Sisters Beauty Lounge - Dubai Mall

Was in need of some TLC and Sisters came in clutch. I got a classic manicure done by Sheila and a Footology pedicure by Rowena. They were absolutely lovely and took their time and had me feeling brand new after a whole day on my feet! Thank you <3

Benita and Rowena did a very good job doing my gel manicure and pedicure, helped me pick a color, very helpful and lovely My mom also had her nails done by Mary Ashley, she loved the service

Unfortunately, not good experience again. The girls just brushing nails like painting a wall - without paying attention to the form and shape of the nail. Eventually the overall nail with polish looks in waves. Also, edges not made properly. That’s all besides the pain while removing polish and besides the fact that you always have to check the shape and correct the girls where to file more to make it equal. Too much work and not enjoyable results in the end. Will not come anymore, enough was 3 times with no perfect results.

P. S the stuff themselves are very good people, nice and friendly. But sad enough, they can’t do good manicure

I have already tried a lot of saloons in Dubai however this one is the best, the staff is always professional, environment is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend modern method of manicure which is BIAB, this modern method does not damage your nails but strengthen them and at the top of that looks very beautiful.

I enjoyed my service at the lounge, it’s located in LG in the bank area, they are very welcoming and kind, the staffs were joyful and friendly. I have always enjoyed their services, my only comment is the staffs were finishing up the services and doing it very quickly to move to next client this visit.

I had a wonderful full body massage, for one hour. Carolina was excellent, provided just the right amount of pressure at my problem, feeling less sore and soo relaxed️ Thank you so much Will definitely visit again

I wanted to make appointment for haircut and treatments, get more information about services in the salon. Receptionist was extremely cold with me, didn’t want to assist me at all and barely responded to my questions. This is big “No” how you should treat your customers! I gave up and just left salon. Never

Eshwari was amazing. I didn’t have a booking, I just went and they were able to fit me in.
I had a full Brazilian, she was delicate and it was pain free. She also threaded my eyebrows for me which again was painless. She was very precise with both services and I couldn’t recommend her enough.excellent!

Yesterday I visit the branch in Dubai mall and was bad and expensive experience the facial care cost me 685 AED and not matching the quality I was looking for it’s a waste of money.moreover the Arabic lady for hair extensions I was waiting for her one hour for consultation and she did not answer or explain and she seems like she doesn’t want to make my hair and she keeps telling I’m busy will come back to you. And the lady in the reception Philipino she was talking with low mode and not smiling. The manager of this branch need to watch the staff welcoming attitude and the quality of the services.it was my first visit and will be the last for sure.

Malak the hairstylist did my hair treatment (sleek) and I’m loving the results! Also her trimming technique is so good! I highly recommend her (plus she’s sweet and gives honest consulta)

I've been visiting Ilaha for the past few years, and she brought my hair back from the dead! The amount of care and attention she pays to my hair is second-to-none, and I LOVE the results! Not only is she an amazing hairdresser, she's also now a good friend and therapist - her energy is amazing, and I always look forward to seeing her!
Ilaha's assistant, Wendy, is also lovely - she's extremely friendly and loving, and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy and comfortable. She's also full of positive energy and makes everyone smile!
Now, onto the nails, both Farida and Nyugen are AMAZING! I recently started doing my nails with them, and regret not doing them before - they're extremely diligent, so much fun to speak to, and my nails are now super strong and healthy!
Farida's leaving soon, and I'm so sad to see her go - it took me ages to find someone as talented and lovely as her - thank you!

Rowena did my pedicure today and she was a delight. Apart from doing a great job, she also was very positive and friendly.

Eshwari is the best waxing lady in all of Dubai. I moved from Downtown but still drive back there only to see her.

Starting from the service is perfect and sheila is so polite I removed gel polish, clean and Gel polish
The worst products ever! I put very light glittry pink after one day only one day! The gel was cracked and fell there’s was a gap between the nail and the color and the pink glitter changed to be black
Disaster products!
I called them they rebook for me again but I believe it’s my last time

Pathetic hair Service! Don’t trust them. I had the most disappointing service at Dubai Mall Branch. The hair dresser Malek damaged my hair while doing the service. She did my balayage and hair Botox on the same day just to achieve her target and my hair were overexposed to the chemicals. When I reported the management, they did nothing and showed no interest. So today I’m posting my experience here, so that no one else goes through it. BAD HAIR SERVICE. Not every staff member is professionally trained here.

