We had a great experience with Smiley laundry. They were very helpful picking up and dropping laundry off at hotel. Very happy with their service.

WORST SERVICE IN DUBAI! Do not use unless you want to lose your belongings!

In less than 3 months they:
- Delivered my clothes to the wrong apartment and sent me old pictures to claim that clothes were actually delivered to my place
- Delivered somebody else’s clothes to my apartment TWICE

Very punctual both for pickup and drop off. And the packaging was very professional. I have never seen anything like this in Dubai. This will be my go-to laundry from now on!

Good wash and fold service by weight, 1 day turnaround, free pick up and delivery which saves lots of time for travelers. Much better option comparing to overpriced services from hotels in the area.

Incredibly responsive and very well managed. Stayed in Dubai three weeks and Smiley managed three large laundry loads for our family of 4. Definitely recommend them for your laundry needs, especially given they have pickup and drop off service.

They are expensive but not only that they are rude. They must learn customer service in order to promote their business.

Seems like they have improved their services. The management takes notice of the customer's feedback and revert them with enhanced services. They have much improved in quality services and have proved they are professionals in their filed.
