I took my gsd for bath.the staff is very friendly and it was OK.
He had a good bath.
I am not quite happy with the experience because they used only one towel for i itial drying this is why they took a very long time blowing the coat dry, they have not cleaned the ears and they have not clipped the nails.these are the usual parts of the bath service.

They were really easy to deal with and delivered exactly what I wanted for my 2 cats because they listened and paid attention. I’m definitely bringing all my pets here from now on and have already recommended them to my friends with pets in that area

I have been going here since 10 months, since it had open. First they started to say take appointment and come. So I started calling for appointment and the guy at the reception he always says no you can’t come today but when I tell him that why even tho I always call well in advance before their closing time and then when I told him you will close in 3-4 hours why are you saying I cant come, he would agree and say ok come.
Today I called to bring my cats and they close at 11pm and he says that you cant come because the groomer leaves at 10. So I said but your shop closes at 11pm, hes like yeah but the groomer will leave. When I asked him to speak to someone else, he is like everyone is busy.
Long story short, they’ve lost a loyal customer and I will never be visiting them again.

I take my cat here regularly for her monthly grooming session, they have an promotion that every 6th grooming given for the pet will be free. My cat comes out smelling extremely good and fresh.

I have been dealing with them since I got my first dog (Diva) in July, very nice service whether it was grooming or prices or even advices in different products.

Great team they have who are very helpful and fun.

I had a really bad experience with them they told me on the phone 120 and he also confirmed the timing and when I got there his like 130 give me there 100% scam and fraud highly don’t recommend anyone to go there very over priced and the manager is not a friendly person

Half grooming took 1.5 hours when they promised it will take 30 minutes. Lied about deshedding, they said they did it when in fact they didn’t do that. Had to wait another 30 minuets for them to do it. When I took my dog, he was still wet they didn’t even dry properly.
