Al Saray restaurant is absolutely amazing! Arabic music and live shows, great food and staff service. I enjoyed myself so much! Highly recommended

Wow! Wow! Wow! From the moment of Check in with Mostafa who’s customer service is top notch to the concierge who help me with tickets to worlds tallest building to catching taxis, to the breakfast staff who served up delicious food and the barista who served up amazing coffee with beautiful art, all I can say is WOW! The roof top pool is on the 56th floor and you can see the world’s tallest building from there! The stay at here has me longing to go back! Love you Dubai!

Very nice experience in Sheraton grand hotel dubai, the service and atmosphere was amazing. I went to Al satay restaurant, excellent food with live band music, I highly recommend this place and I will definetly come back.

I was there for a conference, food was great, atmosphere was great inside, the location is busy and you have to give your car to the valet parking as no space to park outside (too crowded) then you have to wait for 10 minutes to receive your car

Hotel also has a hefty charge for parking Aed 70.

After leaving the hotel I am trying to reach out the hotel and there is no response. Email sent to official email no response.called reception who gave another email address. Email sent no response. Tried to insta chat no response. What is the management upto. Avoid mails and fail to respond to calls. Please avoid this hotel. They are not fit to.be classified as Hotel. Better they shut down the hotel

Fantastic hotel, the welcome was superb, check-in was easy and seamless especially when trying to check in from a late flight at 1AM. The car service pick-up was great (you have an option from a van, Audi A6, Mercedes S Class, etc.). The breakfast was a large spread spanning American, Indian, and Middle-Eastern Cuisine. The amenities include a roof top pool, a full gym, spa services, and a very helpful concierge desk.

Feast is a great restaurant with international cuisine, buffet, with live cooking stations. Excellent food.

What a blissful restaurant Feast is! We come almost every weekend and the staff always have a smile on their faces! My girls love Angelee and Happy! The food is excellent and many options! You feel like a guest as well as comfy, fantastic service Every time! Management must be doing something right!

Very bad experience started from the moment i have arrived where i have requested to upgrade my room to suite and they claimed they are not available while i showed them on their website that it’s available. Room has very weird smell came from bathroom. TV was broken and not working. Furniture very old and one of closets door was broken. Cleaning service were very slow. I have requested my room to be cleaned at 8 AM and they came 1 PM. Will never come again here.

Exceptional staff offering exceptional service at this property. After visiting many hotels we can clearly identify a staff member who adds value to the hotel and the offered services. Moses was amazing who single handedly toomcare of our event in the Nexus ballroom. A sincere thank you to Sheraton Grand and to Moses!

I didn't stay at the hotel overnight, but I did spend time in the lobby waiting for someone who was using the hotel's spa service (spa service is outstanding). I love this hotel's lobby because of it's coffee cafe. The coffee and variety of snacks or dishes you can order is amazing! Mya makes the best cafe latte in Dubai! Thank you, Mya. It may seem strange to review the lobby only but it is the first impression for guests. This lobby is very welcoming, the seating is amazing and the staff are super attentive. I wish I lived closer so that I could buy coffee there everyday.

Went to have my regular lunch at &More and had a terrible experience by the extremely unprofessional and rude attitude offered by one of the waitresses. She had a very aggressive response to every question and didn’t seem care!

It’s a complete shame to experience such a poor service in a 5-star hotel.

One of the most visiting hotel in Dubai.
Nearest metro station is World Trade Center. Its only 3 Min Walk from Metro station.

Absolutely top.

Great place and services. Clean and staff are pleasant and helping always.
The only drawback is the traffic when going out. I advise to keep your car a walking distance or use the metro.
I spend half an hour in front of the hotel waiting for traffic to clear.

Beautiful rooms and nice location. Service is great and the best part is their buffet food with a ton of options and variety.

لا يوجد أدنى احترام للنزلاء ولا للمواعيد ، وصلت الساعه ٣ لعمل check in و أخبروني بعدم توفر الغرف. لا أنصح به وبشدة، وأن شاء الله المرة الأولى والاخيرة, شي لا يصدق!
No respect for appointments at all, reach at 3 pm and they let me to wait as there are no empty rooms! Unbelievable!

