Good food! Used the Zomato 50%. Value for money.
Winnie provided exceptional service and very friendly. Always smiling. 5/5 customer service.
Cozy and cool atmosphere too.

One negative would be that the management charge AED 5 for take away of dine in dishes. Quite unusual.

Excellent dinner and service.very friendly service from Mr Aziz. I loved the place and plenty of vegetarian options.lived there cocktails and cocktails. They have a good offer on zomato. Which make us to try and it was worth trying. Not to heavy on pocket and stomach

The experience here was amazing! Firstly the staff is so sweet and patient and they're always smiling! Second the food quality is so good and it's definitely worth the cost! Do try their seafood momos, really tasty! Also if you're a Thai lover then Thai green curry is a must!

Amazing experience! The service is attentive, the food arrived quickly and the seasoning is wonderful! We ordered the Singapore Beef and it was an explosion of flavor!

Sizzling wok used to be our Go to place with wonderful food and plenty offers on booze. We went there recently to discover the staff has completely changed and no special offers or happy hours, disappointed.
But the food and service is still top notch. The manager lady is super helpful and the food still tastes amazing.

Suggestion to restaurant - do bring back happy hours for extra motivation

First time to try what’s on their menu and all I can say is recommended. The wet yakisoba was sssoooooo good and the curry was amazingly delicious.

Recently visited sizzling wok. Its located  at the ground flour of the City Max hotel (Business Bay) The overall ambiance and vibe of the restaurant was resonating with the Asian cuisine theme. Ordered dynamite prawns, kung pao, stir fried chicken in black pepper sauce and egg fried rice.
Dynamite shrimps had kick of thai flvours; lemongrass and aromatic ginger. Which was something new for me. It was refreshing and zesty.
Both the mains were mild in taste and spice level having no wow factor and fried rice were fine. Overall, a pleasant experience, but it definitely lacked a surprising element.

Located inside Citymax business bay- sizzling wok offers amazing food and great ambience. Absolutely reasonable and worth every penny. Will be back soon for sure!

If you are craving good desi Chinese food then this is the place for you. It's located on the ground floor of Citymax Hotel, in Business Bay.
The restaurant is very spacious and has inside sitting. The interiors are really beautiful. The staff is very professional. We tried their Manchow Soup, Chilie Paneer, Chili Chicken. Everything was super delicious.
Sizzling wok is my go to place whenever I am craving desi Chinese food.

It was a business lunch, its sounds good for people who's loved Asian food, i like the desserts so much it was very delicious

Food are tasty, portions are enough. There are zomato pro discount and ladies night offers.

If you love DESI Chinese then order from sizzling wok. We ordered nasi goreng with chicken skewers, kung Pao chicken and dhaba fried rice. Everything was mildly spiced (good for kids too) and yummm.must try

Sizzling wok, business bay restaurant is awesome in every thing. It's completely feel you Chinese themed. When you enter restaurant it's give you completely experience of Chinese authentic. The interior was lovely.
FOOD - the taste of food experience you completely Chinese cruising. The ingredients are perfectly in taste. Taste is completely Chinese.
Staff - the staff is completely well trained and polite. They are good in talk and explain. Specially there servings staff.

Nice good but mostly fried. Should have more street or roasted option. But lovely ambience and momo was amazing and this katsao bao was mouth watering

We didn’t have a pleasant experience at the restaurant. Went there for dinner on a special occasion. Food was ok. But the staff weren’t that great. By 11: 15 pm they were constantly trying to get rid of us not allowing us to enjoy the food though it’s open until 12. It isn’t a nice gesture asking the customer to pay the bill when they haven’t finished eating yet.

I have been a client for this restaurant for the past one year and half. Food is very good and always appreciated bringing colleagues and business partners as it is a very good value for money.
However lately the attitude of the staff has changed drastically and been replied many times in the rude way. In order to resolve my issues I ask to speak to the F&B manager. First of all they informed that he is coming and after good 10 minutes he wasn’t here. I asked again and he showed up. His name is Arun Mathew and as per him his own team doesnt know when he is coming and its a « surprise » and he comes whenever he wants. This gentleman has been very rude and very defensive, meaning that he doesn’t really know what happen and doesn’t want to admit the mistake. It is very disappointing to receive such answers. Already looking for another place where I will be able to enjoy my daily lunch as this restaurant and specially manager dosent appreciate the fact that I am coming here for the past 1 year and half and been treated in a such poorly/unprofessional manner. As i asked him about the extra charge of 15 AED he had the audacity to reply to me “unfortunately will not charge you today”. With such comment im happy to look for another place.

