Previous staff Athika was supportive, new replacement guy Aamir doesn't even have the courtesy to picl up the phone. Sent 7-8 emails and reminders asking for SD WAN source IP, no response. Horrible and terrible service. Fed up with these guys & Etilsalat.

This is a scam company they get customer in contract and disappear then we fight with etisalat none of their number is valid. Rupam Chavla is no where to face customer grvience

As like other Etisalat channel partners. Skyline has also proved to show careless attitude towards their customer. Their salesmen has sold us different packages and made us convert from du to etisalat with the promise to provide better service and next day after we signed up, he has stopped answering our calls. I have lost 13 mobile postpaid connections, my team has no access to call our customers and that has resulted in heavy financial damages. PLEASE DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF THEIR SALES SWEET TALKS, THEY WILL PROMISE YOU WORLD AT THE END THE SERVICE IS DISASTER.

Worst service provider. I am not sure How Etisalat UAE has appointed them as their channel partner. They put two internet accounts in our company instead of renewing the existing account and they don't even care to answer the call and acting like it is our mistake. If anyone from this company approaches you with any kind of offer beware that it is a scam to put you into serious Issues and Troubles. They do not have any Idea about Etisalat Services.

Worst company of all time and on top these non-professional people have now started VAT filing that is beyond their capability. I think authorities should take strong action against them. How they've changed their expertise from SIM cards selling to tax consulting. Very unprofessional people

Very poor service! Promised me some offer and shifted me from Du to Etisalat, and still after 3 months havent given the offer which they have promised. Very bad response from the staff as well.

Worst company ever! We requested to transfer sim card name from individual into company name and clearly stated in the letter but they made post paid and ask us to pay monthly charges.do not deserved any star at all!
