Nothing less than a nightmare!
My campaign team has been shooting content in Dubai for 7 years now and this was worst experience working with this studio. They dont communicate payment terms in advance, when the team reached the studio they sent an email saying you cant leave without making the payment. My team spoke to the owner explaining that you should issue the invoice and payment will be done by tomorrow as Finance team needs tax invoice to make the payment, they did not understand and kept them hostage in the studio with their extremely rude staff members holding the doors that we wont let you leave unless you pay. They were not even issuing the invoice which is completely illegal. My team paid from their own pocket to get out of this situation. My team was harassed and kept in the studio with racist comments like they come of "X" country and they are not making the payment. They dont understand how quotation/invoicing/payment cycle works, neither they communicate in advance that payment should be made at the sight before leaving, so the cash can be arranged in advance. They believe people in Dubai are only working NOT to pay! Really? They had all our details, tax number, trade license etc.still they kept my staff hostage for 1 hour 30 mins till I spoke to someone in their studio that I am bringing police.
Never ever book this studio, these people have no idea what they are doing, this business will be shut down very soon anyways with these amazing client management techniques.

Studio is beautiful and has many zones, but the management is very rude and can spoil your mood.

OMG I love this studio in Dubai. ️️ SOOOOO Sweet and helpfull people️ AND AMAZING studio with so so so many opportunities to be super creative️️ The lighting was perfect and the lighting guy was helping us during the whole shoot️ I will come there AGAIN for sure! We were late for 20 minutes, we were not extended the time, as there was the next
entry. But overall I really liked the studio.

The coolest studio, rooms for any occasion, everything is very stylish and beautiful! Special thank you to the staff. Always ready to help!

The only disadvantage is that you need to book a week or two in advance. I like the fact that everything is accurate in time. No need to wait. Nice light.

We tried twice to book a studio, it's constantly busy all summer. It's not very
convenient that you have to book everything in advance.

No matter where this studio is located! No matter how far it is, I will come even in the

beloved Dubai! Special attention deserves the staff, which provides services at the highest

Arrived - closed. It's good that the assistant arrived very quickly and we met our

I have never encountered the fact that you need to make an advance payment for the
studio.

This is by far, the best Studio for content creation, not only in Dubai, but in the whole UAE
The experience with them was amazing, the venue is designed to provide the photographers / videographers with 10s of corners, backgrounds, decorations that features almost all aspects of real life
You can shoot a whole TV show, movie inside without the need to change location or search for one
Kitchen living rooms, bedrooms, and even a first class airplane interiors are there
Way to go guys
