Poor customer service from the cashier and every sales clerk. They don’t have the energy and eagerness to assist the customer. Worst experience. I hope the management will train them more about customer service.

Ordered item online 7 days ago, still no delivery despite being sent updates it will be delivered 4 days ago. Homes R us customer service will only send an email to the courier and requested for me to follow up with the courier company Jeebly? Very poor customer service and delivery compared to other companies (Homecentre). I wouldn't recommend using and will not be using again.

Well, such a good brand to choose furnitures and kitchen supplies. Staffs are very friendly and always ready to help you to find things. Lots of things there for decoration too.
The price are reasonable, if you are going on luxury style and expensive, this is not the place for you, but if you like lovely things for decoration and good quality enough, then come to them.
I got from them furnitures and things for decoration from around 2 years now still in good condition. Delivery ans establish also good too. I hope when i reach the situation of gurantee is good also, i hope i mean.

Amazing variety of high quality furniture. Though on the pricier side, you definitely get the value you pay for. We had issues with a furniture piece after 6 month of usage and it has been replaced free of charge with a swift and efficient customer service.

Great variety of stuff, sales and promotions are great so full points to that but the staff at the cash counter is very rude and unpleasant to talk to which disappointed me.

I have done complain against the furniture received with a bad smell i have complained several times on phone they send for visit and agreed the smell is there and then again on phone they told me they can return but have to pay 500 aed penalty why should i pay a single dirham if the product is defected and afte few days i got msg that my complain has been closed sucessfully and i was schocked then i send 4 emails till now but no reaponse from there customer care. Dont want to elaborate more details here hope to hear back from homesrus very soon after this post as i am greatly disappointed to see after sales support. Ver bad experience.

They gave us 3 times a recked mirror and the staff is terrible and very rude! Do not buy from there the quality of their items are very poor.even the managers are very rude and they don’t know how to make their customers happy at all

I bought by bedroom set from here, this location has plenty of variety, I didn't see my set at any other location of it. The staff is helpful as well. Prices arent too high and the stuff is generally good quality

Very very bad quality, last year I bought a gray sofa, its totally damage now, not comfortable, all the staff in side the sofa appear clearly plus the dining table, covering with cheap wood like shell, oh my God the worst furniture ever

Not a big fan of their furniture, but i’d recommend the mattress and pillow covers they sell. They come with zippers (which you can’t find everywhere) so they offer good protection from dust, bed bugs etc.therefore, they stay clean and new for a long time.
