Very poor experience with the HR team, I wouldn't advise any fresh graduate to apply to this place, the only thing you will get is disappointment, they don't care about your experience or value.

Poorest customer service level ever
For 3 months I’m struggling to get a refund reference number to track my refund without any respond

This agency would have to be the most stupid group of people I have ever dealt with. If you get a speeding ticket as a foreigner, the Dubai police will send you to a website to pay (Smart Dubai). This website does not accept foreign credit cards, but doesn't bother to tell you. They will tie up your money for weeks and tell you that the problem exists with the police. Do not use Smart Dubai under any circumstances. They are far to stupid to understand how to operate as an organisation in 2019.
