Pathetic Services, given them 4 branded t-shirts for the dry clean & they ruined every single t-shirt, these doesn’t know how to dry clean so instead of dry clean they washed the clothes and ironed them, the unwanted stains are there and the shape/style of the t-shirts are completely gone, every single t-shirt costs more than AED400 and they just ruined all of them for AED5, if you don’t know that how to do dry clean then why the hell are you working in this field?

It’s a request to everyone please don’t give your expensive clothes, shoes or anything for the cleaning to these guys.

Zero services with a sudden change of price make me scared they are cheating openly try to avoid such cheater company sorry to say but i have very bad experience with them not a quality service

Subscribed to their 450 dhs plan after seeing reviews here. In the first week faced delivery issues causing my child to go school without uniform. Now in the second week got to know now that my 2 expensive suit jacket and 3 pants were burnt due to short circuit. What kind of laundry they are running with no safety in place for clothes.

Do not give your clothes for laundry or you will also lose them like me. This is terrible and i am not sure how they going to compensate the loss

Don’t ever use this company - especially for expensive cloths. This company never returned 2 of my suits and 2 Armani t-shirts and stopped answering my calls. Be careful.

Best laundry ever! Im tourist and I ask for one day delivery, they send me all my clothes wash and dry perfectly and very early in the right time! And the prices are perfect! They made me a great price! Highly recommend this company! They also haba WhatsApp contact number for customer service is great! Thanks next time I come to dubai I’ll do the laundry with them!

They ruined ties r worth of 600DHS or more after dry cleaning! Have a look at the shirts they even ironed! So frustrated! The worse than their service is their attitude;
1- they don’t reply to ur messages,
2- they tell u they will come and don’t show up after waiting for them and cancelling ur plans!
3- they even denied ruining the ties instead of apologizing!
4- don’t even think of subscribing in any package they do, it’s a punishment they do to customers!
5- Also say free delivery and at the late delivery of clothes, they tell u, 25 Dhs extra as place is far away!

Same day/next day delivery is available too - but at a higher cost of course. Irregardless of the option, you get the same premium quality service. Best part about it is that they come to my office for pick up and deliveries. I am hardly at home and this works for me perfectly.
