I was very disappointed with their service. They are not experienced with deep cleaning at all. They are fine in only performing carpet and sofa cleaning and floor scrubbing with machine. They did not do any detailed deep cleaning of kitchen, bathroom, etc.
I don't recommend them for deep cleaning at all.

Horrible service and so unprofessional! The sales guy Mohammad has been the worse I have dealt with in my life. Please do not ever use them. They rip you off for your money and the work service is average. The sales guy made it all worse. If I was you I would never use this service.

Horrible company. They made an appointment to clean the floor in an apartment we manage and just didn't show up or call to cancel. What's even worse is they ignore calls and messages. PLEASE AVOID! Not sure how companies like this stay in business.

I found this service while browsing and requested for it. They respond to all our queries very quickly. The service was on time. Employees were professional and very cooperative. They did the cleaning extremely well as requested. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my apartment. It look very new and fresh. The service is hassle free. I would strongly recommend

Very disappointed with this company.
I booked a moving-out clean and was reluctant because it was expensive.though I assumed the price would reflect the quality. I was wrong.

The apartment was vacant so I let them go straight there to do their service and asked them to call me when they were done.
They were at the apartment “cleaning” from 7.30am until 5pm. When I arrived at 5pm they asked me to meet them in the car park to pay them and I said no- that I wanted to check the work first.
There were dirty marks all over the floors of the whole apartment, there was dust and hair in the bathrooms.and all the kitchen cupboards Inside were dirty with food still in them.
There was no care taken whatsoever. I made a complaint to the office and said they needed to complete the clean as I was handing back the apartment to the landlord the following day at 10am.
To cut a long story short, I arrived again the following morning and the cleaners were there, I asked them to finish quickly and leave but they didn’t so they were still cleaning when I was trying to hand the apartment back to the landlord.
I was so embarrassed and to make matters worse, the cleaners tried to charge me more for having to come back the next day.
Complete rip off- not what I expected for 675 dirhams.

I hired them to clean my airconditions including indoor, outdoor units and ac ducts.they sent me 2 guys with almost zero knowledge with a vacume cleaner and clothes only! They used the vacume cleaner to clean the ac coil! Damged it then I asked them to leave. So if you want to damage your air-condition call them.

I used the services of smart touch when I was moving out from my apartment and they proved to be fast with good quality

They are swindler and fake.
I asked them for painting but they ruined my closets at all and runed away.
I paid them full already and they promised to come back for fixing the closets next day but no answer my calls and no reply messages after that.
I went to their office but the office address was just fake also.
I am going to report them to the police.

I had to get 3 quotes for my landlord for AC ducyt cleaning and Smart Touch came in at one third of one of the bigger well known maintenance companies. The team came peomptly at the agreed time and serviced/cleaned the 7 units and condensers which took mostof the day. Cleaned up after themselves. Very happy to recommend.

We recently used their services for our wooden floor polishing and Sofa & dinning chair stain removing cleaning and honestly were very impressed with the results. I would definitely recommend their services.

Liars! Owner and supervisor are liars! Don’t hire. They charge for AC cleaning/sanitation, but the job is so badly done. Not even the filters are clean. After heir performance I need to get the A/service again!

Very poor service. I had opted for deep cleaning service but it was not even equal to a normally paid maid cleaning service. When I had informed the manager post the guys left, he offered to send someone the next day but is now not respoding to my messages nor calls after 2days of follow up. Worst service. Never opt for deep cleaning service with them. I am planning for consumer complaint on them soon.

Great service, very professional crew. They spent 6 hours making sure the apartment is spotless, highly recommended.

-Not professional and their team has no experience. Just helpers with force but without understanding how things are cleaned
-They did not deliver in their promises
- they did more damage to the house
- they scratched my marble instead of making it shinny due to applying wrong type of polishing Matt
- simply they are either too busy or what they advertise is not who they are
- two teams of 4 people supposed to show up.only 3 came and the first day finished one room and then they promised to get anothet team with a supervisor.of course that did not happen the second day.the third day.they magically finished the rest of the house!

Fraud company, bad service and after took the money they disappear and nobody came back to re-do the job.

Very happy with services! Team of 5 people worked using heavy duty professional equipment and chemicals, had their superwiser at all time monitoring process. My garden tiles was deep cleaned and I was amazed with result, it started to look like brand new, all water stains and stubborn built in dirt and rust was gone! Sofas was deep cleaned with dramatic result as well, smells fresh, look new now. Work was done prompt, on time as planned, professional, with good results. I absolutely recommend Smart Touch services as this kind of work cannot be done with regular cleaning by yourself or housemaid, it is deep cleaning which required once a year to keep house looking at top shape and healthy.
