I registered a membership since the opening of the branch and we did not find any problem, but yesterday there was an Indian man, I saw him scolding my daughter and telling her (not to play here, go from here), this man he acts as owner, who is this rude man you bring? I take my money back and we don’t come back delete my account from your system.

Your staff has gotten so bad there, we'll never go back.

The staffs at ibn batuta skyzone are very bad!

Very bad experience, the workers are not helpful at all, they just stand and talk among themselves, my 6 year old children were on the same trampoline as some elder boys who were playing roughly and no one cares

Service at Sky Zone stands out.trampoline rides are a thrill first round tho get less risky as u go along!

The lockers could use a secure lock. It was weird when one of your staff asked me why I was carrying my bag (that held my valuables) around in the play zone when there is a locker available. And I had to explain to them that i cant be leaving all my stuff in a compartment without a secure door!

It WAS nice before they changed the prices. Horrible.we were told that my daughter has to have her father jump with her EVEN THOUGH she jumped SO many times by herself and is 100% capable. We were annoyed but okay. Then we were told instead of the 69aed we normally paid for 2 hours, we asked for 2 hours. They said okay, 109aed "special price". They gave us those yellow stickers with it saying we have 1 hour. We said buy we said 2 hours. Oh sorry the "special" is only for 1 hour. Understandably so, my husband was very upset and said just give it we never coming back
We went upstairs and ordered food. 169aed for 3 burgers, one that was pretty much a whole bottle of sauce. Yuck. Chips that was burnt and 3 cokes. Never coming back. Ever. Terrible. Wasnice before all the changes.

My son's FAVE trampoline Park, it is ALWAYS a hit with him and his friends. They all love the pizza slice after, great seating area for parents as well to have a coffee and enjoy watching their kids play.

Big park with lots of activities for the kids.
Nice place to go to kill an hour or 2 with the children

One of my children’s favorite spots to play on the weekends! Very good and safe space where we can leave them with no worries …

Nice place for kids, make them busy for 2 hours and more. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and sanitising area. With premium tickets, can get ice cream or slice of pizza.

مكان حلو للاطفال. العاب حركية مختلفة و جميلة. اقل شي ساعه للطفل بحدود ٩٠ درهم مع شريحة بيتزا او آيس كريم. فيه مكان انتظار مع كوفي شوب في حال بقاء الوالدين مع اطفالهم

Place is very good, staff is amazing, kids had a lot of fun during birthday party. They just need to change the NYC Pizza or expand the kitchen - the food served is not upto mark and pizza is always cold for birthday celebration.

Kids always have a great time.

Good place for bday. Found it off when we arrvd for an event no staff approached to guide us where to go for up to 5to7mins.

Still remember back in 2019 when they opened. We visited and were asked to go try, and have a look around. It was all great since then and visited quite a few times. However, this is how businesses peak and then bottom out when a select few staff take management into their own hands. Didn't have a great experience when we visited yesterday.

Went there for a birthday party for a 4yr old. How they only have one staff member keeping track of 15 children is beyond me. Staff member had no clue how my child got injured, he didn't even see it happen which was a problem. Ontop of that i had to physically go and request a water break for my child as they had been playing for 40 minutes and I saw no water break. When I asked him he said they have had water breaks, and I said that's impossible because I have the water bottle, and his response was oh my daughter must have shared someone elses bottle. Which I found disgusting, especially because now there is a viral bug going round amongst young kids, and secondly, the staff gave no instructions on wether the water bottles should be left with them or kept at the table with the parents. He had no handle on the situation, or a clue as to what is going on with the kids.

I took my two kids for 2h.paid 149 each offer for the month.
Then after one 1h my kidd wanted the nanny to play insid with them.
Means only 1h left.
They asked me to pay for 2h for the nanny becoz she will play with two kids.
Crazy.they want to take profit.
No control of their rates.how it comes.
I use to take them to this place since was opened.
So disappointed.
No logic.unfortunately they are destroying the reputation of such place.
2h will cost 600aed.this is crazy and not acceptable at all.
The government must check on these business and how they are charging.

We went here on Sunday. I have entertainer card, so they charge premium ticket but in entertainer its mention normal entry.
Good for kids above 6 yrs. Coz for toddlers they have very less activity. Mostly staff are busy with parties organizing. Overall good place to enjoy 1 hr with kids.

An excellent place for the kids to blow of steam and interact with other kids. However, and only a small however, but there seems to be one rule for staff and another for everyone else. That rule being socks. I was stopped from walking along the hard floor areas in my trainers for not being in socks. Curiously I looked around to find on some of the trampolines all not just one or two, but all Team Member shirts had trainers on!

My Daughter had her party there!

It was extremely well organised. We have had many parties over the years for our children at different venues. Mark, the party organiser was by far the most organised. Borderline obsessive. Which was really comforting.

The place itself is clean, accessible and great value for money. Just as good as any more expensive venues we have been too.

I will also point out the package we took which was the middle one. Can't remember the name. 90 mins play. It was more than enough.

The party rooms are perfect and the catering is great too.

And finally the the young girl Gucci who hosted the party was phenomenal. She was amazing with the children. So funny! My daughter said she was her new BFF

Book it you will not be disappointed!

