The customer service is so bad, I had an international shipment that includes personal items, they made me pay about 20% of the total cost as a vat, while my last shipments I paid only 5%. In fact that imported personal items in uae are duty free which is tax free. I called 4 times but I didn’t get a response, I requested a call but no one call me. I live chatted the company, and also didnt get a response while it shows me that the employee is active. I payed triple the amount that i must pay!

First of all thanks for the delivery and assitance. I was very upset that i will not get the delivery on time because of previous reviews. But delivered on corret time and delivery assistance (Mr. ALi) and delivery guy also good.

Shipa they do not deserve even one star. I have been waiting for an order to arrive for more than a month, and they do not have any interest or communication. A bad company that does not deserve any appreciation or respect. They do not care about customer requests and do not follow up with customers. A very bad company and I do not recommend it

I have been following up with the delivery of my ENBD card for more than 2 weeks. Your delivery guys are either lazy or lethargic about being committed to the delivery schedule. They made me change the delivery time and date multiple times. This will be escalated to the bank if you don’t make it happen this week. Here is my ID: SOR014505093

If your order is with Shipa, just forget it. You will never receive it. Bunch of lying amateurs work there. Absolutely disgusted at the fact that such companies still exist. I have reported to NBD about your trash service. Can’t even deliver my debit card and its been a week and I still haven’t received it. Each time I call, I have to explain the whole story over and over again.

Unfortunately a very disapointing experience. Staff dont seem to be qualified to do their job. Phone and chat support try to be kind but they're not qualified to be problem-solvers, they just provide standard answers. I've rescheduled several times a delivery and still, it did not arrive.

Very bad experience with them, The bank send me Debit card through Shipa. I got the SMS I updated my delivery time and date 2 times not getting my delivery until now, it’s already done 10 days left. Don’t recommend this to anyone worst service ever seen….

So I have read all the negative reviews here and was preparing to experience a nightmare. To my surprise, my experience with Shipa turned to be completely opposite. My iherb shipment took 6 days only from USA to Dubai with full tracking and fastest ever delivery within the city - it was released by customs yesterday and today I already got it to my door at lunch. Thanks Shipa! Will use this service again for Iherb.

Absolutely the WORST company every if i actually might flag a complaint with DED. Customer service absolutely useless! I was supposed to receive my bank card from them and they keep postponing it to the next day. It’s been almost a week. They “live chat” they don’t even respond. Not to mention the unrealistic time frame they give you during the day to deliver. They say the delivery timing from 9am-10pm on a work day! Who is gonna be sitting at home waiting from 9am to 10pm? And if you miss the deliver forget about them accommodating you with dropping it a different location! I even told them I’ll just go to their warehouse and pick it up myself which apparently “they don’t have that service” just terrible service overall

Poor service. I have been waiting for my LIV debit card to be delivered for more than one week now. I requested for a card replacement on May 28th. They made me wait on Tuesday the whole day but noone even bothered to call me. I called the next day and was promised to deliver it yesterday from 9am-7pm. Apparently, I waited again. Cancelled all my meetings outside once again just to wait for the delivery. I called up around 2: 30 pm to check where is my card and I was told sarcastically to wait as there is no specific time but the guy said between 9am-7pm. I moved my appointments to 8pm and around 6: 30pm, I called once again to check where is the delivery guy and was told the delivery guy is in International City. After few minutes the delivery guy called me and told me he is very busy and will come after 8pm! It's not my issue if you guys are packed with deliveries, you committed to deliver it bet 9am-7pm. It's not my problem and I don't believe I have to adjust my schedules with your schedules. I already wasted 2 days waiting and cancelled all work meetings. I need my card for business transactions. I called again in the morning today and the lady promised to deliver it asap. I told her that I need it by 3pm because I have appointment and as usual i was promised. Around 1: 30 I called up again to check and lo and behold, I was told that the notes are being updated on the daily basis and they don't have the notes of what transpired the past days. Perfect! I wasted my phone credits and time explaining myself but they don't care to take down notes. Last night the agent told me that it's the driver's decision whether he will deliver the card or not to my destination since he is busy with deliveries. I was in total awe how NBD, the largest bank in the UAE entrusted the card delivery to Shipa. They are so incompetent and rude. I am so frustrated but feeling hopeless since they dont let me speak with the manager. Again, I am left in vain waiting for the card to be delivered. It seems I have to beg for it!

Unlike of the ratings i saw here people said its a great delivery company, and with my experience, customer service were super helpful! But you only get to know that they are when something is wrong with your order!
My shipment wasn’t getting sent in time to a point where i have to leave for work and then it gets delayed for another day it took me 2 weeks from the original “delivery” appointment and many many many calls to have finally received my order!
They just have to work on their promised time accuracy.

Poor service. After receiving a message that Shipa assistant is on the way to deliver the delivery guy called that his not able to deliver it because its not his area to deliver. So Whats the point of your tracking time and schedule if you cant follow it. Worst service ever.

