Easy warranty claim for an otterbox mobile case (they will send a replacement without any questions as long as you show them the defect). They also sent it via their own company driver so that I wouldn't be charged for shipping cost. These small details will not go unnoticed. I would definitely do business with them again as they value their customers' time as per my experience.
