I initially thought that a company like Simply Car Buyers would take advantage of a resigned seller like me and give me a rock bottom price. Fortunately I met Levan of Simply Car Buyers. Levan is a well built and quite intimidating chap from a distance but close up he is a legend! He’s friendly, warm and honest. He understands that you are not at his desk necessarily by choice but rather by circumstances.

Levan was direct but also put me at ease with his gentle Georgian manner. He showed me the exact health of the second hand car market with examples of recent purchases and sales. At all times I believed Levan was doing his best not only for his company but for me too.

We agreed on a price and contracts were signed. Levan promised me the money would be in my account within 48 hours and it was.with time to spare. Mazin, in the accounts department called me personally before he transferred the money and sent me a screen shot of the transaction which I appreciated.

If you need to sell you car quickly I can not recommend Levan and his team highly enough. He makes what can be a difficult situation that much easier.

The supervisor called me and we talked about what happened he offered me a good price to buy my car but since i had changed my mind already and will not sell my car I rejected the offer however the supervisor did apologise for what happened earlier and he was very polite and kind so i am giving them 5/5 as it shows customer satisfaction does matter to them

So I booked my appointment to sell my car. Somebody called me to confirm my appointment. I asked that person that my house is far away just let me know how much variation is there between your online evaluation and the price that you will offer after inspecting the car, knowing that i provided the accurate specs of my car. He said we will offer the same or even sometimes more but the variation will be roughly 10-15%. I told him because what other companies are doing is to offer a great online price then once you go there they offer half of that. He replied no that is not the case with us and you have not tried our services still just come and you will see.
So i just went and saw what i was expecting! They offered 40% less than the online evaluation and this was not because of my car conditions as i have the report with me they wrote the condition of the car as excellent inside out no accidents and warranty still there, but the reason was according to the guy over there that they do not have enough experience with cars such as mine that is why the online is giving more! But the price they offered is not even close to market or even the showrooms prices! So waste of time avoid it at all costs you will be better off by selling your car yourself and advertising it yourself
Do not recommend it to anyone.
The staff also have so much attitude as if they are doing you so much favour by buying your car!

I dealt with Malik and Levan who are both great guys, I sold two vehicles to them.
