and the other is an indian which when asked for his name, he said the other guys name. Horrible service and horrible management of complaints, horrible managers really. Just beating around the bush and no concrete solution given. To the hiring managers of sharaf DG, next time you hire sales managers guys, please give them a practical exam on handling different type of complaints and issues and how they will solve them. Always, the managers try to blame the sales persons when in fact it is not their fault. But they just blame them anyway just to have something to say in front of the customer. I promised myself not to buy anything from this store again.

This branch is an absolute mess, They have no alignment whatsoever i asked for an Iphone 13 Pro Max 512 GB for a friend and i was told it was available, but i have to purchase an air pods pro with it, which honestly neither me or my friend need, and it looked like a sort of scam, so i head over to the manager who apparently was wrapping up to a huge client buying alot of items (Iphone 13 pro max Included) but miraculously he doesnt have Air Pods pro in his cart, so i talked to the manager who simply told me that the phone that was available 2 minutes ago is not available anymore, i advised him your employees checked 2 times and found it in online inventory, he called him mid store, gave him a lesson on how not to lie to a customer which looked like an act, he then proceeded to ask the employee to go inside and get him an Iphone 13 pro max, which after 3 minutes the employee came out empty handed, Horrible service, even more horrible management, absolutely rude and unprofessional, wouldn't recommend buying even a mouse pad from them.

Worst management ever, seen under my eyes. Front of the issues, the two managers named Emad Moneir Elsaid Khalil, as unskilled and useless as others, escape the customer and do not bring any solution. They do not listen the client and do not search the real problem. They give incorrect information about loans and installments. The goal is just to sell you an item. Take the money. And then when you find out the terms of the purchase, these are your problems. This is the first and last purchase. I don't advise anyone.

The Store Incharge “Ahmer Arshad” is a brilliant person. The level of service I receive @ Sharaf DG by him makes me feel out of the world. I feel his presence in any SDG makes a lot of difference. The most important is not sales because at the time of Sale more or less everyone is kind enough but after sales service is something which makes one gage the quality of the place. And just because of after sales service by the gentle man I keep going to Sharaf DG and keeping buying more and more.
Keep rocking.
Before meeting Ahmer a year back at Sharaf DG in Mirdif City Center I had completely different opinion about Sharaf DG but this guy changes the entire dynamics of my views and because of him I recommend Sharaf DG to be one the best electronic stores in UAE to buy any and everything, that is not just because of the prices match but post sales service.

Worst customer service ever, they deceived and lie to us, don’t trust them, took our money and refused to exchange the faulty tablet, from the 3rd of September till now. They sold us a faulty lenovo tablet, returned it after few days (less than 7 days) as it keep shutting by itself and takes ages to open again, explained the issue and asked for an exchange for the item as per their policy, they refused to exchange it and kept making us going and coming to the store every 2 days, calling every day giving false promises and nothing happened till now, said we will try to fix it for you, why I pay full price and take a fixed opened device, their policy states if not satisfy with the purchase they will refund/exchange within 7 days, and till now am with no tablet, no refund or no exchange. How this is fair!

Never order from Sharaf DG. They will never deliver on time, never support you when you need an issue sorted, and they will make empty promised that they will never follow through on. Poor customer service I have 2 faulty apple products and was told to go to sharaf DG in Times Square so that they could check the product instantly. I drove all the way and wasted 40 minutes in store to be told that the products couldn’t be checked and needed to be sent off. Total waste of my time and didn’t solve anything.

Had a really bad experience when I tried to buy an Macbook air. They gave us a defected piece. When i went to return it, they again gave another defected item. At last asked the refund and went to another showroom and purchased the item.

I wonder that if only specific sharaf dg stores offer aftersale services than why they don't mention it clearly that for aftersale services customer needs to visit these specific stores.
Its very disappointing that once you reach there.hardly find parking.go to sharf dg and at the end they tell you that if you proceed via us it will take 15-20 working days.if you want quick services visit that specific sharf dg.also i don't understand if 2 sharaf dg stores are 4-5 km apart.why it is so that 1 store takes 3-5 working days for aftersale services and the other needs 15-20 working days to solve the same issue.
Same I experienced in sharfdg stores of abudhabi as well.just disappointing.
Wish there were negative rating option too.

Product range quality and price all are okay but my complain is for service many time I saw someone from perticular brand forcing you to buy that brand they represent. You are interested or not this is kind of embarrassment.

