All I needed is a door handle to fix my otherwise perfectly fine dryer. No response for requested information on part. Their customer support is not very good.
25 Feb: adjusted rating from 1 to 3 stars. Found a form on the Seimen website to source part and received a reply 4 days later to pick up the part or pay extra AED for delivery. Form was not intuitive to find and phone service was not helpful hence 3 stars

But, (personally I dont know) before you buy C&I items, you need to find out the price of spares or is it like change everything policy.
Lost a cool AED150,000/- with this policy of endress hauser EH policy in flow meter. So check yourself, get a spare which can be changed and price in advance, as everyone will be smiling ear to ear when you order for a plant in full. The claws and blood sucking teeth come out later

This place is emptying out more and more. It used to have several bank branches here as well as some restaurants.
With more and more offices moving away from this area and more and more office vacant in Dubai, this remote area is surely one of the less attractive.
Restaurant choice is now also pretty limited and most open for the short lunch break only.
