SMART ZONES UAE

They are very bad at customer handling. They dont even know how to deal with their new customers and they really need to study about customer caring no matter what their business scale is. I do not recommend this company for new comers at all.

I had a very terrible experience with this company. Trading License took them exactly 6 months to issue it (instead of 6 days as they promised) with too many delays from their side. The manager never answers her phone and when she does she always give none-sense excuses. Quotation given was very tricky in terms of numbers. They intentionally gave me wrong estimates and I had to pay additional 7,000 AED because of that. They do this all the time to attract customers. Do not trust the numbers they give you in the beginning because they will definitely change. The worst experience ever!

Mr Sourabh Thapa did a great job, he had to correct a lot of mistakes from my former PRO.
Also Mr Malik did everything so I got the passport and the Visa in time

Times have changed there, promises done, advances taken and not delivered. Slow work, little to no communication. No the policy is " pay me the money in advance and than excuses, excuses, and the worst.answered, ha that's how it is.should have known.not keeping word, keeping advances or prepayment even though not finishing there job.
My advice.be careful.or even.better stay away and use a different service provider

OWNER BE AWARE. EMPLOYEES DEMAND CASH PAYMENT TO THEM FOR SERVICES. WITHOUT RECIPES. AND THAN DO NOT DELIVER.

You are better off going directly to the government to set up your company or use a better service provider. They have ridiculous hidden charges and they charge you way more for every filing or even closure of your licence. I regret ever working with them.

I was really impressed with Ms Shobhna the manager and her assistant Sunny what they done is really amazing work. I received my 100percent owned mainland LLC company registered with residency within 7 days as she promissed. If I had my insurance ready I would have received it all within 5 days.

As I can see in your reply there is no objection to the amount that has not been returned. I think that the first thing, SMART ZONES has to do is to return all the funds, which have been required by me on numerous occasions, via email, telephone and in a meeting in SMART ZONES offices and which was also required by our local lawyer on November 5 in a formal letter, which has not been answered by anyone from SMART ZONES.
Amend: the expatriate visa took "only 56 days"

We has been working with Smart Zones more than a year. At the start of our everything was ok. But during the time, service become very bad. Expat VISA, took 3 months. That's why we decided to stop working with them.

As we made payment in advance (Please do not do it!) Last August 2019 We ask for the return of the part that had not been used: AED 21,783. Until today, this day the money has not been returned and every time we ask; they do not have a conclusive answer. For that reason, we decided to hire a local lawyer to request the return of the funds.

I think it is fair that other companies that want to require their services know this before making a prepayment to them.