Please never ever attempt to buy stuff from sharaf DG. I have purchased a brand new Oppo A31 mobile on (06.07.2020). Within a few days there was an issue, the new mobile automatically got switched off for no reason and I tried several times to switch it on but there was no use. I went directly to the shop in order to inquire about this on (17.07.2020), the Sharf DG customer care said they have to give it to the service center to fix the issue and I have given the mobile and came back. Few days later I received a message on (25.07.2020) that the mobile is ready to collect and I have received the same. Later two days the mobile got switched off automatically for the second time, I was surprised and I went again to the shop on (26.07.2020) and Again the Sharf Dg customer care said first they'll observe the mobile in the mall and in case of any issues they will send it again to the service center. The next day I went to know about the status of the mobile and they collected the mobile and they said there was no fault (27.07.2020). Today (29.07.2020) my mobile went off automatically and I took it again to the mall and the response I received was so annoying, lethargically the  manager & the lady from the customer service service center  said: we'll again give it to the service center and there won't be a replacement. " and If I wish "I have to visit the service center and explain regarding the issue directly to the technician regarding the issue since the technicians and customer care might have a communication lag.  
First of all I don't understand one particular logic in this, I have to pay 700 Dhs for a product and if any trouble regards the product I have to spend my own personal time and money to get it sorted out due to your (sharaf dg's) shortcomings. This is the kind of service the so-called reputed Sharf DG is providing.  
Moreover after buying a new mobile, why do I have to roam here and there to fix the issues which are something by default in the brand new mobile. So, I have kept the mobile on the table in front of the manager, with the charger set, headphones and the mobile cover box. In addition , I have also handed over the brand new headphone (without opening the pack - I haven't even opened) which was given as a compliment. I have given everything back including the plastic cover of the Sharaf DG at the Mall of Emirates branch.  
It would be great if any responsible concerns from Sharaf DG would give me a clarification  one behalf of this, why does a consumer have to visit a service center directly to fix the errors after paying the money to Sharaf DG? Does it mean Sharaf DG never cares after the consumers pays for his stuff?  

I have lost my 700dhs and time after purchasing from Sharaf DG. I'm writing this review so that someone who's reading this will think twice before swiping their card at Sharaf DG Mall of Emirates.
I appreciate this service & I confirm this will be my last purchase for my lifetime from Sharaf DG and to the maximum I'll save my known circle not to fall in the trap of Sharaf DG.  
At the least I expect a prompt reply for the 700dhs which I have lost.  
I appreciate, If you do not sell the mobile which I have returned.

I have my worst experience buying from them online. I have made my order online for oneplus 8 pro and converted my purchase to installments, waited for 5 days and on 5 day they have cancelled my order becuase they didn’t have stock. Why in the first place you had availability on your website? Such a poor maintenance! I am extremely disappointed and will never in my life buy any thing from them. I will never recommend any of my friends to buy from them also!

Dishonest staff. Particularly saleswoman. Do not Trust any of their female filipino sales assistants. They’ll lie about prices and charge your credit card different more expensive price. They also demand 15% restocking fee if you ask for a refund.

Horrible service the store clerk wrote my mobile number wrong for the home delivery and then they accuse me the customer as if it’s my fault. Secondly they promise 24 hours delivery and it’s been 3 days and no answer from them they just stole my money and nobody is giving me any answers. My advice please avoid at all costs.

Don't make the mistake of ordering anything from Sharaf online! Use other, more reliable merchants such as Amazon and Noon. Trust me on this.

I wish no star existed for the rating!
What an absolute waste of time and terrible experience with Sharaf DG customer care! Placed an order for a PS4 online and still haven’t received it and when you call them they simply ask you to “wait” without any useful information! You ask to speak to their managers they tell you it’s not allowed! You ask to pick up the item yourself and again that is not allowed! Am so enraged and will definitely report this to consumer right department.

I purchased Apple TV 4k 64gb at the store on 16th its not available and i suggested by agent delivery at home date was on the 18th. I still have not received it. Customer support is absolutely useless keeping the call for 30m more! They don't even know why my order is still delayed. I even emailed customer support and no answer as usual. I am enraged and I urge potential customers to stop relying on Sharaf DG home delivery. Better to buy at the store get your product by hand.

Every things they says it’s lies. They let you pay for the membership and you cant use it. When you choose any thing they say it’s not included with the membership. So they are not trusted.

No customer care at all. They put you on hold for 30 minutes and nothing happened. They gave me number for my return and noone ever picked it up. Noone cares. Very poor service
