I bought my son a device for his birthday and paid the amount up to the amount of packaging for the birthday. The day before his birthday, they contacted me and said that the device was not available and that they would provide another color, but I needed payment. I accepted that and paid, and when I inquired about the delivery date, they decided that it was from 4 to 6 working days, what's the point?
I asked them to return the money and they also refused after 4 to 6 days.
I asked them to send it by express mail to no avail.
This site is only interested in collecting money without customer service.

Initially, I would like to thank Shopkees for their response to me, and that I was surprised to receive my package after they contacted me and apologized to me, and perhaps my reaction was exaggerated. There was a problem with the delivery time, but I was actually shocked at the speed of delivery. They deserve five stars for tolerating my reaction. I will definitely deal with them again

This is my second purchase from Shopkees, and in both times they were perfect. They are fast accurate and attentive.their electronics are all original and with warranty. Love dealing with them

Great experience! I never heard of Shopkees before and was initially skeptical since the price they offered was the lowest in the market by at least 15%. I was worried this will be a scam! I looked up the internet and found an article about them on a national news paper so decided to take a risk. The item was delivered on time by their driver. The item was authentic and originally packed by the producer. I have no complaints and will shop with them again!

My only comment is that shopkees should consider the western region within their delivery coverage.if I would have another item I like and available with shopkees, I would think twice and order it from another online seller.

I ordered from Qatar, they are not responding to my concern as I paid for shipment fees and DHL show's that I have to pay.

Recently purchased an iPad Pro and got delivery within 24 hours and in good condition.
Actually, I have purchased numerous items from Shopkees, despite the fact that they take client requests extremely seriously, such as when I asked them (through WhatsApp) to add the Mi Band 7 to their shopping list two days after its debut.
They acknowledged, and the next day I was able to locate the item in the shopping category (New Arrived).

Therefore, it is clear that they prioritise consumer satisfaction.
In addition, I would highly recommend using Shopkees.

Just one question: I'm experiencing difficulties with the Android application; it's a little sluggish and I can't choose options for things that have several choices (size, color, storage etc.). Unable to navigate the option, you must do a separate search using the option (exact search with size, color and storage).
Please have a look at this problem and find a solution.

Shopkees service is good and I seem to like them. However thier delivery partner nasex worst service provider I have ever seen. Do not take my word just cheky the reviews for nasex! Overall Shopkees is really good and they keep their word and promise. Service experience would have been evey better not for bad exy with nasex. This is the second time I had very bad experience with this courier service. Thanks Shopkees for your good work. Please change your delivery service provider if you want to retain your customers.

I ordered an Apple product with Shopkees as the price with Shopkees was much cheaper than the price in local market in Oman. A delivery was promised in 2-4 working days but I was not happy that it got delayed further.

However, Shopkees contacted me and explained the reason for this inadvertent delay and as a good gesture, refunded me the delivery charge; as a compensation for the mistake that was all due to their delivery service agent in Oman.

Looking forward to receiving a better delivery service from Shopkees in the future.

Poor customer service. Misleading chat agent that made me buy a laptop at a high price compare to other store that couldn't work for a year.

The worst company I have ever come across through! Extremely unprofessional! They were supposed to deliver an iPhone within 5-7 days and it's been a month that they haven't! Whenever prompted they say that it's under customs.we are following with DHL.please wait. It has been in customs and DHL for more than 3 weeks! And when I ask them for a refund after a month.they said they will cut VAT amount of something I never EVEN GOT! They refuse to help me in the refund process.and say we cannot do anything but either wait till the item arrives or cut the VAT amount of something I never even got! So if the item takes 6 months.they will not give me my item and neither give me my money refunded back! I will recommend that no one ever buy anything from shopkees especially if something is really expensive.kindly please do not purchase it from there! PLUS the cheap prices listed on the saudi website are lies! They should clearly put the tax exclusive and inclusive price beneath the product like all other companies do! My product was actually more expensive then any other company that would have sold it in Saudi! I could have easily purchased it without sale price in a much lower rate than what I ended up paying at SHopkees! Overall, never ever recommending anyway to purchase any item from their store!

Unprofessional service, I bought 2 laptops and they back to me after 2 days that there is no stock although I paid full. I discovered after few hours that they have stock but they want to increase the price about 700 aed for each laptop.
They returned money but I lost 3 working days of my project.

I have Ordered from Saudi Arabia.already Paid amount through Spotii including the shipping Chages. And today Received call from DHL saying. The supplier is sending COD shipment and have to pay 294 Saudi Riyal to receive my shipment still don't know why!
