Very bad service. Please don't trust them.
They steal my parcel and give it to someone else, now not answering my phone calls.
They are fraud.
Many times I complain but the management is sleeping.

I received my shipment after 5 days from appointment they fixed it to me and bad customer service and rude delivery guy.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with this company, I have delivery package which are mainly medical books, my friend sent me from Pakistan. I’ve been calling them again and again and they say that the parcel is out for delivery you will get it today, it’s been more than 5 days and they keep saying the same thing. And to the sender they are sending the message that they are trying to contact me and no one lives at the address given by him… such a bad bad experience I’ve had with them. When u call at their call centre, ppl will keep u on hold and will never get back to you… just pathetic. Kindly, Never use this service ever again

This is definitely the WORST delivery service I have got from a company in the UAE.
There was a passport which was meant to be delivered today morning and we were promised by the associate who came to pick up the passport that it would be delivered the next day in the morning, as the person it was meant to be delivered too was traveling the next afternoon, I kept following up with skynet as well as the driver who was so rude and uncooperative to help out and the customer service agents I had followed up with Ernie, Carmina and Jessica the absolute worst. Told me that they would get back to me after following up with the dispatcher and the rider but no one ever called back. Definitely never using their services again. Absolute trash and unhelpful customer service representatives. If there were an option to give them a 0 rating, I would definitely hit that.

This is the worse company I ever ship with, you will get false promise, lies, never call back and just 14 days to ship 1 document from dubai to turkey. This is really waste of time and money and I request to speak to director but they never transfer the line

Lack of professional team.
Customer service is appalling.
I purchased a phone from Amazon (28/nov/2021), and the courier firm that will bring it to me is Skynet. I tried to contact them, but no one answered.
Absolutely worst service, with no commitment to the word given.they assured delivery on 4 -dec 2021
After a six-day delay in delivery, I filed a complaint with customer support over the phone.
When I explained my position to the customer service representative, they said, "What is the problem in that? "

I sent a shipment and has been lying in their warehouse for the excuse that they dont have a receiver number. If they have thought it out they would have called me and took details again, not keep the receiver waiting. This is so not professional and will never deal with skynet again.

I didn't even choose this courier to ship my item, they charge for customs and then being me a beaten up box. It's 2020, get a card machine! If you are going to charge, at least don't rip and beat up the box. What's the matter with you? ! They have zero communication, received no calls, no sms for delivery of package. Received Zero Information, delivery man shows up (luckily I was home) and has no card machine and my box is beaten up and demands payment! If you have the option, NEVER use Skynet as your Courier.

I paid 161 AED due to customs, and SKY NRT ONLY DELIVERED 1 OF MY ITEMS. The customer service is so unprofessional that they don't check with the driver or at least give me the number of the driver! They told me to wait, and don't care at all that I paid over 1000 AED for my order, and paid the customs, and SKYNET Failed to deliver my full packages!

Please please. Don't use this courier to send your customers packages. They are highly unprofessional, they don't care at all.

So not only I'm missing my package, SKYNET destroyed the box of the 1 item thry delivered.

Just 30 minutes ago, your currier agent called me and claims that he can not find my building (appartment unit), after all the clear and understandable instructions that i gave to him through the phone when he called. It was clear in our conversation that he is just down stairs in his car, and he ask me to go down and get my package and threatens that if i will not go and get it there he will leave. In any country that you are in, irregardless of race acting professional is very important as an employee, i know that because i do act professional and the delivery person which you employed isn't and very rude.

Who even are this company and what business do they have hanging on to your deliveries at customs and demanding payment!? !

I had to chase them for my ASOS parcel because it has been two weeks. The package finally arrived and then the driver demanded 157 Dirhams in cash. For what!? !?

Seems like a big scam. Driver refused to give me my parcel unless I paid in cash. Seems like a big scam to me. I really don't understand why this company exists.

My shipment from Amazon was suppose to be delivered yesterday 26 july 2020, driver called me and asked my location through whatsap which i sent immediately. Again after an hour i called him to confirm the time of delivery he said he will be on my address by evening or tomorrw because he is very busy. Today 27 july 2020, i did wait whole day but my delivery did not arrive. I tried to call driver he did not receive my call. I called skynet customer care they said we will check and follow up tomorrow 28 july 2020 by calling us. Its been 3 days my parcel is with them but they have not delivered. I am really very disappointed and i will not recommend SKYNET for any kind of delivery.