We had a dinner at sizzling wok business bay branch. It was a good experience. Environment was friendly and had piece. They didn’t have much variety in their menu but the things weh have got were good and had great taste. You may check the pictures I have posted here.

The food was really good! And all atmosphere. We went for a birthday dinner with one friend. We used 50% discount with Zomato. The stuff really nice and helpful.

The manager Arun Mathew is one of the rudest manager I experienced while dining in Sizzling Woke business bay. After coming to this outlet for 1.5 hrs we were facing consistency issue which we wanted to bring it to the manager’s notice who is never here. Upon requesting his attention he approaches the table and have condescending attitude towards us. The manager was so rude and not ready to listen our feedback even after mentioning that we have been coming to dine in one of the outlet for a very long time.
We are a shukran member who was never asked to present their membership to get points. As a result no points for 1.5 yrs of dining. The staff is not trained to ask for membership to attain points neither they will tell you any offers.

It’s sad to see the level of service and moreover the attitude when you give constructive feedback.

I was a regular customer and I loved the food and service. Sadly, after one year the quality has decreased and the prices increased. They even asked for additional charge to take away the food what didn't happen before. Disappointed.

Very nice place serving amazing food in general. The soups are on point, the ramen us good and all the other dishes are great! Highly recommend for casual dinners, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy for family meals and friendly gatherings

VERY MID! Went there with my family craving some Asian food, me and my family ordered a bunch of food it’s safe to say that the food was very mid and normal the tum yum soup tasted like chilli soup, the chilly squid had no chilli in it and the crisp was cold, the steam buns were good the pad Thai was delicious the teriyaki noodles weren’t that tasty as the noodles were like the size of a rice. Overall service and decor was good and the prices were affordable but wouldn’t go there again. Very normal

Sizzling Wok is one of the best fine dine restaurant. It's a hidden gem inside the Citymax hotel in Bur Dubai & Business Bay.
This place certainly raises the bar of chicness and opulence. With all the positive vibes and great hospitality Sizzling Wok won accolades. They specialise in fusion cuisine be it Chinese, Japanese or Singaporean and offers a wide range of options to choose from.
The décor is so much fun. An oriental décor setting a welcoming and cosy tone.vibrant atmosphere with quaint Asian artefacts, which brightens up the restaurant. The umbrella installation on the ceiling, bright red walls, and bao-in-steamers displayed on walls, to the colourful menu, it simply woos you.
Bar counter is very well designed in the corner and looks very attractive. The Seating arrangement is super comfortable. They have lot of different tables depending on the group size.this place has a very pretty interior. The lighting design and placement will definitely catch your attention.
The service was top notch and the servers were very courteous, attentive, professional and simply helpful. You can make out that all of them are on their toes and hence the quick service.

We tried everything from their GO VEGAN Menu!

To start with, we opted for Asian Dumpling soup, - It was rich in flavours and was truly delight! Must try for all veggies Lovers.
The second power play started with Momo’s (Pan Fried) & Kastu Bao (Tofu, Asian Mushroom mix with coconut curry sauce)
Momo’s- It came steaming hot, was soft and the core was well cooked and spiced enough to tingle the taste buds. The Kastu Bao it was Lip smacking made in rich coconut curry sauce with Indian spices giving the desired kick.
For the mains we opted for Red Thai Curry & Mapo Tofu along with Szechwan Fried Rice, Tossed Hakka Noodles. All of it were pretty good and very flavoursome.
Mapo Tofu, Red Thai curry and Fried Rice were deliciously awesome. The sauce was perfectly balanced and the flavours were creating ripples in the taste buds. Tossed Hakka noodles was good too and it was likeable and justified it with all its toppings. Along with we got plain white Rice as well which was nicely complemented by the staple Red Thai curry.
Bursting at the seams but still craving for something to satisfy our sweet tooth, we sampled the Matcha Cheese Cake & Fried Ice cream
Matcha Cheese Cake- This Matcha Cheesecake will blow your socks off. Literally. Matcha is a powdered green tea and this Asian-style green tea cheesecake is lighter and more delicate in texture. Loved it!
Fried Ice cream- Deep Fried vanilla ice cream was coated with bread crumb and desiccated coconut making it truly decadent.

Loved the quality and the flavours! It was one evening where all these indulgence and delicious things happened.

We would definitely recommend this place to everyone️

Me and hubby had an amazing experience in Sizzling wok at Citymax Business bay. All the dishes are sophisticated. Prices are really affordable in this area of Dubai. Employees made our evening just perfect. We really enjoyed our date! Can't wait to come back and try new dishes.

