We had a great experience visiting Smart Salem at City Walk. Very friendly staff and good service and we received our results before we reached back home. I recommend Smart Salem for everyone who wants their medical results in less than half n hour.

Smart Salem is a very efficient operation- the whole experience from walking into the doors without a prior appointment to leaving took approximately 10 mins. No queues, no waiting time. Clean premises and complimentary coffee/water provided. All staff greet you with a smile and everyone is friendly.

The center is very cooperative and friendly. They accommodate your needs and enquiries in a very professional way! Really the center deserves a 5 star rating.

I need to share that Mr. Zishan is an excellent person who is well trained and this properly appears during my visit to Salem center, I didn’t feel any pain or to be honest I felt that he didn’t take the sample yet.

Efficient service - around 15 minutes even after a system failure recovery. Results came within 30 minutes. They work hard to see the patients efficiently - no complaints at all.

Reception staff very rude, not listening or attentive. Sipping coffee and exchanging glances with colleagues and smiling as if I was not the one listening. Very condescending towards customers, not a nice experience. An extra star though for speed and the nurse taking the blood sample.

Chaotic system of shouting and very little crowd control. Reminds me of the old Dubai 20 years ago

Terribly overpriced at 250aed for home testing, claiming to provide 12hour results and doesnt fulfill!
No one file complaint or contact regarding results either.
Definitely would not recommend.
Highly inconvenienced.

I entered at 1: 22pm, I got out at 1: 34pm

The whole process of getting in, pay the fees, go to the blood sample room, get out, was only 12min.

Received my result 35 min later.

You pay for real quality quick clean work in here.

When I arrived at the facility, one of staff reached out to me and started explaining what needs to be done. Had my blood test taken then I had my chest X-Ray taken as well. I was in and out in 20 mins. Staff there were friendly and helpful. Everything is digital, clean and new.
You can have tea or water while waiting for your number/turn. It was a very nice experience especially seeing the robots running around with blood samples and free water.

Great service, fast and efficient. The staff were extremely helpful and it was all incredibly smooth. The area was neat, well maintained and futuristic! Definitely an incredible service centre.

I went to your center today for a PCR TEST (as directed by Officials) and the impatient lady at the entrance directed me to another location which was unclear because of her accent, I asked her for clarification but she was pretty annoyed that I didn’t get it, hence walked out with wrong directions and finally, the taxi driver took me to the nearest clinic. Fact: I am a tourist means I don’t know the Dubai, you must direct us properly with PATIENCE, if we still don’t understand pls write it down on a note or have a direction card handed over. Hope this helps to improve your process.

But the x ray has to take more than 1 hour waiting

كل شي كويس العيب في الموضوع الي يسدد حق الفحص ياخذ 50درهم زياده وذالك في حاله انك بتدفع عن طريق الكاش واذا بتدفع بطاقه بتوفر 50 الي ياخذها الموضف

Very bad experience they charge u for vvip service and u have to wait as same if u go for normal medical center very unprofessional the staff behavior as like they are ur boss. Wast of money and time

Amazing services! Got my medical report in 30 mins, could complete entire residency process in 3 hours all because the medical screening was so fast.

I visited this place when they were quite busy but the experience was "Dubai DNA" - staff was welcoming, professional, courteous & efficient. My medical process was completed in under 10 minutes. Every admin process is fully automated & paperless. Truely world-class!

Very poor service.only one xray machine here.many people who came after me is already been served.it took long time.

Absolutely speechless by the perfection in their service, starting from the parking valet to the officers inside to the medical technician inside.

I have given my blood sample around 9 am. I was asked to wait till my name shows on the screen. I have seen lots of people came after me are leaving. I went to reception and asked. Without even checking my docs they said wait. Again i went after 15 mins to check and a lady in suit said wait. Then around 10.30 i went again and asked. I had a call from my daughter school that bleeding from her nose around 9.15 am. So i said this to the person in the reception and checked my docs and said “ oh sorry u don’t need xray, its change of status “ i had to go to reception 3 times to know this. Wearing suit doesn’t mean giving good customer service. Not impressed at all… i have wasted 1.5 hours. At least ask your staff to check the docs if someone is going to them to ask them. I rushed to my daughter school and she is fine.

Extremely poor service at this center. Right from the customer service attendants to the nurses collecting the blood samples and Xray are not trained enough to do their job well. Even medical center for greater general public do a way better job than this.

This place is like you have entered the Future. When I say future you will see robots walking abd talking to you. This you can only get to see in Movies or in Dubai!: D
Everything was so well organised. The staff is so polite and friendly. However, not much place to sit so it was a bit crowded and ppl were standing most of the time.
I went for my visa renewal. The nurse who took the blood sample was also so polite and made sure I was fine and relaxed all the time.
The center is located in City walk back area. Has a complimentary valet services which makes ur life even more easier, you don't need to worry about parking.
Its expensive aed 750, but the medical results come in 30 mins.

Smart by name only because 5 days till the result attached to the system of emigration! Because they write wrong no. Of visa and i resolved it only when i went to jafilia emigration, i paid 750 dirhams for getting the result in (5days)! Very bad experience

Service is Excellent. Only 1 request, afternoon there is not enough staff since was crowded with only 2 person on the floor to assist. Please include more staff for the evening shift.

Innovative and modern Medical Center with the great customer service. I was so afraid to pass blood test, but one Indian lady who took blood was so good and so so cute. Thanks Saleem Center, for sure will recommend all my friend.

I think this is the best Medical Fitness Cebtre in Dubai! It is amazing and futuristic and people who work there are so attentive and caring! Don't forget to have a cup of great cappuccino brought by robot to you!

Covid tested here to have my result in 12 hours and i payed extra for it but it is now more than 20 hours no test result very disappointed.
