Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort

I had the worst experience in dealing with the events/ wedding specialist. I wanted to plan my wedding at Sheraton JBR but their customer service is very poor, they dont reply back to your calls or to your whatsapp messages.

Even after I complained, the response of the assistant manager Mohammed Afifi was “we are busy with other customers” this was super unprofessional of him.

I confirmed the date of my wedding yet they completely ignored me which made me feel super stressed as a bride.

I do not recommend dealing with them, or planning your event/wedding there.

Their staff need some serious customer service and time management training.

Today is the last day of our conference and wanted to say special thank you to Chirag who was very helpful all these 9days! All requests were fulfilled fast and with friendly attitude.

The location is central to everything.staff amazing but a special mention to Sibo. Demi. Logie. Lee and Mo for their brilliant service in the club lounge. We had such fun times with them.they all have great futures in the hotel game.loved bliss also.

Just had a horrible experience at sheraton. We paid for a day access to the pool and left for couple of hours for shopping at JBR. When we came back to the Hotel from beach entrance the guards kept staring at us suspiciously like we are outsiders. My friend commented about that and the guards started following us and told this is his duty. Then he kept staring at us until we reach to the hotel entrance and he came again to warn us against taking a picture and he said we are not allowed to take a picture in the hotel eventhough we were taking a picture of Dubai eye. It was 7: 30 pm and there was no guest around. And then the other security came and tried to interrogate us. As a first time I am treated like this in a Hotel. Horrible experience will never visit again.

Good place now days as it's on JBR walk towards the End, one of the first hotels here in this area.

Spent a relaxing day in the beach in Sheraton. Great service for drinks and food. Calm and good to relax

I was lucky enough to stay in the room that gave a full sea view. It has the best location in Dubai.

Das hotel verdient auf keinen fall die fünf sterne. Es ist aus unserer sicht auch die umgebung die nicht mehr wie früher exklusiv ist. Das personal ist dennoch bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Wir waren vor 13 jahren schon mal da jedoch nicht im selben hotel, kein vergleich zu früher, leider negativ.

Absolutely amazing place for family, friends or spouses. Try cheesecake factory. Have a long walk at sunset.

Express lunch is at the very best average. The bespoke pasta section makes use of leftover veggies for the mornings breakfast idea. Clever way to save money I suppose!

This buffet dinner was value for money taking into account the Entertainer Vouchers. The spread was satisfactory all round. Worth a visit.