A hidden gem in Citymax, Business bay. If you are looking for egg noodle soup or ramen if you like then order Kho Suey, its a must try, you will never regret! Its like ramen the Myanmar version, more like laksa, soup with coconut. Their pad thai is great as well but my #1 new fave now is Kho suey, highly recommended.

Staffs are good and accommodating, Food is great, Food prep is definitely faster than other asian restaurants. Place is elegant and cozy.

It’s a very nice place and the ambience and the decoration was perfect I loved the place I love the vibes and the people were very helpful and the food was amazing they have nice menu item there and also they have an offer for every day in the week you can go between 12 and 3 PM and you will enjoy selective menu item for only 49 AED You will have a soup and starter and main course and a dessert and also you will take 25% or 30% discount on your drinks The quality of the food was very nice and flavorful I recommend this place for you guys

I am in love with this place. The food, the ambiance and the friendly service is amazing. This Pan ASIAN restaurant deserves a. Five star. My favorite Asian dishes under the same roof. Amazing. Quality service AND quality food. Perfectly plated and presented.

My first visit at sizzling wok which has been a lovely experience, with amazing food especially the beef bao buns, the place is surely pricey but it's worth the visit and the calories ️if you love Thai curry, it's an additional perk

I would highly recommend this restaurant for Pan Asian food lovers.  The ambience is absolutely stunning with a range of seating facilites for both couples and larger gatherings. When you go to such places, where you plan to unwind and spend an entire evening, what really makes a diffrence is the friendliness of the staff. The staff were very well trained (full credit to the manager) and hospitable too.

A relaxing ambience, perfect pricing, great food and warm service, what more can you ask for, oh yes free parking too (available within the hotel for diners).

Super delighted to report that this one is a new #HiddenGem in the making. Recently opened, has a complete Pan Asian Menu, with chefs from
the region as well. The food speaks for itself. Loaded with flavours, and fresh ingredients each dish unique than the other. It’s a culinary experience that’s a complete delight for your taste buds.
Here is the list of the things that we tried at the restaurant and there is a bunch of things that I want to go back and try the next time the menu is mostly singleserve certain dishes can be shared I would highly recommend that you go in and try this place soon.

Gochujang Lamb Chops (grilled and oriental in taste)
Stir Fried Prawn with Chilli Garlic (not my favorite but was decent)
Mochi (I’ve had better)
Pandan Creme Brulee (won’t order again)

The restaurant is licensed and has a lunch deal or a business lunch as we call it here in Dubai for 49 AED on week days.

Instagram: @makram.radwan, Had some good Asian experience at this hidden place in Business Bay. A good selection of the Pan Asian cuisine, some traditional and some fusion dishes. Tom yum soup was really good, the red curry and shrimps as well. The sweet & sour fish was a bit more sweet but delicious. I also enjoyed the crispy squids. The moichi passion fruit was the best I’ve tried so far.

This place is great. Great value for what you get and very tasty. The staff and chef are very friendly. Highly recommend.

Cool atmosphere and appetizing Asian Food.

Did not expect much from this place after seeing a few photos from other Citymax Sizzling Wok branches in UAE, but I thought that the interior of this restaurant was nicely done with neon signs, Japanese wall art, hanging baskets which add up to relaxed Asian street vibe.

We enjoyed the beef teriyaki noodles, Prawn tempura, Katsu Bao, Miso Soup, and the Asian desserts (fried banana ice cream).

As this is a licensed restaurant, guests can enjoy a variety of beers and other alcoholic drinks. I tried their signature Shanghai Sizzle Drink which was good.

I've been to Sizzling Wok located in other branches of Citymax Hotels, though this particular one has to be my favourite by far. This beautifully done up new location has a limited menu of food and drinks.

The Shanghai Sizzle cocktail is my favourite. Special mention to Alex for always making it so well. They do serve Bira and Kingfisher beers too - you'll relate if you're Indian.

And the food has always been amazing. Whilst you wait they serve you some complimentary prawn crackers (always a plus point!). Their Teriyaki Beef Baos are absolutely lip-smacking. The Beef Bulgogi and Prawn Dim Sums are recommended as well.

From mains I almost always order the Nasi Goreng. The Thai Green Curry is worth a try too.

The service can be a little too enthusiastic at times by couple of servers. But no harm meant. The staff are absolutely lovely.

Can't wait to be back!

Just had pad thai noodle and tom yum soup - they were tasty. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Would definately come back again.
