Apart from issues with contacting them on their landline, the service of customer service and delivery team are spot on! I had an issue with the preferred delivery address chosen with ASOS but they resolved it quickly!
Alhumdullillah had an amazing experience with skyNet worldwide express, my precious order got stuck in it's original destination and it was in transit and shortlanded, and got stuck for 9 days, these two customer services providers name from skyNet - Ernielene CS and -Venkadesh CS helped me a lot and got it delivered within 24 hours Alhumdullillah and it was a huge sigh of relief,

For a single inquiry u call 3 times ur get 3 different answers, the call center agent is inefficient can’t guide customers. And the voice quality is too bad, high distortion during call. As if the agent is talking from space. Website was displaying a different status and the agent was mentioning a all different story. Uncertainty rate is very high. Skynet let the customers uninformed, a big minus from business point of view particularly in logistics business.
Very bad service they ruined my parcel through their packaging once the cannot shipped my parcel to China they made an objection and returned my goods and I am still awaiting for my refund once they ruined my parcel
Do not use this courier service. 1. Customer Service (rude, don't know how to talk & very hard to reach) 2. Every delivery persons has issues 3. Management doesn't care about negative reviews 4. You'll never get your package on time or never at all 5. If you are using online store make sure they are not the one who will picked your order to deliver.

Parcel handed over to courier on 25th and it shows the exp date 28th. But, on the status its still in Delhi and the destination is Hyderabad.
When contacted the customer service agent he told it will be delivered by Monday i.e, 31.01.2022. So, 7 days, if I send normal post it will also reach in 7 days.
Time is precious and important and this kind of delay in service spoiled the important documents to reach on time.
I used their service to send an official document from Dubai to Sharjah, They promised to deliver it the next day however while I was tracking the shipment on their website it showed "No Information" I contacted their customer service 4 times with no proper action. Eventually they asked me to go to their warehouse to pickup the parcel. The customer service refused to transfer my call to their supervisor and kept saying we will ask him to contact you! I'm very disappointed from their service and I'm not recommending them to anyone. Also they didn't provide receipt for the amount I have paid. Worst worst worst company ever!
Its very worst service! I send my application last march until now i don’t know if my documents already delivered! All of the staff they don’t know their jobs! They giving to me a tracking number when I check it its in a wrong location. Come on guys! Instead of Canada its send it in Australia! I will never recommend this company.
I shipped an order from India to Dubai and the status is showing inaccurate or incomplete address. How is it even possible? Iv been trying to contact them and no response.
Worst experience. Illiterate staff. 000511495151 and 000511494890 two messed up shipments. Both originated from lahore by 2 different customers. One was supposed to go to Dubai (my shipment) and other one was meant for Italy by another poor customer of yours. Thanks to your staff we received the shipment that was meant for Italy and our packet is missing. On repeating requests to lahore office to return the shipment that is still in lahore because that is ours, no responsible response. We tried calling dubai office and they said it is matter to be sorted at place of origin we can't do anything. Your staff is lying to the other customer who sent a shipment to Italy that their packet is in transit while it is with us in Dubai. No one should ever use your service because of this behavior. At least don't lie, if you have misplaced the shipment or its lost or stolen, let the customer know and take responsibility of your actions.

They don’t even deserve a half star Worst service Ever, my order was delayed and the reason was (no response) we’ll i have been home all day and checking my phone no one called or knocked the door So my guess is the driver was lazy & had no time No one will help you there about your order they don’t even know who is the driver! Worst service with hidden scam.i was charged 18000 PKR on my parcel of 400 aed. These people are scammers they wont tell you all details and later on once you are trapped and given your parcel theu will then ask money to deliver your parcel
Hit and miss.and when they miss, they miss big.make false promises about delivery leaving customers disappointed and business having to apologise and potentially lose credibility. Avoid.
They are unable to provide VAT receipts for payments made. Only non-legit companies would not give receipts for payments. They should not be able to operate without the minimum in place.
Used this service few times and always delay: (and not good customer service, for their delay, they don't want accept mistakes. NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE, bad service

Worst customer service in Dubai so far, they can’t help you. They tell you they will contact the concerned person and call you back but they NEVER! Do. You can’t ask to talk to the manager because they don’t have a transfer option and when I insist to talk to the manager, they tell you he is not in the office! All my shipments says delivered on the website but I do believe they lost it!
Worst customer service experience from Skynet Worldwide Express Dubai. I sent a shirt to Pakistan last week and I was told to pay AED 200 in lieu of custom duty in addition to the courier delivery fee of AED 55 in order to deliver the shirt after it got to Pakistan. Skynet did not provide any information regarding this was given when I initially called to check how to send it. No email was received with tracking number or info. No airway bill was provided on collection even on asking. When the package was to be delivered, we were told to pay 200dhs because that was the value of the shirt we had mentioned on the order. Adding value was a mandatory field and Skynet Pakistan office said why did you put value and Skynet is charging extra amounts and you should use Emirates Post instead. What would you expect when their own staff is of this opinion?
Skynet refused to return the shirt back or deliver without paying the amount. The customer service agent was rude and when I asked to speak to manager, I was told he will call in one hour at 10am on 14/12/2019 and no calls have been received until now i.e. 0209pm on 15/12/2019 even after calling at least 5-6 times to follow up, telling them that I am travelling tonight and need to resolve this before I leave. There has been no response or even acknowledgement of the request.
We are not in touch with custom authorities and trust courier companies to inform us on any possible liabilities or changes of policy. Skynet has just shrugged the responsibility and the loss incurred due to providing incomplete information and now are delaying matters unnecessarily by avoiding to talk. I have launched a formal complaint with DED to escalate matters
Never legit feedback on delivery, I had no call regarding my package dated 29 August'19, out for deliver. I pay for next day delivery and maybe just maybe if I'm lucky I will receive my package in about 5 days. Pathetic and poor service Skynet UAE.

