Great service, quick turnaround time. Soya was a brilliant nurse, would highly recommend.

I had the most awful experience at SKIN111 Palm Jumeirah branch, the hifu which I had was for 2100 Aed which is way too much but I didn't know the market price so they took advantage of it, but the worst thing was the pain which I went through the hifu lasted for 15 to 20 minutes but pain remained for 5 WEEKS. Second time I went for aqualyx injection the nurse put numbing cream and said dr will call after 20 minutes but they forgot me and after continously telling them to take me, the dr Zaheer Abbas called me after 1 hour till then numbing cream effect has lessened and I had too much pain and swelling and bruising which was horrible. This was my second injection session in first session I paid 520 Aed but at 2nd session the receptionist asked me to pay 1200 Aed for injection. This time I was ready for them so I fought my case and gave them only 520 Aed.
Conclusion is there attitude is very unprofessional and the Dr also not upto mark he was very unskilled in this profession. I had one session of Hifu at FINE POINT CLINIC for 300 Aed and it lasted 50 minutes and very comfortable and un painful.
SKIN111 is just making money with unprofessional staff.

Great clinic and very accommodating staffs specially Ms Carolyn Roshini, assisting us through the process of having the IV drips.

Sayukta is kind and knows her stuff, I have never had any bruises in my skin after an IV drip, and the procedure is completely painless. Moreover, the IV glutha drip cured my skin allergies and gave me a fair complexion. It is so effective!

I had a wonderful experience at Skin 111 clinic during my intravenous drip session of glutathione and vitamin C. The session was fantastic and greatly contributed to detoxifying my body. I would like to express my gratitude to Nurse Aura and Receptionist Kristine Amera for their exceptional guidance, timely reminders through WhatsApp and calls. Their support made my visit to Skin 111 clinic even more enjoyable.

My regular visit at SKINIII has always been awesome with great focus on their customers first. Today, Shri assisted me with a vibrant and helpful outlook. I am not very happy with my under eyes fillers. My under eye bags are back in just 5 months whereas my previous under eye filler treatment done from an different clinic stayed almost for 2 years. I was not very convinced with the explanation given by Dr Zahir when visited for an follow up consultation regarding same. He was recommending to go for an higher cost service instead of fixing the concern.

I began going to this clinic in December 2021 after an intensive research into clinics around Dubai. I read most of the comments both good & bad before my initial consultation as I was going to be having IV drip & hyperpigmentation treatment.

My first impression of the clinic upon entrance was it ‘felt’ rather claustrophobic I suppose due to the layout and location.

The Pros:

So 1st. The customer service is ok. In Dubai, most places offer really good customer service so nothing special here.
2nd- Most or rather 8/10 nurses were really good and they were the reason I kept going back. I can’t however tell you their names as they don’t wear their names on the name badges but rather the clinic’s name.which is strange as you barely know the name of the person you’re interacting with.
3rd- The location of the clinic is good if you’re interested in food as many shops/restaurants border it.

For the Cons: The list is exhaustive.

1st, I don’t think if you’re a person of colour like myself you should even bother going here.
I found both the Dr I was seeing and the nurses clueless when it came to recommending/ suggesting or offering advice regarding skin of colour!
As said, I was here specifically for skin issues, but it just kept getting worse the more I paid them a visit.

- The Dr’s don’t seem well educated on skin of colour issues & care. I would spend my week googling products & for my next appointment they would simply just agree or said ‘find something’ that suits you- well isn’t this a ‘skin care clinic’ & this is why I am here?

- I spent over 10,000aed in a 2/3 months span & in all honesty my skin kept getting worse! I did everything from hydra facial to mesotherapy to skin peels & it was all trial & error because nothing seemed to work. I had multiple one on one consultations with the dr constantly asking what would be best for me however nothing solid was ever recommended either other than to take a 3month break because skin will continue to get better because of reserve but this is untrue my skin is not better.
- I recall a day when I was still new to the clinic & I wanted to use the bathroom but it was very untidy & I asked about this to which I told to use the mall toilets! Why use outside ones? This was raised with the clinic after.
- Similarly I noticed from my 1st time there that the clinic/ items in the consultation rooms were not very clean. I asked them once & even showed them pictures of what I encountered in some of the rooms. It took this for me to be put into a cleaner room from then onwards.
- Also, once I had already paid about 5,000aed for the next sessions when I was asked to pay again because they ‘could not see my payments’ this was ridiculous considering the amount paid but I proved by opening my bank statements to show that I’d paid in full and this whole situation took almost an hour to resolve as I had to wait in the clinic whilst the accountant figured it out. They were apologetic about it but how can a whole establishment like this not have clear records? ! Especially considering the amount of money people pay to get treatments there.
- I also recommend being flexible because of all the appts I got booked with the Dr, none were ever done on time. So a 2pm appointment would easily be seen at 2.30pm/ 2.45 because of the Dr workload (I only saw one female Dr during my time there so I am speaking from this perspective).
- I recall a time the Dr asked me to doo a treatment i’d requested in another clinic when I asked because she had finished the one she was doing on me, why when I am already a client?
- Lastly, I stopped going here and asked for a refund after my skin was chemically burnt after a mesotherapy session & nothing was done &even after raising formal complaint to the manager via email (who was on emergency leave) I was told that their emails ‘were not working’ after only after I complained again on WhatsApp. My last message still went unanswered to this day. I would certainly not recommend this clinic because my impression is it’s all about money.

Me and my mother had 5 sessions of BBL performed by Greshna. First of all she’s an amazing therapist, was able to identify my problems from the first sight. The procedure is not painful at all and my pigmentation faded after just 1 session. Highly recommend

Unprofessional, we went to consultation room suddenly two staff joined us, one of them was not putting mask at all, and the other was sleeping on patient chair playing with phone, so the consultation room turned to be like coffee shop!

The clinic is clean and organized they also offer you drinks while doing your session. The ambiance will give you good vibes. Highly recommended.
