Nice experience I had. Even exchange of old jewelry was cleary explained & i got a good return when buying new jewelry

Useless people.they don't exchange their own platinum to gold.tried twice but they didn't keep their promise of exchange as they promised when I purchased it. TOTALLY NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Apparently branch manager can’t issue a VAT receipt correction as their accountant finished work at 7pm though store is open till 10pm. How ridiculous it sounds when you spend nearly 15K and loss you VAT return. Not recommended at all.

High price, zero customer service, no reply through calls or emails for resale or exchange and even if you visit branch same they will say they will get back but they don't, and no resale opportunity or exchange. Buy somewhere else but not Sky Jewellery looters.

Poor quality setting and loss of diamonds. High price and unprofessional after sale customer service. NOT recommend at all! Don't waste your money.
