Woooowwwwww! SUPPLIER OF THE CENTURY AWARD. There really isn’t enough that can be said for the service I received from everyone at Silverfox, but especially from Shaik Obaid. Silverfox made building my pool a hugely enjoyable and seamless experience and here’s why.
When I decided to install a new pool, I called four suppliers in Dubai. Silverfox was by far the quickest to respond with a site visit, and soon after that, a design proposal and a quote. Not the highest, nor the lowest, somewhere in the middle, but their enthusiasm and knowledge were head and shoulders above the rest. They were clearly very experienced in terms of design, engineering and legal issues and were very quick to get the ball rolling. Their quote was crystal clear as was their timeline. Shaik shared a lot of images of pools Silverfox had built and we discussed my design preferences and even sourced some images externally to make sure we were moving in the same direction.
The design process went back and forth a little, as these things do, and Jana was always extremely accommodating, taking ideas on board and drawing them up for me. She was very open to changes, adding a step here or there, and always made me feel as if these changes were part of the process rather that a chore. She drew up comparison pools for me to see and added her expertise and explained why certain designs work better than others. She visited the site often in the early days to make sure the pool is being placed in exactly the right spot. Jana was my first contact with Silverfox and she really made a very positive impression on me and I knew from those early meetings that this was a company I could work with.
This feeling was made certain when I met Shaik. He knows almost everything there is to know about pools and what he does not know, he is curious to learn. He is open, transparent and passionate about pools. He helped me understand different options and designs and drew up endless hand drawings to explain how the water would flow and the mechanics of the pool. He took on my pool as a whole really. Early on, when I informed him that I would not be able to apply for all the permits and asked if he could do this, his response was yes (it always is!) And he did. He is service driven. He is a problem solver. He is flexible.
Niyaz, the engineer, was the person who ensured it was built to optimal standards. His extensive knowledge and experience, along with his attention to detail, were instrumental in making sure the drawings came to life as they did. My pool is spectacular because of Niyaz’s know how and his ability to evaluate and develop design into the real deal.
Right from the very first day, it felt as if Silverfox was invested in my pool, not only from a commercial standpoint, but from a personal one as well. I was away for much of the time that the pool was being built, and Shaik’s timely and regular visits and updates were critical. He kept me in the loop, every step of the way, and even met with other suppliers several times on my behalf, to ensure a smooth process. That really went above and beyond his responsibilities, but he was happy to do so if it meant moving forward.
This experience has felt very much like a collaboration. Silverfox seemed as invested in (and as excited by) the pool as I was. I was fully supported, responded to and even when I changed my mind about the tiles (which I suspect were brought in especially for me), there was no drama. I heard nothing of it. It wasn’t till I asked, much later down the line, that I got the story.
Silverfox come to site when they say they will, answer their calls in a timely manner, and the team of builders work diligently with care. I could not recommend this company more if I tried. They are simply fabulous. Thank you to everyone there who made it happen but a special thank you to Shaik who was in the driving seat and ensured that it was a complete joy to work with Silverfox.

Shocking customer service, fake promises with time attendance and bad swimming pool cleaning, have to keep chase up every week for my pool maintenance and cleaning, ring them as the staff don’t show up on the time agreed or if they do, they don’t clean properly

Terrible long term result!

If you build with Silverfox you need to setup a new garden after 2-3 years.

We can’t suggest to work with MDO based on our experience. If you report big issues they don’t have time to fix it.

We hired Silver Fox for our backyard, front yard and side yard project which consisted of a pool, jacuzzi and relevant decking. Prior to this we completed a thorough review on 7 other pool contractors. Part of the tender process was to visit a few of their previous works, in all the sites we went that Silver Fox took us their quality was consistent. The work they did in our backyard was also consistently high quality, but above all I appreciated the kind attitude of the team that worked at our place. If there is a will there is a way! We initially dealt with their Sales Manager Arend who overviewed the project from start to finish. Our site engineer was Sultan a lovely man with knowledge and a very sweet attitude, eager to listen and deliver to our expectations which were very high. The foreman was Sohail a hardworking, patient and attention to detail guy. The workers on the team were very kind, they always had a smile in the morning when they walked in, and they worked hard and well. Pump room and pool and jacuzzi electric part was overseen by Sunil and I have nothing but excellent words for him, his brother and their team. Special thanks and blessings to Babu that did a lot of very good tile work and his extremely sweet and humble attitude and Ram who did the pool tiles equally well helped by Tayoob. Andrew who was every day here to help with anything needed and with a humble and soft heart. I am sorry I cant mention them all as I cant remember all their names but they were all very good. We have remained overall very happy with the Silver Fox quality of works and in general their management style. And have already recommended them to friends and would use them in the future! Very pleased with my experience with Silver Fox, especially Obaid. From the onset, Obaid was easy to work with, helpful and made my life easy by being proactive guiding me through every step of the pool construction process. Obaid and Silver fox are one of the few companies that take pride in their work and maintain the site in a clean manner. Staff are all respectable and hard working. No sub-contractors, all staff are from Silver fox and anything that comes up that needs to be taken care of or fixed slightly better, Silver fox does not run away from their responsibilities. Obaid will send his team and ensure the completion of the work is to clients liking. Very happy and definitely will recommend to other people.

I've built my swimming pool by silver fix company in Sharjah city. The price was too high. However, the following worthwhile to consider.