If I had the option, I would not even give one star. I have my card scheduled for delivery since last week (15-Mar) and everyday they keep calling me that they will deliver tomorrow. It also seems they dont even log the calls done to their customers, their agents are clueless that they've already called me several time to resched. They also said they tried contacting me and I wasn't available for delivery (when I was at home the whole day and cancelled my whole day plan for them!). They don't even have a contact center to track properly/log a complain. Very, very substandard service and a hassle. Don't even change your plans to take their deliveries as it will not happen.

Very bad experience with shipa, they have no respect for their clients. Worst delivery company I every dealt with. They have no respect for people time no punctuality. I was supposed to receive my package on Monday, today is Thursday, yet every time I call customer service they say they will 100% deliver it on the next day. This is without talking about the delivery man lies. They say that they tried to reach to your location but you were not there. Bunch of liars.
I still don't understand why companies still work with shipa. I would have given 0 star if that was an option

Very bad service.
First it did not arrive as per scheduled date, I had to call for follow up and reschedule for the next day.
And next day I was waiting till evening and all of sudden the driver cancelled the shipment and I received message to reschedule again.
The delivery failing reason was unable to contact.
Excuse me? I was at home the whole day waiting for you but no one contacted me!
Poor NBD choose such inefficient company.

I have kept calling them every day, they keep saying tomorrow and tomorrow never comes, the whatsapp bot is very useless, and the online site is the epitome of useless. Everyday they say they have raise a complain and it's really upsetting. Can I come to your office and collect it?

Shipa is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with in my life. Their service is unreliable from the off-set. I’m three days past my scheduled delivery date and no further forward. No one answers the call centre line, the live chat takes hours to get a response. I will be shocked if the package is delivered on the 4th promised attempt.

This rating is for the delivery person Mr. James. The website I placed my order on lacked any sort of scheduling/ETA for my order and it was only obvious that the delivery would reach at an unsuitable time. Mr. James is an absolute star - he went out of his way to ensure I received my order. Truly appreciate his effort and his dedication for his job!

I called your CS line, not very helpful. I just got frustrated.
I asked for a manager call since yesterday and I did not get any call back.
I asked for notes on my previous calls and your agents did not log my complaints and comments. I had to repeat everything to each and every agent I spoke with.

Your CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS TEAM needs alot of help.

Your service very bad. You have my card for 5 days now and still failed to deliver it to me. That is my personal property and I have the right to have it. It is not as if your delivery service from the bank is free and you can just deliver it whenever you feel like doing it. Your service is inefficient and your customer service is completely useless.

Horrible service. First of all the delivery guy doesnt bother calling me comes to my house like 8-9 am rings the bell 10 times after each other then drops it on the door and runs away.i filed a complaint and they emailed back saying provide us with your number, its been almost 10 days no one bothered replying, following up, nothing. I hope i never have to use your service again

The absolute worst courier I have dealt with since 18 years in the UAE, 2 identical items going to the same address for over 1 week, everything driver calls and just says that he is not bothered to come to my location and hangs up, next thing my delivery is scheduled for for the next day, and this happened for 1 whole week, they claim to report the driver but after 7 supposedly reported drivers I would think that someone manages to deliver the packages

When you call for information, they cut the call after 5 minutes, even if youre just waiting to be assigned someone to talk to.

Live chat shows everyone away and no one responds

Website is absolutely garbage, their website crashed when i was confirming my location for delivery, and when i reloaded it, it shows no order available, and they dont even text you the order number, its only on website, so i cant even ask for help in the email to reschedule

hope no company uses them as a service because its not easy

Utterly disgusting service! The customer care is highly unprofessional they rudely asked me "What is the problem here? " (Omran). Seriously I told the company (Brands for Less) delivering to put a note stating delivery timings from 6-7pm only as I am at work and the COD was over 100AED, therefore I need to be around to handover the cash. Does your company think my front doorstep is an ATM machine, where I can just leave money lying around? Disgusting that the audacity your customer service has to reschedule the delivery to suit your convenience, thanks to your company's unprofessionalism and the lack of etiquette with your staff, brands for less just lost another customer! Honestly your delivery man could not call when he was at my door and which part of the world do you guys come from to think people would leave money lying around their front door? This company deserves no star at all! We have dealt with Noon/amazon and other delivery companies yet this one has to be far by the WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE place I've had to deal with!

Never seen in my life a carrier company opening personal packages on behalf of their customers.when i asked the delivery guy, why you opened it, he naively replied "SORRY SIR".

it seems amazon will lose their names if they continue work with such company

By far the worst courier company in the UAE if not the world! Beyond incompetent. If I could give them less than one star I would. They never show up on time, they never follow up, and you have to call numerous times and follow up with them to have any shipment delivered. I would never use their services but a third party I buy from unfortunately does. I am actually thinking of never buying from them again because of the ordeal I have to go through everytime I have to deal with this courier company to receive my items. Avoid at all costs!

By far the worst delivery company in UAE. Had to deal with them twice as website I used for online order used them (will contact them also as I will not be ordering again from them if delivery is via Carry). 2 days ago they called me to arrange delivery and after whole day waiting I called them and they said delivery is canceled! Yesterday I called in the morning and they confirmed delivery but after waiting whole day, my husband called them and they said delivery is not able as the guy in charge of our area delivery has a day off! 3rd day waiting for delivery! Never again using Carry
