I have made a contract for a kitchen to be delivered in two weeks, took two months and all defects with bad customer service. Especially their designer

I am grateful to this company and especially to Mr. Mohammad who followed up the work in the best way and I hope we will have a good cooperation in the future.

الموظف محمد ايوبي فعلا من افضل الموظفين الي نتعامل معه. دائما مساعد قبل و بعد البيع. ١٠٠٪؜ مضمون و بدون اي مبالغه التعامل معه و مع الشركه. محمد احد اهم الموظفين في الشركه و رفع اسم الشركه يستاهل كلُ خير.

Lovely process with the Scilia team. Everyone was helpful and very co operative. I had a time limit for completing my kitchen and they made sure it was completed on time with perfection.

I don’t advise anyone to deal with them. I was really happy with the design at the beginning put the disaster started with the kitchen instillation (it took us 2 months while it’s written in the contract that the installation will take maximum 2 weeks) also after that long time of waiting there was many mistakes in the kitchen and wardrobe. And although we have 5 years of warranty, no one came and check these mistakes until we called the consumer rights. And after all that we still have things to fix but we give up of keep calling and asking for maintenance. And yet the kitchen doesn’t complete one and half.

You can check how much we paid for all this for our dream villa (more than 120,000 aed) at the end we got bad service, no maintenance, no compensation. Can you imagine what we feel everyday when we use any of these?

And also they promised us a compensation of 4000 dirhams, but this was not done also

عدم مصداقيه في التعامل كنت ارغب باكمال مطبخي قالو لي سيختلف عن اللون الاصلي بنسبه 5‎%‎ وبعد التركيب كان التشابه بنسبه 5‎%‎ اذا وجد تشابه من اساس
قالو لي انه ايطالي وبعد التركيب قالت لي الموظفه بانه تركي.
