Terrible experience.
I went for laser and for facial, which both weren't bad.
What is truly bad is the service. The approach is very much business oriented, once you buy a package they no longer interested in giving you an appointment.
Plus their system is messed up, they claimed I did a facial session which I didn't do, probably just to finish my package (already paid).

Went to this place only to support lebanese business and now I feel sorry for the image they portray. I have heard lots of comments from people who know they are just a scam.
Zero customer service.

️️️I would like to post my experience as I had a terrible experience with them from the laser hair removal i had burns all over my hands and feet from the laser. At first they were saying its normal after the sessions and try to scrub which made it worse and i did a complain (the burns took 2 months to fade away and the white patches still showing till now) they asked me to remove my complaint from the DHA and come check the dermatologist and as an apology they will do refund for the session that caused the burns and the remaining one. Unfortunately I believed them and I declined my complain and after chasing them for more than one month they replied NO REFUND will be done and i can get a credit note to be used with us. So now I'm trying to reopen the case and at least warn people from getting into same thing and trusting this place. I paid alot of money to make sure I get the best service and they proved they don't care except to take money️️️

Worst company as it s also property agency, they didn t refund me my security deposit, M. Chadi has been horrible and they don t respect the UAE law for the tenant.

An amazing laser place for all kinds of hair. Very helpful staff. They deliver the whole truth whether it be about hair, skin or physique. They have multiple package and they always look out for the best for their clients. Really helpful!

Every time I am coming to this place I feel happy and satisfied from the service, Specially with Bernadette she is the best technician. The only problem that they needs to work on it is to ask the receptionist ladies to smile and to give them trainings for how to deal with the old clients and new clients!

The best laser hair removal center in town. Ive done my treatment 12 years ago and i still have great results till today. I came back recently for retouches with Catherine, a wonderful and professional technician, make sure to book with her as she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during treatments. Excellent results!

The clinic is clean and they are always on time for the service and the laser service is good in itself but they I have had issues with their phone lines always busy or not picking up. In 10 session I got burned once. Not a fun experience at all. Sometimes Silkor feels more like a business which is a shame and their prices are way too expensive.

I agree with every bad review below. If you want to be disrespected, lied to and have your money stolen then go to Silkor (if they ever pick up the phone).

And not to forget, therapists aren’t trained well. I’ve been burned before and I’ve also had sessions of full leg laser that covered only a quarter of my leg.

Great place! Effective laser machines! Im very happy with the results! The staff and laser technicians are very professional and lovely! Im having my sessions with cathtrine and she is amazing and very friendly! I like that they follow up after each session to make sure that everything is alright post session.i love this place! And i really recommend it.

I've done hydrafacial with them and it was fantastic. The jumeria branch staff seems to be the best when it comes to facials. I've tried other Silkor branches in the UAE, but the jumeria staff seems to be the best and well skilled.

No one ever picks up the phone.no one ever calls to remind you of your appointment.and somehow they never have appointments!

Didn`t believe so much when I saw the low reviews once I have been to Silkor in Lebanon before, I booked an appointment online the day before and got a confirmation someone would call me to confirm the appointment soon, I didn`t get any call so I called the day next early morning to confirm the appointment, they confirmed it to me by phone, Got there exactly 5 minutes before the appointment the lady at the reception refrained to tell to take a seat which I did after patiently waiting for 25 minutes watching all the girls working there walking around with car keys on their hand and laughing on each other, I didn`t hear any explanation or a simply gesture of attention nothing at all, like I was there waiting for a favor, It`s a very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior they simply think your time is worth Trash, as the other review said don`t believe go and see it for yourself.
