One of my most favourite places on earth. This is second to none. I have stayed almost in over 79 countries but would grade this as the best one of all. Must stay there once to approve my words.
Great place to stay when in Dubai for business or vacation. Everything nearby. Dubai metro Union station is near by walkable. Gold Souk is about 2 km distance, which takes minimum fare by Taxi to reach hear. Request for creek facing deluxe rooms for great views. Gave 4 stars for rooms because the shower area is a bit odd. There is no separate shower area.it's with a bathtub only, and at least in my room, it was difficult to access shower without stepping into the bathtub, and adjusting the temp of the shower is an issue with that arrangement. Restaurant is decent with a good view of the creek. Prices are reasonable.
Breakfast spread is superb. I think I will give 10 stars from breakfast.
My husband has previously stayed here when on business and it was always very good. This time his stay was not good. Every time I tried to call him at the hotel no one picked up and it took me at least 3 attempts to get hold of anyone. Plus he could not ring or email me via his mobile phone when in the hotel and was only able to get reception outside the hotel. The hotel was very crowded and he felt that the standards had dropped considerably. He won't be staying here again.
The view over the creek is priceless. Close to Union Metro Station, this historic Dubai hotel ("only" 11 floors) has undergone a radical modernization in recent years. The visual impact of the hall is also remarkable. As a location it is ideal for those who want to stay out of the chaos of traffic: in the evening along the creek it is possible to take nice quiet walks and have dinner in one of the many restaurants overlooking the canal. Suggested.
Though one of the old properties in dubai this hotel is still looking elegant and beautiful. We had a Iftar here at poolside restaurant. Nice ambiance and service. Menu spread looks attractive and delicious
Friendly staff! Nice hotel overlooking the creek, and with lots of amenities. There is the Sheraton lounge, several restaurants. Gym, pool (with restaurant and bar service).
I had family Ramadan iftar, it was like 3* star buffet at 5*star Hotel, The iftar buffet held in small restaurant that was crowded and the food was placed all around the place. This caused the main problem i guess as it was annoying that one has to walk all around the seating tables in tight walk way to get the food.
This was deginitely our best stay this year till now. The experience started right from checkin, being serviced by the exuberant Ms. Apple. Our room was not ready, but she ensured that we were comfortable in the lounge while we waited.
The room upgrade as a Bonvoy member was fantastic. We were lucky to get a view of both sides of the Dubai creek, which at night was so serene. The sunsets were beautiful and one could enjoy views of old Dubai with the high rises of new Dubai beyond. I must mention the hotel is situated right next to a water taxi station and the metro station is just a 10 mins walk, which allows visitors to move around easily.
As a Bonvoy member we had the lounge facility. Christine and Hasitha's hospitality does need to be mentioned. My wife has some dietary restrictions, and they ensured an alternate was available quickly. I would like to thank the chef and the kitchen team for being so accommodative.
Breakfast at the Hatta Restaurant has a good spread. The menu changes everyday, which is a good news for long staying guests. Cindy at Hatta was very good in handling us and the crowds.
The property has a swimming pool, a cycle rental facility as well as a SPA which is operated by a 3rd party. It was good to see high standard of COVID protocols being maintained all across.
Overall, a very memorable stay. Thank you everybody.
Dubai creek towers is Very good residential and commercial building from dubai Real Estate companies. Very dedicated Facilities Engineering team is working for the Dubai creek towers Dubai creek towers is icon of dubai This located opposite of Emirates national Bank of Dubai headquarters.
Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel in Deira, Baniyas street is one of the oldest five star hotel in Dubai which is still looking amazing and the services are superb. The ambience and the settings inside are great and you can see the beautiful view of the creek. Adheres to COVID19 precautionary measures.
Had Iftar at Vivaldi restaurant. Fantastic setting with views of the creek. The food was nice, but not a great selection. Very poorly organized for how to get the food. Worst however was the lack of knowledge from the waiters/food servers.no clue about what food they were serving.even simple questions was too much! For a 5* hotel I was expecting more!
Ich kenne das Haus seit vielen Jahren und bin immer noch begeistert. Die Lage ist für mich hervorragend, das Personal überragend und die Zimmer immer noch prima. Ich bin ein Fan dieses Hotels
What an Amazing place, beautiful lobby and one of the classic hotels of Dubai the service was exceptional I was greeted at the door and assisted the whole way. The place had great views as you can see by the video of the Dubai creek and yachts and the old Dubai architecture.everyone was extremely helpful and I highly recommend this place to stay
Dubai Creek Tower برج خور دبي, is a building in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located along the Dubai Creek, the Dubai Creek Tower is situated in eastern Dubai, in Deira. The building, constructed in 1995, is part of the old Dubai downtown along the Dubai Creek, and was the second-tallest building in Dubai, at the time of its construction (behind the Dubai World Trade Centre). [2] From Bur Dubai, the building appears to the right of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry building. The Dubai Creek Tower is situated in the locality of Rigga Al Buteen.
Check-in they failed to mention the 2hour bike rental included in my selected hotel package. At night we saw the line of bicycles downstairs while we looked around the hotel.
Gym, Sauna & Steam room but no hot tub (s).
Executive Lounge had a lovely 3-tier afternoon tea - plate of finger sandwiches, plate of sweets, tray of scones (my spouse does not drink tea so went with juice). Happy hour was a small assortment of snacks (we tried a few items but were full from afternoon tea) but seemed limited on drinks (only 1 beer avail).
For breakfast we went to Vivaldi's breakfast buffet - the host gave us a fuss for wanting to sit next to each other & I wanted an additional seat for my leather backbag (not the dirty floor!). Good variety of food but Grovesnor House did seem to have better quality & a bit more variety in their breakfast buffet. The layout of the food & drinks was a bit off - the sparkling water & juice was off by itself between the 2 entrances, they had a small sign but still quite easy to miss.
Our view of the Creek in 1001 was excellent, we left our drapes open all night to watch the lights twinkle.strangely both of us had headaches (very rare for either of us) so sleep was intermittent.
A experience beyond explanation, wonderful hotel amazing ambiance, the staff super supportive, the restaurants amazingly nice, the view mind blowing. The taste of the restaurant is amazing. And all this in a very competitive pricing. The location of the restaurant is very ideal.
The place is very comfortable. There are amicable facilities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium, and rooms are available at an average rate, though not being bad. But every room is very distant from each other so the corridors are deserted. Also, though a playground is essentially there, it is not high enough.
