Worst company ever you will never receive your order on time they will give you a date and deliver on different date not friendly team the company always off delivery company always off ! And they change the delivery date without informing you ! Worst ever

Very poor service! Shipment are always delayed and customer service can't provide solution. No Supervisor and Manager available.

Worst courier company, my package still not delivered after following up and calling everyday for a week. The driver most of them are very rude and their customer service promises stuff that their driver cannot perform. I had few packages delivered by them and all were delayed. It’s such a shame that big companies partner with them!

Shipa is the worst delivery companies in the UAE, for the second time they let me waiting for my shipment from @Amazon and they took it to another address! The only thing they will say is we understand we will raise your complain! I’m traveling tonight and I need my shipment but because of this incompetent team of yours I won’t receive it on time. Please Amazon stop shopping my things through this company

Wonderful service by Mr. BADAR. Despite of my wrong address on amazon, he politely called me and deliver the package. Hats off for such a person.

Very irritating experience with SHIPA DELIVERY Services, There is no coordination between the delivery team and customer Service.very pathetic experience. I received delivery after several several follow ups and emails.

If you want headaches, please choose them.

The absolute worst experience. Complete lack of proper customer service, with no reliable means for contact except a completely ineffective live chat, and shocking “delivery” practices. They have rescheduled/delayed delivery of my package 4 times now. They say someone arrives and that I do not answer, that they call and I do not answer, and that I “want” to reschedule. I am home and no one comes, my call logs prove no one calls, and I most certainly do not request rescheduling. No amount of providing my number or requesting the driver to call seems to have any effect.
I have notified the partnered company who has sent the package that I will not be doing business with them again until they have switched to a more reliable service.

Excellent company when ever any body contact customer care they respond even its a 12 Am and rider and drivers are also very nyc behaviour.they r so polite

2 weeks and more - that’s for how long you will try to chase your parcels if you chose this company to deliver your parcels.
I could track that my parcels were in Dubai for 2 weeks, and that delivery has been failed and rescheduled, which is funny because no one called me to accept delivery nor to reschedule it.
Every time I spoke to the help center they would promise me delivery next day, however, no one even tried to reach me out.
The worst part of this drama is that products in the parcel aren’t meant for the sun exposing or the heat, but I don’t think Shipa is bothered to read the labels on the box and the box is just wandering around Dubai under the sun and heat. Till today I haven’t received my parcel and I am just curious in what condition my 500 dirhams worth parcel will arrive to me hopefully this year.
Shipa management, if you are meant to deliver - just deliver, you aren’t a restaurant, you are a shipping company that can’t deliver 2 boxes within Dubai. Nowhere to send feedback or file the case.
Apparently the company believes that people who work canceled all plans and waited from 11 am to 6 pm at home to receive another lie have time to just desperately get smth they paid for. Can’t wait to receive my delivery with most probably spoiled items that no one of course will cover with refund or a payment.
Thank you for taking away the joy from my mother, who was supposed to get items in the parcel as a bday gift. And if you aren’t able to provide a service you are meant to provide i would recommend you to leave the field

Scheduled my Liv Card after 4 working days and on the date of delivery. The delivery guy got lazy to deliver my card and sent me this message.
It up to them when they want to deliver, no calls no reminder! Delivery time scheduled was between 9-2pm I have been calling the customer service since 2pm! Useless customer service!