Silverfox have been nothing but professional from start to finish; Organized, efficient, friendly, a great work ethic and best of all ahead of schedule. The quality and precision of their work was flawless. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. We did a lot of work on our home and they were by far the best company we have dealt with. The review:
From the world perception of hierarchy, low too high I have not seen such joy and satisfaction within a work force. Every member we came across was happy, professional, kind and accommodating in every aspect no matter there role. In terms of team leaders then foreman followed by managers nothing was too difficult and on not one occasion were we made to feel our question or query was silly or unfounded, it was addressed on the spot with a can do attitude or a "I'm not certain but I'm sure we make it happen, let me get back to you"

The people:
We started the process with a lovely man called Arend who in essence guided and aided us through the entire job from design to completion and delivered on everything he stated. On certain aspects we dealt with Arend alot when critical decisions were needed design etc but his site foreman llyas was our daily go to and I have nothin but absolute praise for this man.llyas visited the site daily sometimes multiple times and was nothing short of fantastic. To Arend and llyas credit as leaders they were superb but they were only as good as the team working for them, and these men were absolute stars and a joy to work with everyday. I cannot thank each person individually as there are so many. However I will mention a few names that I had more to deal with on a personal level but in honestly every member of every team deserves credit from management.

The pool:
Our Pool is approx 6*3m with a sundeck area and deeper seating area, narrow skimmer, three water fountains and coral tiles from Spain above ground pump house, heater chiller in an Emaar community. It was delivered a few days ahead of schedule, mentioning there was an Eid holiday of almost a week so without this they would have been close to two weeks ahead. The tiling product is brilliant, additional money was spent to have a longer leading edge of coping tile running directly into the water and the 45degree angle cut on the coping is almost faultless, this was done with water jet off site with minimal faults. The skimmers and boxes were designed to remain slightly below normal coping level to allow artificial grass to run ontop and maintain continuity of the single level garden we designed and were aiming for, ie house, outdoor garden of grass and tiles, pool all level with minimum fall for water runoff, the garden was lifted around 30cm to facilitate this design, perfect finish! We elected for above ground pump house with Heater Chiller in addition my design was to add outdoor step down voltage electrical lighting controls and irrigation housed in the same location and its finish is perfect. We chose aluminum which was slightly more expensive but defiantly worth the additional expense.

With every review it must be subjective and balanced so the negative.here goes:). We elected to have a substantially more expensive tile from Spain for our design as we instantly fell in love with the color, and this is the only negative I can really say, as we are having a minor problem with a a few tiles developing a bubble in them, however this has been confirmed as a manufacturing fault and not related to Silverfox at all, and completely guaranteed by Silverfox to be rectified, so again, how can I fault this company.

Anyone considering using a pool company please consider SilverFox, myself & wife have never had such pleasure working with a company in Dubai, they were a delight! You will not be disappointed.

Silver Fox carried out a full new pool construction at Jumeira Baccalaureate School, the pool was a trainer pool 12m x 5m, fully tiled and with JBS logo in the tiles. The project had a tight deadline from the start and Silver Fox executed the job to a high standard, to a professional standard, compiled to DM regulations and came under budget.

We would recommend Silver Fox to other companies.

Know what they are doing and have skilled workers. They will guide you along the way, but expect there so be some follow up from your side on. I got a absolutely fabulous pool, 92% my design plan and they recommend some changes to my design for better look and Municipality changed the design a bit too, but Silver Fox was fast at implementing the changes and move on with the work. Omar was of great assistance, fast to adapting change and respond to questions.

We purchased a villa in Arabian Ranches earlier this year and one of the areas that desperately needed work was the garden and surrounding pool area. Silver Fox from the beginning were professional and helped with ideas to make this our dream garden. From design to hard landscaping and over 3 months months, they completely turnaround an otherwise very old and tired looking garden. The teams involved were always on time and always cleaned up after the working day. From a BBQ/ Bar area, outdoor shower, vast area of sandstone decking, pool heater/ chiller, new irrigation system and a substantial amount of planting, including Date Palms - wow. A fantastic service, very polite and above all trustworthy team. Pricing too was competitive. Silver Fox now maintain my garden and surrounding area on a weekly basis. Very good value for money. They kept my pool very clean and I would use them again at another property. In addition when extra work was required I found their quotes reasonable and the service very prompt.

Our pool was constructed by Silver Fox and maintained by MAK pools for 10 years now and we are so happy with the quality of service. It has been extremely prompt, no nonsense and our pool looks just as new as it did when we first built it. Silver Fox originally build our swimming pool and tiling around the pool couple of years ago in Dubai. Recently I approached them to perform some extra tiling for us. The sales team and execution team were quite friendly and flexible with changes that we did even during execution of the project. Job was completed with good quality and it terms of cost they were fair.

A very responsive and professional service. A new pump and filtration system was surveyed and fitted along with testing to ascertain whether the pool was leaking. Excellent troubleshooting skills.

The Silverfox team has been very helpful and professional during the entire process. We used Silverfox to install a new pool and do the landscaping in our new villa. We began the process without having any fixed plans, Silverfox assisted us through the entire process. They helped draft different design plans for our the entire space. They took the time to sit with us and draft various design options. The entire construction process lasted about 3 months from start to finish. Silverfox reconstructed our entire yard including the pool, water fountain, new grass, tress, pump room construction and construction of a planter wall. We have been very pleased with the quality of service and the final product. Silverfox also did a great job catering to our custom requests, such as thin skimmers and built in wall lighting. They were also understanding when we changed our minds during the construction process. We met with the team nearly every week during construction to discuss minor details to guarantee that everything was to our desire. We have been using the pool for about a month and can say that the filtration/cleaning system is amazing. We do have many trees around the pool and we never see any leaves in the water.
