I had an extremely negative experience with Skyz jewelry. I purchased a bracelet for daily use, but it broke within 10 days. This has happened to me before too. I attempted to replace this item, but they are insisting a deduction on my previously paid making charge and tax (purchased within 10 days). What is this? Then for the replaced item, they again asked me to pay the full making charge.
This is a form of deception on the customers.

Don't buy anything from this shop. Better to go with Malabar, tanishq and reputated jewellers. Either they will buy even their own product or will buy at very reduced price. They are not ready to give even gold value. They are completely fraud. Faulty product without any warranty. Don't go with what they are saying.

Very bad experience, only enthusiastic when it comes to new purchase, to exchange n repair the old purchase (which was bought from sky jewelry itself less than a year) too negative staffs.they were not cooperating or helping to repair their own products.very disappointed.will never go back again.

Lots of staffs available and they are well experienced & Caring. Shop is near the Entrance. The shop have Vast varieties of collections. Making charge is very much affordable compared to nearby stores. Also they provide some Raffle Coupons, So we are waiting.
