I have been sending emails about the price of the Mimaki device for a few days, but no one is replying. This answer is really ridiculous.

Unfortunately there is no zero star to rate them with.the worst customer service team you can imagine.zero communication skills, no manners at all.from call recipient to service department "in-charge" to the engineer doing your service.you need days and days to get a service booked for your machinery.many false promises to call back from the engineer to inspect the problem over the phone.then they schedule him to come on a Wednesday but he only comes the following day. 3 hours on the road from his office to us (which should take a max 30minutes on a normal day) he stays here 2 minutes and say he could have known the issue over the phone and that he needs to go back and bring the part that is required to replace.quotation is sent with another part in addition to what he suspected (just in case he was wrong he says) and now we have to book him again for another visit.the in-charge of booking for service, named Sandhiya, refuse to book him the following day to visit with the parts. Very expensive service charge of AED750 for replacing a small consumable part of AED250 Value (AED100 online price). After all that, they still not confirmed the day when they will install. I asked to speak to the manager to report this bad experience (which has repeatedly happened to my team every time they needed service) but she arrogantly say she doesn't have manager to report to and she is the only in-charge of service and rudely shot the phone as she doesn't care at all for her client since they are proudly the only representative of Mimaki brand in UAE and we only have them as the only option.after this many years with Memaki machines in my Ferm.am really considering to swatch to other machines not because Mimaki is not right for me, but because of the bad service at sign trade that doesn't well suit Mimaki brand name
