Top notch items, service and after sales follow-up. You will definitely find whatever you're looking for in electronics and gadgets, and you find their friendly staff literally in every corner.
The actual showroom here is huge and they have helpful, knowledgeable staff but I highly recommend purchasing large electronics from somewhere else because their delivery system is an absolute nightmare.
We purchased three large home appliances from the store on Monday and scheduled a delivery for Thursday. We got multiple phone calls both Tuesday and Wednesday asking about delivery time and we had to repeatedly say that we scheduled the delivery for Thursday. We even called Sharaf DG to confirm that they had recorded Thursday as our delivery time and they said yes. Thursday rolls around and we get a call about our stove. The caller is annoyed because he said that he tried to call multiple times yesterday to deliver the stove. We hadn’t received any calls and anyway the stove was meant to be delivered THURSDAY. We tell the caller that and he says I can’t deliver the stove today I’ll deliver it tomorrow. We call Sharaf DG and are told that they will sort it out and give us a call back. Nobody called back.
Another delivery partner called about the other appliances we ordered and said they’d be there around 4 to deliver it but didn’t come until 6pm.
It’s Friday now, we’ve wasted two whole days and our stove still isn’t here. Just called the helpline again and they told us to just wait lol.
Save yourselves and buy large appliances from elsewhere.
I have been a loyal customer to Sharaf DG for a very long time, however i am really disappointed with my last (current) transaction. It’s been more than a week that I have been waiting to receive my fridge and washing machine. I intentionally chose sharaf DG as i needed to furnish my appartment before my guests arrive to Dubai. Unfortunately it’s been a week that they are at my place, and I have no fridge no washing machine and i have been following up every day. It is 40 degree out there, extremely hot, when i dont even have cold water to offer! Other than that we cannot retain any food items at home. In addition, we are sending our clothes to a paid laundry service and still the situation is not sorted.i have paid in advance and chose YOU, not any other store regardless of the prices due to the trust factor which is under complete doubt at the moment as I have been complaining and trying to reach the right person to sort out the situation but unfortunately no resulotion. I am writing this reviewing, hoping that it reaches the right person who can put an end for this suffering today.
Do not buy extended warranty until you are absolutely sure of it. They miscommunicate during your purchase that the extended warranty begins post the expiry of Manufacture warranty. But that is not the case. They made me pay 539 AED for extended warranty which ran alongside the manufacture warranty. Absolute rip off!

This is really bad experience with Sharaf Dj i didn't recommend to any one to buy anything.complain department is also drama they didn't listen to you so dont purchase anything
I regret buying from them I wish I bought online from Amazon or noon. Cheaper and faster delevary. Sharaf dg have very bad customer service I called so many time just to have my tv Deleverd.
This is my go-to SharafDG. They have a very good product range and the staff is really accommodating. They don't push you to buy anything like the other branches.
Even I tried to go to different locations but all have same issues, the workers is tooo much! You can nkt even move inside the store and they follow coustmer in a disgusting way! Even if you go with wife thy are very rude to keep follow you and keep close to you even if you say i dont need any help! Same point i mentioned before a year or more and its still till now and became worse. I hate this store
Regret thousand times i purchased fridge from them, was trying to change delivery day, calling thousand times and they always said it will be drlovred6on requested day, however they didn't deliver and told me the information the same day

Sharaf DG is the worst trader i ever seen, all the customer service representatives are unprofessional! on 9th of September i purchased wine cooler and asked for delivery on 21st of September, because it is a bday of my husband. 15th of September i called to Sharaf DG to ask to reschedule my shipment on 20th, the representative confirms that the delivery is rescheduled and i will receive a call from the team with confirmation, however none called.i called again in the evening and the representative assured me the delivery will be on 20th 16th of September i again called to Sharaf DG and asked for confirmation, the representative confirmed that delivery is rescheduled and no other confirmation needed and the supplier is fully aware about it on 19th of September called to Sharaf DG and the representative said that delivery will be on 20th
on 20th morning i Called and asked the time of delivery and representative said it will be happen within a day and the supplier will call me back later i received a call that delivery is not possible due to some mistake the mistake is very obvious: Sharaf DG is worst on the market.representatives are unprofessional.careless and useless till now none contacted me for delivery today i will send the same to Customer protection rights Department of UAE and publish this story on social media!
Disappointing me for such big famous store, went there for asking about converter device, laterally most of the staff busy with their mobiles, it was noon time and no clients or rush just very quiet place, am jumping from sector to another and everyone pushing me for other division which is another disaster menas that have no experience with what they have and selling. It was one of my favourite electronic shopping stores but sure this branch no way to visit it, just wasted time there with no helpful from customer service as twice times went to them but no body even sitting inside.

