Horrible customer service. No response to emails. Claim packages are delivered when they don't arrive.

Very poor service even after 7days after handing over of courier, they have not sent the shipment to India, they dont know where the shipment is, customer service is pathetic, dont trust them

My order was 2 days late. 0 communications poor service. I can’t understand how Amazon continue to use them!

The worst shipping company in UAE and probably in the world. You will just never receive your order and they will ask you to come pick it up at their warehouse. What a shame

Without any reason, they are holding my amazon order more than 1-week,
Many time I tried to calling and nobody responding. Very Worst courier in UAE.
Finally I've filed complaint against Skynet courier to amazon's customer support, then they delivered my goods.

Worst customer service. You try calling and no one will response. You try chatting on WhatsApp and nobody will even bother to reply. You should just pray that Amazon will not give your package to them for delivery.

This is the most useless delivery service I’ve ever tried. They missed the deadline and I left the country. Useless service managed by incompetent people.
They called me on a Wednesday to confirm my address to deliver on a Thursday. I specifically stated that it shouldn’t be later than Thursday because I had a flight on Friday and they confirmed that.
On the Thursday I call them and they said the delivery was out on Saturday. I said I would pick up the package myself, and they suggested to go to their warehouse on Friday morning 10am and the place is closed. Nobody inside and they don’t pick up the phone.
Worst shipping service. Incompetent people at the call center.

Unprofessional company, not respecting delivery timeline, scheduling shipments according to their convenience not customer's. Really the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Absolutely the worst service I have had with couriers. My package was an internal delivery within Dubai, yet they picked up the item one day late. The parcel is now THREE days late and still has not arrived.
They claimed that the 3rd party courier they worked with (Wing) kept making mistakes in terms of delivery times and locations, but this lack of communication between them should not have the customer absorb the consequences.
Update: I just received a call from a person who received my parcel asking me if it mine. WING and Skynet have delivered my item to a different person and left it there without confirming!
Absolutely disgusting service. I'm just lucky that the recipient of my parcel did no keep it for themselves. Please do not use either of these companies for your own good!