Worst courrier service ever. They failed to deliver the documents because the person was not answering the phone. They didnt bother to call me to check on the contact person number. They didnt go to the address given to submit it! Moreover they returned the shipment after 10 full days. It was a shick cause i wasnt even aware thzt it was not delivered. Very unhappy customer.
This courrier service should not be able to operate. My package has been sitting with their driver for over one month and I have called them over 5 times to follow up, everyday they tell me they will deliver it and they never do. I provided them with my home address AND work address and told them there is a concierge and receptionist but the delivery man keeps lying and saying that I’m “not home” and mentions the status on the order as “attempted delivery” which is a TOTAL LIE because I was available during those hours! When I called the customer service he told me to pick up the package myself from their warehouse!

Never answer the calls, never care or deliver and don't bother to cont5the buyers for location. We placed 5 orders for our customers and they were alllllll late for 5 days! We got a bad reputation and many complaints and reviews ONLY becaue of this company and extremely late deliveries! WING, TFM & YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE SOON. JUST LIKE SOUQ, AMAZON DESTROYED EVERY OTHER COMPANY UNDER IT. PATHETIC COMPANIES AND SHOULD DEFINITELY BE CLOSED FOR GOOD!
Such a bad customer care management! Company does not respect the agreed guidelines, management does not take responsibility for it's decisions, team in general does not bother to call back to find possible solutions of the issue that is caused from the company's side. I thought this level of poor service does not exist in a competitive business environment of UAE
Awful service! They have apparently attempted to deliver my package three times each time listing that the address is incorrect or incomplete. I have called twice to confirm the address and given contact numbers for the driver to call is he has any issues. However this should not be the case as the address is a luxury hotel in Dubai so you can really get that wrong when you GPS its name as its the only one in the UAE! Its also open 24 hours so can be delivered at anytime and left with concierge. No Excuses for such a poor delivery service. Now they are not answering the phones! looks like I'll be having to contact Dubai Customer Protection as well.

Worst courier service by miles. I am trying to send a package from Sharjah to Al Ain, they have the package for the previous eight days. For some reason the package is checked in at their Abu Dhabi station first, then they have sent it all the way to Al Ain's station, wasting two days. On Thursday, they said the location is far from them and they can only arrange these kinds of shipments on Mondays. I asked them clearly: so is it going to be delivered next week on Monday? They said yes. Fine. Today I called just to make sure the package is going to be delivered tomorrow. (you have to call them 100 times before they pick up). They said they are off on Monday because of Eid holidays and the shipment is going to be delivered after they are back from the holidays! They have wasted eight days only to inform me that the package will arrive at the destination after the holidays. I was not surprised at all when I saw all of the negative reviews here. Oh and i forgot, if they said they will follow up and call you back, they never do. Once they sent a fully loaded car to pick up 30 packages from us, obviously the packages didn't fit. Unbelievable.
Worst customer experience and lack of following up on multiple shipments. I’ve have been promised things by multiple customer service agents, managers and even made their staff rephrase my requests and asked them to call me back, but no results, no follow up phone calls.nothing has proved successful in getting my shipment on the date specified.
If you are looking for a courier company, look elsewhere. Very disappointing.

This is one of the worst couriers. Stolen our goods and it never reached our destination on time and we were unable to contact any responsible person as the have local contractors everywhere else. Be vigilant and don't get fooled by their name. Worst courier and 100% CHEATERS & LOOTERS.

Worst service ever! Had a parcel to be retuned to the merchant and the courier calls me at the very late of the night, and repeatedly asking my address and never came to pickup the item. They’re very rude, I have to blocked the number of the courier who constantly calls me since he’s only asking my address and told me “he’ll come tomorrow” and never happened! And, one time this courier guy called me in the middle of the night, around 12am, that’s the time that I blocked the number.
Customer service from their office call me to check my availability for them to pickup the item, and she promised me that the courier will pick it up the next day, and guess what? Yes, they never showed up
After WEEKS (from 6th of June to June 26th!) of the silliness lousy service, I reported them to the merchant about they bad service, and make sure they know that they’re using the worst expedition service ever, and viola the second day a courier guy showed up and pickup the item from me, Magic!
Worst service ever. There is courier guy name Mohmd. Usman, he always came whenever i scheduled a delieverg (in ajman) he is the meanest, rudest person alive. He misbehaved with me, my sister and even my Father. His words were too cruel, his tone always unwelcoming. And on top of all he was illiterate. I have a blog of 70k and i promised myself i will ruin skynet and wing.ae for this. They swapped my orders 10 times and i had to pay to get those ordered back. And when i asked for a refund they said they cant coz they will be at loss. Not seeing that i was at 200% loss. I paid for the shipment to be sent, that was INTERNATIONAL! And then i had to pay to get them back. They wasted my time and my money and i lost trust from so many of my customers because of them.
