Very terrible hygiene, and customer service and opinion don’t matter. The branch is not clean despite providing comments and requesting to be cleaned. Worst experience, never going back.

I had serious infections because of this clinic, Im a regular patient and they didn’t do any action regarding there poor hygiene.

The best experience through and through. I recently had two treatments at Silkor - subcision and microneedling performed by Dr. Tuqa. The confidence and reassurance that she provides is unlike any other and the results only validate her words.

The staff went above and beyond by calling me after each treatment to check in on me. Dr. Tuqa was also always in touch with me via WhatsApp.

The level of care and attention I received was truly amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Tuqa and Silkor for their exceptional service and expertise in skin treatments.

My favorite and only place for facials and laser hair removal. Theyre exeptional and brilliant in all their services.

Very bad experience even though I’m a loyal customer. The receptionist made me wait 1 hr even though I came on time, she made other customers go ahead of me without even apologizing or requesting my permission. And when I wanted to reschedule my appointment her excuse was you can’t do retouch laser after 3 weeks.

Well u made me wait one hour and I have a life to live! I can’t just stay all day in your clinic.

Had the most amazing experience at Silkor Especially after my facial with Noel, my skin has never felt better!

Trully angry and disapointed. Unskilled staff. They got a training with no knowledge about skin care. My advise to you never come here and go to doctor who understand your skin and who is already studied these things but this center is expensive for nothing. I got a chemical peel and the lady (no mention her name) put high dose of retinol after chemical peel which is tge wost step. I got severe burn to my face and iam going to doctor to try to cure it. I got also hydrfacial and i left with bruses and pimple scars evrywhere. The worst experience and i did not want to complain because i will harm one person and tge issue is not from tge person is from the company policy to hire unknowledgeble staff

Amazing place, staff are so professional and friendly. They respect your time, you don't have to wait to get to ur appointment. I had skin treatments with Mrs. NOELLE she so skilled and knowledgeable.

Although they are over priced, i bought a package.
They cancelled my appointment 3 times without informing me. And they told me that they called me and i confirmed to cancel it but they didn't call me!
They are not organised.

The staff there are very friendly and professional. The manager is very approachable. She answered all my queries.

I was their client since 2008 recently they made me pay in advance for the service and when I got sick with Coronavirus and couldn't use the services they refused to give me back my money. They took the full amount all my money. Very bad services all they care about is your money.

Its the best palce for hair laser removal with the best professional lady "rizadel" also they have dermatology section with the best dr "may" she is very professional also. So i recommend silkor for everyone

Lie about DHA regulations to reduce scope and their prices are double the rest. Don't appreciate the dishonesty. Also they send spam SMS without your consent

I like the variety of services.but what I like the most is the realistic recommendation on the services.their customer service level is very high, as well as the follow up after the treatments.

I've done my laser treatment here in uptown Mirdif, I must say it's the best aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The crew is very cooperative n kind. I highly recommend them.

The worst. I had a very bad experience with silkor mirdif - downtown. They wasted my time and my money and my trust in them. Once I decided to visit them and start my laser sessions I truely didnt expect to reach this low level of satisfaction with them. I’m so annoyed so depressed that I tried to tell them that where is the result that I was promised to have for 12 sessions!? No result and I still have alottttttt of hair. Here is my interesting story. Please read so U dont have to be through this misrebale experience. In May 2017 I went to Mirdif Branch, manager Lama. Told her wanna do for upper lips pikini and under arms, she lietrly told me that I need a maaaaaaaximum of 100 and what surprised me also is that she is not experienced like how come she knew that I only need 7 sessions with just looking at the hair! She didnt ask for a blood test, hormones test.nothing. She just looked at the hair and she said you need 7 sessions maaaaaaximum. Then I paid for it for 4800 aed and then she told me you have to pay for the cream that should be used befor eand after the session, ok I bought it! And I bought other sun protection creams all for around 400 aed. Few days later I realised that the cream that should be put before and after is going to expired the same month of the moment I bought,
I called lama and she gave me 200 cash and i dont know why this girl kept saying oh you can use any cream one year even after its expiry date. What? Is this the way you respect your clients.
Any way in August 2017 The philipino girl in downtown branch her name is Alone (she left silkor in May 2018) told me I will give you a price for your legs and for small areas that u choose and will convince manager widad (in downtown) to give you a nice price. So I dircetly and unconsciously realized that widad knows everything happening with me through these philipino girls who do the lazer for me, so she must be willing to follow up for my lazer results throught these philiipno. Anyway this philipni girl Alona after asking widad came and told me that widad accepted to give me full legs session plus under arms plus hands and lower back and lower belly for 8000 aed. I paid for it. I also paid for full face around 3000, so my upper lips are included anyway. I also bought hydra facial sessions and mizzo for 2400 and bought facial cleanse for maybe 400 aed.evertime I go for my sessions I tell the philipino girl that Im not finding a result can u check with widad she says noooo madam u have a very good result and this is normal. I saw widad when i leave the sessions and she says its ok the result is normal and i tell her that i still can see the hair.i leave the place and say maybe they are right they do understad these things better than me. And one the instructons that the philipino were always telling me is that “dont shave” and that i just have to shave n, y one time before the session and the retouch and i do what she said. Its august 2018 and it was my last sessions, so far at that date i would be done for around 12 session for upper lips, pikini, and under arms (my upper lips have fine hair but with very largeamount, so around 90 % is still on my upper lips I swear) (my under arms result is only 20% so 80% is still there) (and the worst thing is my pikini which i suffered alot from the pain every single session, my fulllllllllll pikini hair is till there). Please see up the continuity.

This is unaccepted this is.and regarding my legs and hands and the other areas.of course they are worse. So anyway when I decided to sit with widad in august 2018 she said ohh dear my daughter have the same problem and this is normal, i donno why they keep saying this is normal. She then asked me to do blood tests and hormones test, i did them and brought to her which were normal, she said look dear there is a reason that we dont know behind this and that every girl has a different skin than the other. I told her if so then why u promised me that i wont have hair anymore she told me i didnt sell you that package i told her what are you saying the philipino girl cannot sell any package without your permisson because you are the manager (i was speakingp very politly and she was speaking in cold way). I just want to ask, is this a way to deal with clients? She told me i cannot give you any free sessions. I m sorry to say that widad is a kier but she is. I looked for silkor instagram and wrote a complain and the next day Lama also called me? I donno know why this Lama and widad are the only people to contact in this silkor. So lama told me to come to check my result and she lied again to me and tol me i will try to help you and write for the silkor managemt, i told her u told me i will loose all my hair from 7 sessions why you lied? And she told me you should have shaved alot in the latest sesssions i told her wwwwwwwwhat are you saying the philipino girls told me not to shave she said no u have to and u should! R u fooling me hh!? I swear i was speaking very very very politley to widad and lama when i saw them ftf. So after i saw lama, few days later she called me over the phone and said sorry the management decided not to give u any free sessions but we can giv you a discount. Lool. When you respect your clients i will. Please dont loose your money and deal with them they are liers. They use cheap machine and use there fake name to sell. Thank you I hope you beleive every single word I said, im soo said for the time i lost and for my money i lost its breaking me and i dont this to happen to anyone again. Thanks
