Sigdi Restaurant - Al Nahda Dubai

Sidgi Al Nahda: Just wow when it comes to Food. Service is excellent, I must admit the waiters in Al Nahda branch are very humble - I know a few of them personally who are very proactive. I personally will not recommend Sigdi Karama, always had arguments and problems with the team over there. All in all, Sigdi is one of my favorite restaurants for week end. Infact my son loves it.

The food there was good and in good quantity. The tandoori platter there was enough for a group of 6 people for 1 serving. Their service was good and their suggestions was both good and bad. Their ambiance was a little crowded after we entered and the air conditioning was not proper as we started to sweat at the end of our meal

Not at all satisfied, food quality from before has detiorated by a lot and moreover no hygiene is there in the place your sitting, I had gone recently and had come across a cockroach on my table, if this is the case in the place were we are sitting i cant even imagine what it would be like inside the kitchen where they make their food.

Great staff, amazing food and good hygenic place! Always ask the guys serving for suggestions on what to order?

Tried this restaurant after 2 years when it used to an awesome place. Now Food quality deteriorated, the chutney is full of colors. Grill Chicken not cooked well and butter tandoori roti which they claimed of full wheat is mixed with maida tasted like rubber. Crispy chilli patato was the only savior for our dinner experience. Service also very slow even though the entire restaurant was almost at 10% occupancy.

Went with friends family for Diwali dinner. Tried garlic Naan - soft and tasty with Paneer karakee very soft and yummy. Friends tried mangoli pot noodles very yummy and sausy. Quantity is more for 2 people. Price little higher but worth a try.

Indian and Chinese cuisine offered. The Grill options are just ok. Food was spicy even after asking for mild option.

Hopeless experience at sigdi al nahda once again yesterday 16 oct 2021 visited four people for dinner after placing order on phone
Inspite of that food was not served on time which required reminders
The papad stale kept open on table when asked he just took away plate not to change with fresh ones
Tawa zinga was rubbery very thick oily onion tomato gravy
Butter roti ordered only two
The waiter got us plain roti
Inspire of reminders he took almost twenty minutes just to get butter roti two
The waiters are not at all trained or motivated to do service and keep multi tasking and ignore when you are calling
There seems to be no manager on duty
Daal was ok
Paneer pudina starter was rather bland with less salt
I really do not understand why people keep flocking to such low grade service and pay high price
For us it was a disappointing experience totally
Would not recommend to anyone
Also guests should demand good service and wuality food and stop accepting low grade preparation and service then only it will improve

Sushil Kiran and Javed are great hosts. Food is also amazing. Especially the chicken platter, crispy chicken and lamb chops

Have been last night for dinner and order as per them the best selling-

Chicken Malai Tikka
Mutton masala
Garlic naan
Butter naan

Honestly it was nothing so special & they kept us waiting for a very long time even without saying anything or any update

Parking - extremely hard to find
Price - too high for the quality
Presentation - extremely poor
Portion - very less even for two people

The ambience is not very good. The chilli chicken and mix grill lacked taste. The serving time was very long. Not a great place to dine at.

Good dining area. Delicious food. Best service and friendly staff. But price is little bit high but negligible because of good taste.

Ordered nizahmi chicken - not worth the price (34aed) for small 6 pcs, taste is okay. Mushroom masala was the worst, tasteless food. If pricy food should be atleast tasty, not at all worth it.

Ummmm… Still licking my fingers to get a taste of the food.hehe. Definitely one of the best restaurants for Indian food. What an amazing food.the service was fantastic.the staff was polite and friendly. We went on a weekend and it get crowded fast. So recommend to get a reservation before hand. Try out their chicken malai tikka and butter chicken. Had a masala papad after ages. Will surely be visiting there again soon.

First time visitors - lunch in a jiffy was what we're aiming for.but found this gem of a place. Very well managed outlet, clean extremely humble n courteous staff n the mughalai food - just awesome! Keep up the good work.

We are a fan of the sigdi karama branch and decided to give this place a try.

Believe me, the taste in this amazing is equally amazing like the karama branch.

The chinese items here are drool worthy and worth a try.

But the Indian dishes here are equally amazing.

