Very accomodating especially Ms. Dianne she's very hands on and also the other staffs are attentive (one of the best dining experience we had in Dubai) — customer service is very good also the quality of the dishes are perfect. Cravings satisfied & worth it!

Food was good and service was also very good. Thank you to the cute server with the birds tattooed on her wrist and the auntie who was at the front. I have done kbbq only once before and they made sure to make me feel welcome, and helped out with cooking when i was unsure on how to. They also helped make suggestions on how to eat the food/what combinations were good and that was very much appreciated as my experience with Korean food is very limited.

We had BBQ buffet and Japchae for dinner. They are generous with side dishes. Good service. Family friendly.

Food and service was good! The place is so cozy, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely comeback again!

Arive 10: 10pm.and waiter suggest that they will close at 11pm.

Very bad hospitality

Glad that we tried here in Shogun restaurant located at alghurair same building of medical clinic beside Jolibbee. They served us with 5 plate of diffent varieties of beef flavor with 1 chicken plate, squid and calamari. Food is unlimitted except the Drinks. They will give you one pitcher of iced tea which is good for atleast 3 person. Meat taste so good. I can say that this is one of the best Samgyup restaurant that i have tried here in Dubai. Plus the staff is very kind and very generous in refilling our plate. Kudos to Dianne for giving us the very good service shes lovely she always served with full smile which makes us more feel satisfied.

The unlimited Samgyupsal offer of Shogun is really worth it. You have a variety of appetizers and the best tasting bulgogi beef in town. Their spicy baby octopus is also one of our faves here! Their staff are very attentive and quick to serve.

Nice and cozy, just need to improve the service a bit. Since we waited for the refill and we need to remind them a lot of times about it. But food is great.

So many tables was reserved when we walk in, we can’t choose our preferences table. The staffs were like it all reserved, I was not so happy with the way they response, they are not so friendly nor hospital. But getting into the service they are good at their job. They pay attention to us. Still I gave 5 stars, cos the staffs were may be it’s their personality and something they can improve and they should. The food was great, I couldn’t move for two hours after finishing unlimited barbecue. Thanks

The food and services was great. The only downside of this restaurant is the exhaust and the AC.
You can smell the food all over the place.
Though the food is great, you can barely enjoy it because it is so hot inside.

The best korean BBQ restaurant is now UNLIMITED! The best bulgogi and the baby octopus PLUS they have complimentary menu fried calamares and fried fish (i dont know exactly the name) which is taste really good! The unlimited BBQ tasted delicious. A great place to celebrate Mama Olive’s birthday. The Korean food experience cooking BBQ is great too. Shoutout to the staff who are all friendly and providing great service especially Leah. Thank you we look forward to coming back again.

Good value for money, with unlimited selection of meats for bbq. Recommend beef bulgogi and ribeye. The side dishes really complement the bbq meats. The service was very good although the place was at full capacity. Better to go with reservation as they can get fully booked quickly.

Food was great but attendants won't bother you if you are wearing not decent clothes. Customer experience was really low for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Unlimited steaks, brisket, calamari, baby octopus and a whole lot of kimchi on the side

Experience is bad as we waited for more than 2 hrs and staff gave priority to customer (not even reserved guest) who came after 4 guests in queue.

The price for one has been paid for 3. Waitress did not explained properly that the price (dhs. 65) was per head

When i crave for asian cuisine i am always confuse wether to eat japanese? Thai? Or korean? Was so happy when i found out this place as they have those three cuisines in one restau! You can never go wrong with any dish with those three asian cuisine! It’s my comfort foods! The waitresses were very accomodating and attentive! That’s why i always visit this place atleast once a month!

Authentic Korean food! It’s one of the very first Korean BBQ restaurants in Dubai. And affordable price

I wanted to go to this restaurant because someone recommended it, and I tried the Korean food but I was disappointed, the Thai was much better, never going there ever again. The table was smelly and sticky I had to wipe it with the sanitiser.

Visited for dinner with some friends who happen to be Korean. They ordered a large selection of mostly Korean cuisine. All the food was extremely tasty, I thoroughly enjoyed the education into Korean food and culture. Definitely worth a visit if you want to try good food and great service. But you should be ready to give something new a try to really appreciate this place.

Home style Korean restaurant (but they serve Thai and Japanese too). Among few Korean restaurants in Dubai, this is one of top ranked ones on my list. The entrance is a bit hard to find (it is in Al Ghurair building but not the mall)

I'm a regular guest of kimchee by shogun because I like the food and most especially their service. It just happened, we're in the same area and craved some Korean food and had the worst dining experience ever. While asking this rude server, because we got confused by the menu there. She just raised her voice and left us very annoyed. We even heard her ranting from outside. She even glared at us when we go. Very unprofessional! It's not my first time coming here and left hungry and disappointed. Totally ruined our night.

The best food south East Asian by far, they serve Japanese, Korean and Chinese food most authentic, the best barbecue chicken with vegetables, have it every time we go there, you could also try the barbecue prawns they are great too, you could have the barbecue platter on the table and enjoy and experience of doing it yourself on the table or ask for it to be done.the kimchi is really nice too. The ambiance is nice and clean but not glitzy. The sushi is awesome too

Great selection of Thai, Korean and Japanese food. Staff are polite. The location is just confusing, we thought it was loacted inside the mall.

This is one of my worst dining experience here in dubai, one of the staff " The Old Lady" does nt know whats the meaning of sequence of service.we have nt finish our food because of your un ethical attitude! If you dont know how to approach the guest properly, you should not be working there, you will just ruined the reputation of SHOGUN. I Will surely not recomend this place.

Nice restaurant that serves Japanese and Korean dishes with partitions for privacy of dining family or small groups. You can also grill foods on top of your table. It is a restaurant worth dining again.

Taste is amazing yet their prices had not been very good compared to quality of service!

We loved the Korean food and boy the concept wax great. The problem is they put sweetener on the meat dishes and that is something I don't like. Sugar in meat is a no for me.

Great traditional Korean BBQ experience
They also have 3 types of menus
Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese (I think japanese too). Since I went there with my friends, they gave us a student discount and it's a very uplifting restaurant. (they also have complimentary ice cream) ?
But i just hoped it was a little cheaper

We keep visiting this hidden gem for Korean BBQ. Such a yum it is!) Located in Al Ghurair Tower 2, Deira.
FYI They provide with complimentary appetizers and dessert (choice of fruits or ice cream) which is very appreaciated.
So, if you want to experience Korean BBQ on the grill built-in the tables, then I would recommend you to visit this branch as the the grills are missing in the other one in Madis City.

P. S. Do not plan to visit any other place after your BBQ experience here as you are gonna smell with food. Just move home and take shower