This is the definition of a 5-star hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Amazing meeting rooms, great food, in fact one of the best food I’ve eaten in this country. Would definitely come back.

I was here for business trip. I have to say i had a pleasant stay despite the hotel was very busy.

Spacious room, strategic location, 10 mins drive to Dubai Mall. Hotel surrounding with some nice restaurant and cafe.

The highlight of this hotel is their Club Lounge in 31 floor. I had an amazing evening spent there. Although i didn't have time to discover other facilities, i had a great stay in Dubai and would love to return here one day.

Worse experience ever.very very expensive rate and very bad service.if you call the reception no one answer. When I order any service to my room either it takes so long or not coming

Fantastic stay! It is a truly 5 star experience and you experience that from the moment you step onto their lobby to the reception of all staff members including the level of service and the facilities on-site.

This hotel is amazing from all perspectives. The service and staffs are too friendly and helpful. Although its expo202 and the hotel is almost full but the staff is always cooperative. Thank you shareton hotel it was an amazing stay

We loved this place! The view was incredible and the staff were friendly as well. We could see the burj de khalifa from our room and is very close to the Dubai mall. Everything was close to us and the wifi was great. They are safe corona wise and overall just a great place to stay in.

I had 9 days in this Sheraton Hotel, everything was really good with a great feeling at the end, and I guess if I return to Dubai I would stay here again.
First of all I need to do a big shoutout to all the team in the Sheraton Club on the 31st floor, breakfast, happy hour and all my requests were immediately attended by them, a personal thanks to all of them! You guys rock!
The Pool it's nice but small, the restaurant feast it's fine could have a little improvement.
The location it's perfect! 5 min from the metro! You don't need taxis!
The rooms and the house keeping were impeccable.
I just wish I had a better upgrade when arriving due to my platinum status, but that did not ruined my stay!

Everything was really good in this hotel, they have big rooms with amenities, dining options a swimming pool are also available

Satt very poor and not helpful!
- On the first night we arrived at 7.30pm, and waited nearly 1 hour to get the key, receptionist totally forgot that I am waiting for the key
- Very noisy, seems car racing at night and so cannot sleep
- Despite I asked reception to change my room to a quite room, they ignored me
- I do not recommended and will not return to this hotel again

Can't even let me sit in the waiting area for like 20 minutes and i had to go out in this hot sun.even though nobody else was there.

Very nicely appointed and fantastic service. Will certainly stay here the next time I'm in Dubai.

The club lounge team are perhaps the best Marriott have!

We approached the hotel at a time when we were in need of a place to stay during the fire at our Bldg Duja Tower. We were immediately given a room and the staff were very friendly and concerned for our wellbeing. The room was amazing. We had a good night sleep after the stress and tension we had gone through the previous night.

This is such a Lovely hotel. I have stayed with them twice. The rooms are fantastic especially the executive suite. Very spacious and beautiful. The charming ladies in the reception are the powerful weapons for the hotel. They were really helpful and gentle. I would recommend this for all the people who loves Classicness.

The reception person didn't explain us how to use the room key in the elevator.
The bed sheets were not properly arranged. One bedsheet was removed without being replaced. Some towels were removed without being replaced. But when I complained cleaning service came immediately and completely changed the sets for the 2 beds and put the towels.
Breakfast was wonderful. So much choice and a very good quality.

I only gave a 3 stars because I didn't like that there is no quiet area to sit in the lobby. Music is too loud.

There should be Arabic toilets for people who don't like toilet seats specially in the common areas.

لكن الريسبشن في مركز الاعمال كويس. خدمتهم مو قد كذا خصوصا المصري. الفلبينين افضل بكثير.

الغرفه مرره كبيره. تنظيفهم مو مره.

Very generous management who gave free accomodations to residents of the building next to them which was on fire.
