Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai

Very good hotel. High quality of service. Really appreciate support from Mohammad Faisal with some issues in the room. The problem was solved quickly. Comfortable rooms, great view, tasty breakfast, nice and friendly personnel, very clean environment. Really enjoyed to stay at this hotel.

The hotel itself and the majority of staff are wonderful, we love to stay here twice a year but this time we had a terrible experience with the manager Ramadan, his attitude is very unprofessional and isn’t suitable for the hotel standard nor the hotel visitors. We were shocked by his language and unwelcoming attitude, we’ve never seen anything like it. Plus we had to wait 20 minutes for our luggage because he didn’t communicate with the hotel workers. He represented the hotel very poorly.

Cheers to Sarad for making up our room every day. He always come with a smile which brightens the day.
He does a very good, and through job to replenish the room.

F&b service is fantastic, amazing and very attentive. F. O.service has room for improvement. Still they've tried to assist me.

Conveniently located at the Mall with all the attractions, restaurants andshops easily accessible. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are getting little dated.

Awesome Hotel. Wonderful food, Huge variety in breakfast n that happy hour. Wow.

Definitely not a Marriott-Bonvoy 5star! Club executive rooms with just acceptable bathroom, small bassin, shower inside the bathtub, finishing motel stile, little bedside furniture. And if you complain the receptionist shows you other rooms: exactly the same! Pratically not a lobby at the reception, the breakfast of medium quality, a lot of caos, service and furniture everywhere not adeguate. Price high (500usd about) Disappointment for a "platinum" traveller.

It was an awesome experience staying in Sheraton - Mall of the Emirates. As its alongside Mall of Emirates, we were roaming in mall till mid night and then walked to our rooms to sleep.its super convenient.
Few team members of Sheraton made our stay pleasant, enjoyable and delightful.
In reception Mr. Godwin was extremely helpful and few staff like him who can act fast can actually improve performance of Hotel.
House keeping Mr. Avijit; Ms. Shika in breakfast reception; members of breakfast team - Balaji, John and Ratheesh; Breakfast time Chefs - Vijay, Hom and Maruthi were very good.

I didn't expect this level of taste in South Indian breakfast items. Taste was awesome. Overall its a highly recommended place to stay if one is looking to mix business and pleasure.

Its a one stop shop mall.everything in 1 place and so beatiful, clean. I walked I think over 5kms

Sheraton MoE has been a preferred hotel for me to stay in since 2014. A best in class place to stay with good food, service and facilities

Valet service - the drive away is always congested. It’s too tight. It’s not a nice experience at all getting out of the hotel.

Reception - the staffs are not very helpful. There are two reception floors. We received a parcel in the lower reception. However when we asked in the upper floor reception they asked us to go downstairs and pick it up by ourselves even though they saw we had a wheelchair with us.

In room dining - extremely slow service. Everything takes a lot of time. Breakfast was once served 45 minutes later. It was just a simple American breakfast.
Also the all day dinning menu is very limited. And the chef is very unaccommodating. Would not even provide an omelette after breakfast hours.

It's just awesome place and hotel. From 5th floor hotel. From second floor mall access to enter. Total two towers

Used meeting room space.for a few days, fantastic and attentive staff. Accommodation was marvelous. Conference Room Features quite suitable for our meeting

Reception is totally inflexible for extending or preponing checkouts for Corporate bookings
Folks can only offer market rate. Hotel could not accomodate my late check out request, this is I had never faced with Hilton, IHG, Radisson etc being their member and also I believe teams respect being a Corporate client
I won't prefer to stay atleast with Mariott property with my experience and inflexibility of reception to honor the Corporate rates

Turkish menu is very delicious. I tried almost all deshes. Shisha there is medium.when it's crowded doesn't recommended.

Perfectly located for either a business trip or a leasure trip. The rooms are spacious and the staff are really good. It's location by the Emirates mall is a real advantage whether for shopping or for a meal.

Nice hotel for business as well as for leisure travellers. Connect to mall of the Emirates. Rooftop swimming pool and variety of restaurants. Ice skiing and other activities are available in the mall. Full shopping experience could be useful for shopholics.