The staff here is friendly and attentive.

If you stay in sharjah and feel Karama is too far, then this nahda option always works out

Went for lunch on a Saturday at 4 PM. Bad smell in the restaurant. Ordered Chowmen and American Chopsey which was smelling too. Apple chicken was Ok. Waste of money.

Good place for team lunch or dinner 20 people can sit in a row. Good for family and peaceful to discuss. I can see family coming with babies safe here even at the time of corona. All tables are covered with polythene paper. Had great time with friends. You can spend long hours. Also their suggestions of dishes are good. Taste is good. You can order one plate where 4 people can eat kind of group menu.

Love this place for its special service they provide and of course for their Apple Chicken. Such a great taste

Was having great taste before. We’ve been a very regular customer in past. Due to current situation we couldn’t order for quite few months. Yesterday we ordered our regular order and was surprised by the changes. Apple chicken has gone on diet due to which it’s size has shrinked. Raan Masala was fairly the same quantity but taste had gone down.

A good place to have food with family. About food which is very tasty. The food is affordable and deliveries are quick I like the place and the best part is there are quite a few options in this locality in case restaurant is overcrowded. The area is very friendly and quite lively till late nights. Dubai. Good restaurant with affordable prices and okay ambience.although the restaurant has many costumers on most weekends and holidays but still works fast.

The food tastes simply great though the curry base seemed the same for 2 dishes. The staff are quite helpful. Nice, cozy place. Ideal for a family dinner.

On 15th Feb we place order at 8: 00 pm till 9: 30 pm they r just telling 5 minutes 5 minutes and around 9: 40 my kids went to sleep guest left and I have to tell them to cancel my order and very easily they say mam ok no problem.

Liked the food and the service there. The waiter was very polite and courteous and even advised us not to order more food as it might go waste depending on the number of people we were. This is something you don't see very often. Both the starters and main course were very nice.

Lovely place for family or friends get together. Great mughlai and Chinese cuisine. Do try their veg Manchuria gravy with butter roti or naan and the daal bukhara. Noodles too are great.

Sigdi has a best quality and tasty food in dubai. Hope in with family to have a good dinner. Awsome Place. Look to visit there.:)

This is my favorite Restaurant in Dubai. Very good food. Their apple chicken is amazing, a must try. Mughlai cuisine is awesome as well (Lahori gravy is very good). The staff is courteous and very helpful. We visit this Restaurant on a monthly basis and would continue to do so as they have never let us down. They should however place the fly repellent in a proper place as it is ineffective. The food is 6 star with 1 star deducted for the fly menace. So overall still a 5 star for me.

The ambience was gud and by d way food was gud too.
The service was also quick and responsive.

The owner was really the most rudest person we have ever come across. He never wanted to hear what issue we had instead he kept yelling at us when we were trying to have a conversation. They overchsrge for lot of the dishes.

Brain tawa was very good, can improve quality and taste of kebabs compared to the rates of platter

The restaurant was among my favorite places when it started but since so many months the food has gone downhill.it's too spicy and very oily.incase you like that type of meals it's an ok place

Sigdi has joined my A list of few restaurants I look forward to great biryani and other specialty along with quick service. My family is impressed with the taste and quality. Quantity is wholesome. Delivery was real quick before schedule. Murgh tikka biryani was perfect with flavours. Veg Manchurian dry was excellent and different and fresh. Chicken Hakka noodles was loads in quantity and was also done well. Highly recommended for ones who haven't tried them yet. My bad I ignored them earlier.

Good food, good service, Chinese items are better than the Indian food. The starters are better than the main food however the naan was delicious. Crispy Spinach Chicken was wonderful.

Today we ordered CHINESE food. Oh my god what a food we had. The worst CHINESE food me and my family had till date. They should shut down CHINESE food kitchen. Horrible.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday and was relieved to see that it wasn't crowded. They served good mughlai food. I hope to try their Chinese the next time I go.

The chicken nazmi (?) gravy however, didn't fit well with me but it WAS delicious. So I would stick with their chicken and fish tikkas.

It was surprisingly pretty affordable too compared to some other Mughlai restaurants I've been to.
