I 'm a new customer of Silber Arrows and new to Dubai. They were recommended from many different contacts - car dealers and individuals as I needed a B1 service.

I recently purchased a car from Silber Arrow (Gareth). From walking into a clean a prestigious showroom to great customer service from a very knowledgable sales person; I can’t fault it all. What made this even more impressive that I agreed to purchase the car and went on leave and Gareth and his team did all the paperwork etc.and when I returned the car was left for me in my car park. They are the best at what they do, I heard a lot about their higher pricing than others but no it's not true, they have good price with quality of service, you really feel the difference if you have tried some other service centers and give a chance to SilberArrows. Gargash is authorized by Mercedes I don't know why because I had serviced my car from them and they are not even close to the satisfaction level. I am happy with SilberArrows' work.

Extremely overpriced, quoted us 50,000dhs for a repair that cost us 8,500dhs at another garage (Shaheen garage in al quoz).

Update. I just purchased my third Mercedes-Benz from SilberArrows. The sale process was a dream. I dropped my part-ex and Garath arranged everything, even delivering the new one. This is the go-to place to purchase, for service, repairs or just good old sound advice.

I have been a customer since Phil and his team opened. There is no Mercedes workshop in UAE that comes remotely close to this facility - including the Main Dealer. Excellent service, good value, reassurance of Mercedes Benz servicing and OEM parts with everything fully explained in advance.

Booked the car in for a checkup at Silber Arrows. The car was dropped in the morning of the booking, and by midday received a comprehensive quote and detailed explanation from Aiden about what was necessary and what was recommended. Parts were ordered straight away and the car was ready to collect the following day after a check over and wash. Aiden talked me through everything that had been done and I left very satisfied with the quality of work and level of service.

Took my car to SilberArrows for a 'Service B' after being given an absurd quote by Gargash.

The prices are far more reasonable here, especially for the transmission oil change. They responded very quickly on WhatsApp whenever I had any questions which I really appreciate.

The staff were very professional and both drop-off and collection were easy and hassle free.

Will definitely bring my car here again when the next service is due.

This agency is too much expensive compared to Gargash agency, I don’t know how, though it is the same type of service, in future I will go to Gargash since it is more cheaper

I recently purchased a pre-certified Mercedes from Silber Arrows and I must say, from the very first moment of interaction (over the phone) until the moment I was handed over the keys to the car, it was a 5 star experience. Big shout out to Gareth and particularly William who were really helpful throughout the process. First impression is always very important and during my very first call to inquire about the car, my first visit to the Silber Arrows service/shop, I felt that sense of credibility and trust from the company and the staff.
It also gives me comfort to know that I’ll be using Silber Arrows for my car’s maintenance and service needs as it is their specialty and is affordable as well.

Shop look professional and impressive perhaps due to a large variety of cars parked outside. Went to see an E Class that they had for sale. One of the drivers was just moving the car out of the showroom. Wife told him that we came specifically for that car so the guy was nice enough to leave it running and in front of the shop.

While I was parking my car, she jumped in and started looking around. This is when one of the guys from the showroom, incidentally dressed very professionally in short and tight pants, came out and started acting like we stole the car and we disturbed his lunch siesta. We asked for a test drive and he passed us the key while retaining my EID and driving license (Not sure what was that for?). We asked him to join and he refused.

Came back with the car, parked it outside and went inside to continue the discussion. I advised the salesman (not sure of his name but his desk was in front and to the left once you enter the main showroom door) that there are a few faults with the car and it is not in the top notch condition that it was advertised in. He had no reaction, while looking at his phone. I then asked him to talk to me a bit about the car's service history. He said: "It is all here" and handed me a plastic folder while he continued to check his phone.

I asked him a couple more questions up until a point when he managed to took his eyes off the phone just to say to me in an arrogant tone: "Do you even know the car you are buying? ". I found that disrespectful and therefore I said Goodbye and left.

Now, I have a few questions:

- Is this your normal way of treating customers and is this why customers pay premium when buying from you?

- Does this arrogant salesman understand that he is, in essence a car salesman and that he might have a much more educated person in front of him and the minimum he should do is treat him/her with common sense respect?

We are very thankful of finding this place with so friendly and helpful guys. We had a very flawless, relaxed and trustful experience buying our car there. Still, when we had some issues with our bank account, they were very patient and tried to help us where they could. We also would like to name out Gareth and Ricardo who both made the buy very special in being so nice and always customer orientated. Beside that they are very good interlocutors and we had nice talkings while doing the paperwork etc. …last but not least the quality of the car is for a used car outstanding. They really took care of letting the car look like it is almost new. Even slightly worn out parts were repaired or changed. They did a great job on the details and are still there and helping with some things that occurred after sales.
We definitely will do our services only here as well. We highly appreciate the whole experience and would also highly recommend this place for everyone who looks for quality and trustful businesses when it comes to buy Mercedes cars in Dubai.

If you have a Mercedes there is no other place to take it. These guys are properly trained on Mercedes cars and know their stuff inside out (I had an issue with fuel supply on my classic SL500 and they identified it immediately from the problem I described). The pricing is very competitive too and there is no up-selling in order to increase profit. They rely on repeat customers to do that. Before I knew about Silber Arrows I asked a well-known German car specialist in Al Quoz why they didn’t seem to work on Mercedes cars. They told me that Silber Arrows were best for Mercedes and they couldn’t compete so suggested I try them! You can’t get a better recommendation than that….

These guys are what you really need from a business in Dubai. They are honest, they don't give you surprises, if something is wrong but its not essential to fix it they tell you. They sourced some aftermarket parts to ease the cost of an aircon failure, even trying things they were not sure would fit. I hope they are going to survive the covid disaster.

The staff and experience at Silber Arrows is second to none. I have taken my CLA 250 here for servicing and repairs and the professionalism and knowledge shown by the Silber Arrows team is always first class. Special mention to Nick who kept me up to date with everything and made sure my car was ready in time. Great team, great service!

Very pleased with my first experience with SilberArrows, Ricardo, and his team. Serviced my GLE with them and they were able to fix a minor vibration that was present during driving. Soon after my car developed another issue, this time with the AC. Just want to drop a recommendation here. Firstly, I had a strange noise coming from my brakes! Been told by the Mercedes workshop that this was normal and that I didn’t drive it hard enough - all sounded strange so I took it to another shop - they said it might be an electrical motor and a lot of other expensive stuff.then I decided to go to Silber Arrow after googling for more options and within a day they came back saying one of my brakes had been put together wrongly and corrected everything at cheap cost to me. Basically did a better job than the Mercedes workshop and didn’t sell expensive solutions! Thanks for that.

Secondly, I needed a new car due to my family getting bigger and asked for some advice on various models. Got good and honest feedback which is greatly appreciated. And I was not pushed to doing any business with them which I like BUT I ended up doing it because yeah my repair with them was stellar and why not try to swap cars via them! It was a great success and Jack is a very knowledgeable guy with great patience. The sale went through from their side very smoothly but me fessing up I didn’t have my ducks in a row as I was unaware of the whole release letter thing so I never requested one when I paid of my car. So again they took that with outmost calm and understanding which I really liked - I got it sorted but they were delayed in putting my old car on the market by more than a week which must have been super annoying (sorry again guys)!

All I can say is that the service there is fantastic, I would recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes! After sales, work shop all top quality and they know their stuff! Thanks for some great work and I will be back for service on both my cars!
