We booked an airfreight shipment due to urgency with Shipafreight. A great online portal, really. However, the customer service behind it is nothing short of HORRIBLE. It has been 1,5 months and 75 emails with absolute NO results. If you are looking for an 'innovative' online portal that gives you zero results, look no further.