I had Rania do my hair color and protein prime hair treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The lady was very professional and applied the color exactly as she described! The treatment was extremely relaxing, and it left my hair feeling nourished and looking healthier. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. I must say that Rania is an expert, and if you want to trust someone with your hair, it's her, believe me because i am someone who doesn’t trust salons or anyone with my hair but after this experience i must say she knows what’s she’s doing and you’ll love it. I first went to Sisters beauty lounge after having my hair color ruined at another salon. The experience is always very pampering from complimentary snacks and drinks to the way the team looks after your hair. My favorite colorist within Sisters is Najwah, I always ask for her and recommend her to my friends. She always gives me exactly what I want and is very professional with her work, definitely recommend her for coloring!

Stylist had poor attitude. Very unfriendly, didn't want to be cutting my hair clearly. Left me sat on the chair for 15 minutes waiting and no apology. Ended my hair and walked away, I didn't realise it had finished. Stylist was then sat at the front of the branch on her phone. Management need to give more attention to customer service. I've left feeling like they don't return business sadly.

I have been visiting sisters Dumais mall branch for a year. And I always love my experience there. Victoria is very professional receptionist. Marry Ann is very impressive in nails. Jeddah is ver well experience in eye lashes for 10 years.

However, I did have a very disappointed moment yesterday. I asked if there is available slot for eye lashes refill at 5: 15 pm. The lady who I was speaking with (her name is Sarah), she just looked at me, replied in a very cold tone says: you have to make an appointment before you come. We don’t have anyone available today. (She didn’t even check the screen). I respect, I knew I didn’t make an appointment, I was just trying my luck. I took a step back with my phone and started to do an appointment online for the second day.
Funny thing is, when I open my app and choose the service, it showed the available slot 5: 30pm, 6: 00pm, 6: 20pm the same day. I booked 5: 30 pm immediately and I came back. I asked again, Victoria recognized me and she checked the screen, there was my appointment. Sarah was explaining that someone just canceled the appointment. I wonder, how long was it, I didn’t go far, It might just be 2-3 minutes between when I asked if you have available slot to when I found an available slot. I think Sarah could still have a look at system, there were other available slots like 6: 00 pm or 6: 20 pm. She could simply ask would I mind to come back in an hour time which I was ready to.

I understand I am not a VIP client. I only do my manicure and pedicure very 3-4 weeks. And yesterday I just needed a 2weeks eyelash refill. Yet I think I deserve a small respect from Sarah to just check system and find a available slot for me.

I had my gold facial at Sisters Dubai Mall a few days ago, Prameela did an amazing job hands down! I loved everything from deep cleaning my face to massaging, if only I could give her more than 5stars, worth every penny! Thank you so much!

I have a few white hair I the front, hence have to regularly colour my roots. Over time I had different colours in my hair and I just wanted a uniform, fresh look. Malek was amazing! We picked a colour and she assured me I would love it and I did! Really happy with the service and especially with the work that Malek did. Will Definitely be coming back to her!

Zainabu washed my hair, it was so relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend.

Worst Haircut - I've been to sisters lounge Dubai mall branch before for haircut but as my regular stylist has left they assigned me to Rania, an old Asian lady who is very very bad. While instructions was to keep my hair below shoulders and give layers - my hair is currently above my neck line and straight. She doesn't know how to layers for sure and was really bad with instructions. To top it when i mentioned i didn't like what she did - she further made few cuts and said Its just a hair mam, it will grow back! Darn. Worst haircut of my life. Totally not worth at Aed 295.

Every time I go to Erica I know I am in very good hands and I know my hair is very well taken care of.in fact after a strong bleach my hair was totally damaged, Erica helped me through intensive care to restore and treat my hair. I tried many services with her: hair cut, trim, color, toner, scrub, caviar, etc. All worked very well to a stunning result!
