Shogun korian restaurant, amazing BBQ korian style! Seafood noodle, seafood soup and pickles, BBQ tasted original korian! Very nice, I liked it! Just see my time, I’ll come with friends and will recommend others! Really nice restaurant!

Traditional & fun twists on Korean classics. The tempura eel, fried chicken, seafood pancake & lamb dishes are all hitters.

Best Korean restaurant in Dubai. Some dishes (짜장면! 육개장 …) are even better than the one in Korea.

I go here once a month. I have never been to Korea. But in Canada we have many authentic quisine.this spot nails it better than Toronto. My favorite spot to really enjoy.

The restaurant closes at 10: 30 PM (11 PM in our case) and the last order is at 10PM, we wanted to order more and have banchan refill, it was impossible. Also, the bancan varieties and taste was the least Korean I know.we order BBQ wagyu and doengjang chiggae, it was far from it to say the least, it had a faded flavor of doengjang, but so watery and no substance. The meat was raw, and I did the grilling, so that was delicious, and you can't go wrong with it. I would recommend going earlier and order seafood jjangpong, it looked good but again it might have a not so authentic taste

Service and order taking were absolutely pathetic. We ordered so much food in spite of constantly checking with the lady If the food was enough or too much. She did not guide us on the big or the small portions and eventually we ordered too much food for 6 people. We didn't even touch two dishes. We requested to cancel one dish which hadn't come but he said he could not because it was ready.
The taste of somethings was great but some lacked real flavour and over all most of the things were sweet instead of spicy. There was no guidance on the order taking.

The positive part and highlights of the menu were the beef bulgogi, the kimchi fried rice, braised lamb short rib were excellent. The star was the hamachi ceviche In passionfruit.
The hameul pajeon which is one of my favourite dishes was just about ok and nothing great.i have had better. The biggest let down was the Korean fried chicken. Hard, chewy, too much batter and overly sweet
The kimchi, and the seaweed salad were great. The kimbap was OK.

The service was slow and sloppy inspite of the fact that there were only 2 tables and still an hour to close.
We had to ask for everything from plates cutlery to drinks and even straws.

I have heard the Al ghurair branch is better overall

Our experience tonight at Shogun was very pleasant. We had wagyu beef grilled on the table, it was delicious and good value. Our waitress Sasanka was super friendly and professional too! Thanks we will be back.

I wouldn’t expect to have korean experience before entering this place. We tried wagyu bbq which cones with condiments and salads next to it. It is quite enough for 2 person. Prices are reasonable. I will try other bowl and soup option next time.

The food was mediocre. The meat served was a bit on the tough side. Waitress was a bit on the grumpy side. (Maybe she's having a bad day.)

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is a great. Waitress is always so friendly and kind as im seeing them working from lunch to dinner but they always wear that perfect smile and greet the customer politely. We will definitely come back to try more dishes.

I recommend everyone don’t order from them again. I ordered from Deliveroo.
The beef soup had no beef inside.
The seafood soup when they put a lot of salt by mistake and they said it’s how they cook.
REFUSE TO REFUND the items they made wrong.

Bravo! We went to Korea with my Japanese wife and to be honest it was almost the same taste just do not forget their isn’t pork only beef!

Food is good as always but the smoke smell is too much inside the restaurant, could be because of lack of exhaust. So basically you'll smell exactly the same as the food you had by the time you leave the place after eating

Im really disappointed. Called 1 hour before coming to check if we can come, the lady said we could come. When we arrived they told us that its fully booked because of private event. No one told us beforehand. We had to drive an hour to be disrespected. Such a bad service and disrespectful team. Ill make sure to tell everyone to not come to this restaurant. Such a waste of time.

Good food and great service, rich menu, Korean AND Japanese dishes are authentic and well done, wide selection of original dishes, in a easy environment

I Had dinner alone at this restaurant, the staff were welcoming and nice, The food quality was great but serving time was slow.

The Korean short ribs are to die for!

Beef ribs soup, beef with noodles and onion, beef on sizzling plate with sesame seeds and veggies, all of this beef overload dishes are amazing and really tasty. The price reflects the quality of the fresh ingredients. A good surprise, with very fast service!

I came here many times and it used to be very good. I always eat seafood pancake here but lately it’s just getting worse I’m afraid.

You can see there’s literally no seafood but full of starch and spring onion. And this is charging 58aed?

Great place, great price, pretty good food. But seeing a cockroach on the walls will even bring a 5star restaurant down. This place needs a deep clean, as soon as possible before it gets shut down.

Amazing korean food. BBQ of course but recommend the bibimbap as well, and they also have a decent thai and japanese selection. Owner is cool and friendly! Free ice cream for desert

This time soups were below average, Korean barbecue was reasonable. Overall not a great experience as compare to couple of days ago at same restaurant.

I love Shogun. Authentic Korean food thats very affordable and very good. Bulgogi, Gimbap, and Chapchae are delicious. Great place to go with friends and you can grill on the table too. I consider this place one of the gems of Dubai. Not glitz and glamor, authenticity and accessibility without comprimise of quality.

One of the most frequent visiting Japanese / Korean / Asian mixed food. Bento portion is big enough to satisfy appetite.

The food was alright. However the staff I feel more doubt towards. After the meal, the staff cleaned the table and the 500 Dhs note that was on the table (equivalent to 1000 GBP) mysteriously disappeared.
None of the staff were held responsible, nor could they find the note.
The money is still to be found, and I wonder anyone would find it comfortable dining here with such knowledge.

One of the best places for Asian cuisine (Korean, Japanese and Thai)
A very courteous and professional staff yet their prices are a bit overwhelming for Asian food compared to other places in Dubai!

The place is in the knowledge village (media city), offers the best meal experiences, nice Japanes, Korean and Thail food.
Sushi Bento and salads are amazing.

I absolutely love this place. Many Koreans expats do too as they stream past the entrance and greeted in Korean by the excellent staff.

I was attended to by One gentle man.and the service was amazing.we had a great chat and my Pizza was super. I was giving another one for free and had value for the Dirham I spend there.not expensive and food taste soo good!

One of our favorite place to enjoy Asian food, especially Korean food!
The restaurant has a very spacious interior space (2 floors). Parking is easy around there too.
The service is good and fast.
Haven’t tried their Thai menu yet but the Korean ones and Japanese ones are amazing. The portion of the food is quite a lot, it’s bit difficult for a girl to finish alone, but perfect for sharing.

Recommend their bibimbap, bbq, raw fish with rice, tofu stew.