Learnt about the latest Gaming Monitors, M1 Mac mini, M1 #MacBooks, latest and fastest SSDs, Nvme drives and bought several products for my video editing. Absolute treat to gadget lovers. The worst experience ever. I dropped off my MacBook Pro for repair (under warranty). It took them 10 days and i did not receive any update in between. I was trying to reach them over the phone and the line was disconnected after waiting for several minutes. Finally, i got it back and after checking properly i found dents on the frame around the screen and a scratch on the screen. Do not waste your time with them. Very unprofessional service.
So many staff and so little knowledge! Looks like their job is only to breathe down your neck.whatever you ask for however, they have no idea, and want to bring a supervisor.who then do not turn up.
Been in Dubai 10 years and Sharaf DG has predominantly been my go to place for home appliances and that's because of the selection and almost always best prices.the times Square shop is where you will find it all and the sales staff there are for the most part knowledgeable, helpful and motivated and don't upsell uselessly.
Poor service center. Making appointment through apple.com changes nothing- you just wait. I was holding a 27’ iMac and after a while put it in front of the guy because it was real heavy. After 30 m after my appointment time he told me my model was too old for them. Ok. Why not tell this when he saw it?

I made the mistake of going through Sharaf for an appliance and a bigger mistake to order it online through their site.
Placed the order Aug 8, and was promised delivery Aug 11 or 12 max. Here I am 5 days later …No one called or contacted at all.
I call customer service: the Agent tells me the order still in processing ️ Same status I see now for a week. They charged me, booked the order yet no delivery update for 5 days!
You make your own judgement! But simply put.never again through sharaf
Don’t give anything for repairs. It takes 10-15 working days. It is really crazy service center. Please avoid using service centre service. No reply on support so guys don’t waste time better to go other services
Worst experience in regard to service when having problems with an item in the warranty period. Spend some more Dirham and buy it in another shop where you have a good service.
Weird Return Policy and Rude Customer Service - which will result in premature closure of these stores by e-channels
I bought a ASUS Zen MESH Wifi Router costing AED 1,349. The router was not connecting to the internet service at my home - so I called in Du technical expert to check this - He advised me to return the product as it was not compatible and useless for my purpose. I wanted to return the product to Sharaf DG within less than 24 hours of being bought - the router which was partially opened (1 of 3 router was opened only to be installed for checking).
After explaining to interrogations by 4 personnel - I was granted the permission to return the product for a refund - but was asked to pay a "repacking fee" of 15% of the full price!
Being amazed not to see similar penalty imposed by any shop around the globe - I inquired the customer service staff of the reason and explained that the equipment was not compatible and useless and that why should I buy a product which doesnt serves the purpose?
But the answer that I got was: the minimum charge is 15% and that this can increase to a higher percentage if I dont take this.and the way this was communicated was too Rude by Mr Ahmed.
I tried to reason with him that this is not how competitors operate - particularly Amazon and other e-channel providers, but he insisted to argue in the most rudest tone that I didnt felt like standing in the room
Then his Assistant came out with a wrong refund number and made a calculation error as she didnt knew how to calculate the 15% of AED 1,349.upon my inquiry the error was resolved and after 25 minutes of wasting my time and bearing the unbelievable tantrum from the person working for a shop where we usually spend more than AED 5,000 annually - I had to leave after paying a penalty of over AED 201 as a punishment to visit Sharaf DG and preferring it over noon and amazon.com
To me - this is the end to visiting Sharaf DG ever and I believe that these kind of irrational penalties which are not a norm anywhere else globally - are outdated charges and are nothing more than extortion.
Hope other customers become aware of this trap! Indeed the worst form of 'caveat emptor'!
No doubt it is a big store with a variety of appliances and gadgets. But their policy and customer satisfaction skills are hopeless.hated my experience hear.din get wat I paid for. Never gonna wish to step in there at least for shopping.would recommend people to spend here coz it had been ridiculously 2nd experience in my family.
Worst customer care ever. I gave the a laptop for repair since 10th of May. Until now now no feedback from them and they are not replying any calls on their number 600502034. It was a mistake to buy insurance form them. It takes very long time to repair and at the end you have to pay again. Horrible experience