Worst experience! No one is responsible there.
Mr shakir sheikh which is handling my order is not even answering the phone or email.customer care is not aware of anything and I have to keep telling them what happened, and every time I get different information.they can not clear simple package from custom for past 7 days, meanwhile I do clear container in the same day of arrival to Dubai!
I contacted them more than 100 times with no luck.

The worst courier service ever! We have a local shipment from Dubai going to Abudhabi. Our package extremely damaged, though we raise a complaint and the Management doesn't even care. Customer service won't able to handle the issue. I will never recommend this company again. Even their pricing is higher than the other Courier Company.

I have initiated a request to pick up an item and received a disastrous service. Poor customer service, not responding to calls, WhatsApp team o ly says "yes sir we will do it". It's been 5 days waiting to pick up the item.show the courage to say NO if you can't do it.

This is literally the worst delivery company I have ever experienced! For the past 4 days they have been stating that the item is out for delivery, and then update saying 'no-one available' which is a complete lie. They have not been to the delivery location once. I have spoken with Zaina, Mohammad and Amena numerous times each day, and they inform that they will request for the driver to call. No one has ever called! I was also assured that each day I would receive the delivery, still nothing. They also ignore your calls, and when calling off a number they don't recognise, they answer straight away.

You can see from the companies response, they only ask you for your tracking number. Once you tell them this number they will say 'it is out for delivery' and that is all they can state, over and over again.

Completely lack in customer service. Oh and don't even try to call customer service, it just puts you straight through to the same people that are not in any way interested in sorting the delivery issue.

The fact that all the reviews are absolutely shocking and they have not in any which way tried to sort the issues, says it all! And the staff don't care about customers one bit!

I got my order with missing items and the box was open and when i called they just ignored me and never had an answer. The worst company i have ever came across in dubai we are use to the best I don’t know how this is allowed.

Very bad very slow very poor customer service very slow my item were delivered after 3 days & when complaining the dont care & dont let you talk to manager beware bad service> They suppose to deliver back my item from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was waiting full day i called the customer service she said she will call back after 5 minutes but never called back then i called them after 4 hours she said driver does not know the address will deliver it the following day i think we could all complaint in minster of commerce they dont deserve business in UAE

After two years, I tried to give this company another chance and as usual extremely disappointed. I think more than the company, the employees are extremely disheartening. Every guy who has come to pick up orders are VERY rude. Not only to me but to any elderly person as well (my parents) for absolute no reason. The curse in their language thinking we wont understand and insult you very bluntly. Only work with them if you want to loose your self-respect or feel low of yourself.

Horrible services. 3rd time I have delivery with this company and 3rd time they are not able to deliver on a scheduled day. Once I had to go to pick up the package from their warehouse because I needed it on that day and they even gave me a wrong one! Totally messed up and unreliable company!

This is possibly the worst service I've experienced in Dubai. The courier called me to tell me he was 2 minutes away from my building though I was at work and he didn't care to call and ask when it was convenient for me to be home to collect the package. Obviously the security does not let him in so he leaves and does not accept to return because, and I quote "that just doesn't work for him" and asks me to meet him wherever he happens to be when I'm done with work. We then agree that he will be drop the package the next day. He messages me at night to tell me he cannot because he will be on holiday for Eid break and asks me to drive 40 minutes to his office to pick up the package or else he would have to deliver it a week from now on Sunday, where guess what. I'd be at work!

ANOTHER ORDER FROM SKYNET GONE WRONG.
I have received a total of 4 messages saying someone tried to call me but I was not available so they left. I have no calls from anyone.
Finally someone comes with my package and tells me to pay 643 dhs even though I already paid. I show him my receipt and he tells me I'm lying and that he wouldn't give me my package. He yells at me and tells me that I need to pay him the cash now or else I wouldn't get my package! So he leaves! I call the company and ask them to fix this immediately as it's been 2 weeks of them telling me they are not available to send me the package. They tell me to call someone else as they don't want anything to do with it. Naturally now. They are closed and will not solve this for me so I have to wait another week till they deliver my package because of course. My timings don't work for them.