Wonderful hotel and suites. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities are amazing. Fully functional gym and a play place for the whole family to relax and cool off.
We had a really good time here so I can say it is definitely a place to visit again and again.
The staff are so professional and warm as they make you feel at home and welcome in Dubai.
The food is also very tasty - eat breakfast like a king and order lunch and dinner that will make you ask for more.
If you are looking for a time away from the rat race and the hustle, Dubai is the place

One of dubai best hotel I used to stay in This hotel from 2014 up to this year as 1 - 3 times per year I liked that the hotel connect to MOE, v.good internior facility with v.good services

Everything was so smooth from check in to check out. The room was spacious and clean. We were given an upgrade in 15th floor overlooking the skyline city view of Dubai. It was beautiful. I would like to gave my deepest gratitude to front desk staff.they were amazing! First class to their wonderful delivery of service. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Generally speaking it is inconvenient if you do not have a vehicle in Dubai. But you can solve most of your needs in this building.

Stayed in the Sheraton mall of the Emirates for 2 days to attend a business meeting. Wonderful hotel with nice clean rooms. The bathroom is bigger than the usual hotels. Good spongy beds and pillows to offer great sleep. Variety of foods to select from for the continental breakfast. The mall is situated in the second floor. This hotel has a swimming pool and spa as well. Though it is a bit on the expensive side the stay was great and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Overall I can give a 5 star rating for this hotel.

The first thing that draws attention is the location of the hotel near the metro station Mall of the Emirates is an important feature for hotel visitors as well as the attention and welcome from the frindly staff is at the best of expectation.

The hotel's hospitality and good dining with the gym and swimming pool and club facilities of the hotel, which has a panoramic view to Dubai's stunning urban landmarks.
Rooms distinctive and spacious and the furnishing is very nice

there are also meeting rooms and celebrations halls equipped with the latest equipment to receive the most important events and activities and many many other different services.

Excellent location for convenience. Major connection point for hop on and off bus and near metro station. However they messed up my booking for two separate twin beds. We got one king size bed instead. Staff are quite friendly. Facilities are kept clean except for the sink tap are hard to move. Need bearing repair soon.

Wonderful living experience with easy access to MoE (Mall of the Emirates) as it is attached with it. Supported staff with excellent room services. Sheraton hotel MoE is an excellent choice for conducting small to medium size conferences and official meetings. It has amazing cafe and sheesha lounge inside the hotel. As its linked with MoE, so its very easy to go to Ski Dubai which is an artificial snoe park having temperature below freezig point at -4 degreez celcious.

Highly recommend this hotel if you want amazing staff, great location, nice comfortable room and extremely clean. The subway/metro runs right from the airport to the hotel/mall (direct route, no need to change metro or go outside and cost about $3 US one way per person) All Reception staffs at that hotel are extremely nice and accommodating. My room was so comfortable, beautiful view, very roomy, the bed extremely comfortable (I would have taken that bed & comforter home with me:) The room has everything one needs while on vacation and the housekeeping service was excellent also. The Mall of Emirates being connected to the hotel is open until 12 midnight every day which is nice. It has a humongous store called Carrefour that is similar to a giant Target/Tesco. It has everything from food to clothes, beauty, home goods, electronics. Lots of fabulous counters with spices, dates, olives, fresh home made dishes.so convenient since it is in the mall. Definitely recommend this place and will stay again when I go back to Dubai

I would like to thank the team at Sheraton Mall of Emirates. Just like always the service is so amazing. I wish I remember the lady that checked me in she was so friendly. I love this location because it is joined to the shopping center no need to even leave your hotel to get to an amazing shopping center. The hotel is top class and the service is very very good everyone willing to help. Breakfast was good and the lounge was also nice. I got upgraded to a very nice suite being by my self it was a bit of an overkill but was very happy with it. If it is your first time in Dubai or have been many times this is a great hotel to stay you will not be disappointing. Also you can go down stairs and go snow skiing.

Mall of the Emirates (Arabic: مول الإمارات‎) is a shopping mall in Dubai. Developed and owned by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, it opened in November 2005 and is located at interchange four on Sheikh Zayed road.

The multi-level shopping mall currently features more than 630 retail outlets, 7900 parking spaces, over 100 restaurants & Cafes, 80 luxury stores and 250 flagship stores. I have visited the spa of Sheraton hotel, it is indeed of high quality. I did the hot stone massage and it was done to expectation, the amenities and facilities of the spa revealed high standard and reception was up to level expected.
The therapist unfortunately was a male as they don't provide except same sex therapists which to many may not be convenient at all.he was good at therapy but not so good in the interpersonal communication.
I suggest a better training on this subject go fuflill a good experience and value for money as I could get much more at other hotels for same value.

Excellent location. Good breakfast with a wide selection. It’s literally in the mall which is great.
Nice rooftop swimming pool. Helpful staff.
Only downside is having to use so many different lifts to get places.