My son loved the place.they have lots of space and lots of activities.even cafeteria is good.you can leave your children here and enjoy your shopping in the mall.

Nice place to take your kids, also kindly don't go for 2 hour package considering that your child might get tired n you might get wasted your money for another hour.

Excellent super friendly staff from the minute we arrived, was quiet mid week and it's incredibly well sanitized- feel cleaner coming out than when we went in! Highly recommend for the kids

Great deal with free pizza or ice cream and variety of courses. Clean comfy nice bathrooms. Maybe not enough chairs for the tables

Very nice place for kids physical activities.
They have jumping, wipe out, wall climbing, zip line for kids and more.

It's not that pricey at all.

Kids loved it. Was there for a birthday party and the kids loved it.

The place is spacious, clean and the team there is friendly and supportive.

Pathetic staff at counter. We had entertainer and bought premium tickets. They said you have either two pizza slices or 2 scoops of ice cream when checking in. Staff at food counter laughing and saying its only one. They also passed so many comments between cold stone and NYV staff and stared and laughed at us until I had to go and ask if there was a problem for them to behave. Very rude staff if you are not watching your kids.

SOOOO Its a fun place for kids and quite reasonable given that dubai is superbly overpriced. Great games and experiences for kids of all ages and will tire them out. My niece is 8 and nephew is 4 and they both enjoyed.
BUT… some weird and uncomfortable things that ticked me off and I really want to understand what the management feels about this.

1 - they had this silly rule that parents (who enter for free with the small kids) CANNOT stay in the trampoline area an have to stay outside the soft play zone (even though I was wearing the right socks) … I didn’t understand this. How the HELL will I ensure my kids safety if I am 10 feet away? !?

The soft play area like 5 times and I really didn’t understand… what was the issue?

2- So I understand kids under 100 cm could only access the sky bee games (which weren’t to many) however there were some very basic games that ANY kid can play and the place was empty, so when my nephew hopped onto that game by mistake cos it was so basic and simple, like 3 attendants came to ask me to take him out as this was a no go zone got the sky bee ticket holders… again what was the big deal if this happened by mistake and the kids was WAILING to play the game? !?

3- We bought the ticket via entertainer so got one ticket free. Apparently every ticket gets a free ice cream or pizza slice. HOWEVER since is only PAID for 1 ticket (although I was a holder of 2 tickets) I could get only ONE item… again I had 2 tickets!

4- I didn’t see even ONE person sanitize the games or place AT ALL peeps…. Not ONE! I freaked that is why I was around the kids so much but IMAGINE. NO ONE WAS sanitizing anything… it was a very freaky feeling TBH….

Our experience hosting a play date was fantastic. The kids had lots of fun with their very friendly hosts, it was well organized and extremely safe.

The place is great for kids but the staff go above and beyond to look after them. I’ve seen them climb up to help or run across the room to help the kids. Where with my son who is 8 they chat to him and play even though they don’t need to. Really is a great place for the kids

Reasonably ok for my 3 year old girl, but the junior zone is do limited in choice of games. Not worth the money for this age group. Much better for older kids.

I had my sons birthday there and the kids loved it and had an amazing time! The staff handled everything how we wanted it and are so friendly! I recommend this to anyone

Great staff. Very helpful and attentive. They try to make it a pleasant experience for the kids. It’s not an easy job being nice and affirmative with so many kids running around. Good job.

The venue is always fun and staff are super friendly, but the cleanliness of the toilets is appalling. Given there are NO, I mean ZERO hand sanitizers in the entire place, you would expect the toilets to have a functioning soap dispenser.which today was hanging on the side off the sink spilling onto the floor. Management need to look into this please

The park is good but its more for small kids. Im decent at trampolining and I thought the trampolines are to small for me. They are small and made for young kids. If your above 12 or 13 I would recommend not going since all the trampolines and small and not good for trying good or hard tricks.

An ideal place for indoor team activity, It was a great experience, great place to get Friends and chill together.

We had our teambuilding at skyzone. And everything is perfect! Staffs are very accomodating especially JM, MJ, Maria and Danny! If you want to have a perfect place to hangout with your friends, do a corporate activity, I definitely recommend skyzone! Just
call the sales team and they will assist you from start to finish!

It is indeed a great place for family and friends! The park is for all ages and I recommend this for birthday parties and Team Building!

Great entertainment for the kids. 5 and up will enjoy, they have an area for younger. There is an in house coffeshop with pizza and ice cream. Decent quality and price. Several trampolines and ziplines. The ine drawback is the music is too loud in the adult waiting area

Very disappointing experience, our kids were asked to leave 20 minutes before their time finishes not only that they will not even permitted a phone to call us to come pick them up or even allow our helper to! And when we talked to them they didn’t even respond or take an action, was totally unfair to our children and a terrible place for them now!

Best place to come with friends and/or family during the weekend. I didn't even know jumping on the trampoline burns more calories than running on a treadmill. Amazing fact I only found out during my visit.

Staff are very friendly as well and really helpful. Their priority is always your safety and ensures you also have maximum fun during your visit.

Absolutely fun place! Celebrated my niece's birthday here and it was fantastic fun! Staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Kudos to the events team for making my neice's day memorable!

It's a great fun physical activity place for kids.
Kids get exerted and it's a healthy way of playing. Over all they enjoy alot.
