Didn't show up to the meeting. I left after 45 min. Nobody tried to contact me. It is unterstandable that activities can take a lil longer than planned, but that's highly unprofessional. We also had appointments after that, so we couldn't wait 2h extra until someone has the courage to finally show up.

We had so much fun!
We mistakenly went to the offices but two very kind guys, including Mubin, offered us a drink and accompanied us to the dubai marina canal where our experience began!
Mahesh drove us out of the canal, past the ferris wheel and the view over dubai marina where he took lots of pictures and videos!
When we come back we will definitely choose you again

This was the first time I'd ever been on a jetski, so I was a little nervous. But the team was really helpful and reassured me. I absolutely loved it! I had the best time and would definitely recommend it to friends, I can't wait to go again. I also got to see the Palm Atlantis, the Palm, the Ain Dubai Wheel, and the sunset!

The location was also really easy to find using maps. They also have huge banners up at Marina next to the jetskis. You can't miss them.

Mahesh advised us where the water was less choppy so we could whizz around and enjoy ourselves
He also allowed one of us to ride on the back of his Jetski whilst he did some tricks - so much adrenaline and fun

We booked a 30 min.jetski session with two jetskis and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide Abison did an excellent job in instructing us and guided us safely throughout the tour (and took very nice pictures and videos of us!). The modern Jetskis were so much fun! 100% recommendation, we would definately book the same tour again! We booked the tour only few hours before it started and still everything was arranged perfectly and just in time. One of the best experiences of our vacation in Dubai:)

Delighted with Murugesh, he was an excellent companion for our son and father day out on the jet-skis. It was a great experience, well organised from booking online. It was good value and great fun. We exited slowly out of the harbour and we were loose once we were out of the harbour. Thanks for the great photos and videos they are much appreciated. They tried to scam us because one of their customer hit us with the jetski and they tried to get 5000 AED from us for the damage which was a very small damage.stay away from them!

Please don't book with this company. We had the whole day plan around this activity and they ruined it. Despite having Whatsapp chat group as a prove for prize, length and number of Jetski; they started arguing among theirselves so the prize was three times the one we had arranged. Not even a fair offer to amend their mistake. Scammers, be mindful.

Really good activity, booked in by Michael and taken out on the Jet-skis by Murugesh. He takes stops every now and then to check everything’s good and even take your picture! Would definitely do again and recommend to others

Absolutely recommend!

We made a late reservation on Thursday late afternoon for Friday evening at 5: 30pm. Unfortunately they cancelled the trip early in the day on Friday because the jetski “had some issues. ” We were disappointed because we had contacted them from our different numbers while being on vacation out of country and they had said that they “had availability “ and would be able to contact us multiple times before. The two stars is for the prompt communication but certainly a major disappointment overall as we had informed them that this was our last day in Dubai during the conversation prior to the cancellation. I think this would be a good bet if you’re able to reschedule / coordinate + have multiple options.

Highly professional and friendly renter of Jet Skis. I started from Dubai Marina, went around the palm past Atlantis and onto the Burj and back. Captain Anto was fantastic and you can go at any pace you like, he guides you to maintain safety but otherwise accommodates your wishes as needed. Also takes cool photos and videos. Thanks Anto and Shark Jetski! Look forward to using you again in the future.

Really enjoyed the whole experience with Hassan and Murugesh. They were professional, polite and respectful. They have wide range of jet skis (like the supercharged 1800cc) and Best of all they got good deals.

A day to remember! We had a bliss today renting jet ski's. This company puts a lot of efforts to make you feel good and safe. The staff is very professional and attentive. The prices are reasonable. Fantastic ride Jet Ski from Marina to Atlantis (we recommend to do the ride in the morning, during the afternoon the sea is brave). Congratulations to the Shark's team and specially to our captain Murugesh who made us a wonderful trip.

What a blast.

At first trying to book online was hectic so go to the contact page and message the WhatsApp number. Very fast response after that and very straight to the point. They arrange a pick up and drop off to the hotel. And when we got to the boat there was no confusion straight to the point and straight to the fun. Would highly recommend. Well worth every penny!