Terrible customer experience at the service center.went in with a simple issue of replacement for laptop battery.took them a ONE whole week just to fix a SINGLE battery. Have to wait as long as half nd hour to one hour to get on line itself. HORRIBLE value for customers. Makes a whole lot of fake promises and we drove all the way to the TIMES SQUARE city center to get the laptop after they called and told us it is repaired. Once we reach there instead of being apologetic the service center guys are instead MOCKING us. Then told us it shall be delivered to home.again it is not delivered.will NEVER recommend the service center to anyone. If some value for customer, do contact us back
Frequently visit this branch, each time I am humiliated by the staff who taunt me for not buying anything. When I do buy appliances or devices here, the delivery and installation team take another round of taunts at me. If you have self respect avoid this branch and go buy your items directly from manufacturers in their own stores.
If you don’t like to visit big shopping malls to buy home appliances or electronic.this is the perfect place for you. They have a big showroom and usually not crowded. The team is very friendly and highly supportive. The prices are the same among all al sharaf DG and you can exchange your iPhone for a new one. They have dedicated desk.
Definitely better that Dubai mall. Less crowded and better staff who care for their customers. From now on this will be my preferred Sharaf DG not Dubai Mall.
Worst customer service! We’ve purchased expensive appliances and had a nightmare with delivery. It’s impossible to know when and at what time there will be delivery, after multiple follow ups yet no one can tell you when will you get delivery. Being a family with small baby, we’ve stayed few days without cooking facilities, called many times and only we heard - “we’ve sent request with your concerns to relevant department”. Seems customer satisfactory is not their priority at all.
Worst experience with the HP techinicians over there. Worst experience with Sharaf DG customer service. They will never answer nor ever answer your emails nor phone calls. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I had a very bad experience with the claim manager Emad Mounir. He was not supportive at all. I had to come in to get the product fixed twice and after all the production of this product was terminate, due to the same issue. Since the product is not available anymore I wanted to get my money back, but the only option is to get the amount back in gift vouchers. Very unprofessional.
Totally brilliant. The sales guys are really knowledgeable about the stuff they are selling which is quite refreshing for Dubai. The only minor opprobious point I would mention is that the sales guys outnumber the customers 2 to 1 so go in there with a purpose in mind otherwise general browsing will be countered by several advances of 'can I assist'. That said, they are absolutely respectful and only doing their job. Moreover, it's much better than shopping on Amazon especially for white goods and TVs. Highly recommended.
Do not use this service center. Not Apple standard and lack spare parts. Haphazardous approach rerouting you to non genuine parts to fix your Mac. Thy damaged my MacBook Pro by installing a non original battery, which leaked on the motherboard! UNACCEPTABLE! Don’t use it, there are more established and professional apple service centers in DUBAI.

I believe this is the biggest branch of Sharaf DG in town, and they bring the offers first to this store and also you will find there a very powerful service center and customer service Also all compitions of raffle happens there They have plenty of parking, usually not crowded
I sent my laptop to fix last tuesday. ASUS service center. Collecting it back today as they are charging so high. I didnt pull it out since the laptop looks much more broken. I am so dissatisfied ans disappointed! Expecting to get good service but i think better to take it back and have it fix some where else! Wasted time and takes more days then doesn't even take care of it.
Great store, wide choice but when it comes to returns Sharaf its very difficult. Why do they always want to repair something they have sold you that's not working? Just replace it or give a credit note. I don't know why they make things so difficult
Selling fake items and refuse to give refunds if open. I will be laying a complain with the government department for counterfeit items.
I ordered two items and luckily I only opened one therefore I can get a refund for the second.
To top it all off I paid 22 dirhams for delivery and cash on delivery but when I discovered the item was fake I was told that I'd have to drop it off at their branch. I did so and then when in the store I was told I'd have to go back in 5 days to collect the cash. I asked if the money could be credited to my account and they said no I'd have to drive all the way back to collect the cash even though I paid extra for the cash on deliver and delivery service. Terrible!
Went there for Apple service, but never again. They will tell you they will make it a priority and fix it within a week and it has been 2 weeks now and I still don’t have my laptop. Even when I called them they said you might be able to pick it up today and nothing happened.just waste of time
My Experience at Sharaf DG was very nice. The Sales Person, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional all along. The delivery of the purchased item was done well ahead of schedule which was wonderful. Just one suggestion, please train your Quality assurance team, just got a quality assurance call this morning and there was a very gruff voice on the other end. Found it difficult to believe it was Sharaf DG.
The after sales service is very bad, the guys there are not fit for it, for not working equipment within a week purchase also they are not ready to replace - AED 100 one we have to spend more than that - I suggest people to purchase anything in Carefour where service is no. 1, to check and replace they are taking more than two weeks that also electronic equipment
