What a place. Dirty place. Bad service place. Low standard pace. Don’t get cheated by the shiny look. Avoid them

Reasonably priced courier services - sure the big boys will be in trouble soon.
As long as SMSA focusses on customer service - they will be on top of the list!

Pathetic service by SMSA delivery guy. As it was far from where he was. He denied to deliver on same day. Made excuses as if anyone asked him to marry a man

Agent on site helped me with the shipment, informed me of missing Invoice and errors, provided a nice package for my shipment. Would recommend.

The most unprofessional company i have ever worked with. No tracking, you need to call them to understand where is the shipment. When you call them you will be lucky if they answer. They tell you it will take 2 days for shipment to arrive and then they have all the possible excuses why it’s late for a week. I have been trying to speak with a manager for 10 days, and they are “not allowed” to share his number, and he is not calling back as per his team request. Even if you are attracted by their cheap prices, they service is even cheaper.
I’m a company that does many shipments, and the employees feel very comfortable to lose a customer like me.
Hope a “manager” will see this message and honor me with a call.

Poor service I have ever had, If you're expecting parcel from them then I suggest you to forget about your item, only God knows when will they deliver.

Extremely bad service delivery took way longer than expected. Customer service has very bad response, each person told me a different thing and it took almost two weeks just to update my delivery address and deliver my shipment.

The worst courier service, not only in the country but in history!

I counted on them for my business, they ruined me! Take an honest advise and don’t try to deal, I ended up digging up their owner from LinkedIn just so I get my things back which were not delivered for 10 days!
The owner demanded the 19 dirhams! Unrealistically bad.

Worst delivery company ever! Mix the addresses and people’s names! Can’t get my parcel for so many days already although it’s at the company’s store for a week! Every day I get a call that it will be delivered tomorrow

Will never ever use them again as courier. Unprofessional way to deal with costumers and fake delivery dates! Lost shipments and no one responds to phones or emails! They should be abondened by iHerb.

One of the worst shipping companies i have ever dealt with, they called once for the shipment, and never called again and i
was trying to contact them for couple of days, and after hours of trying they picked up and promised they will deliver it same day and they didn't, never recommend this company at all.

No one answering the phone and emails are bouncing back! And If they answer they will immediately transfer you to another department who doesn't pickup the phone! And I have no idea where my shipment is! This was the first and will be the last time using smsa!

I used SMSA express delivery for the first time and this will unfortunately be my last time as well. The approximate delivery date has been missed and they have not updated the shipment tracking status for a few days now. I tried contacting them using the number provided but it's busy all the time. I even emailed them but my email bounced back because their inbox was full. There is absolutely no other way to get in touch and recieve feedback except telling others to avoid using them. Is this company a joke? ! I have also been reading their generic replies to everyone that had similar negative experiences, and I would like to add the customer service is non existent and the worst by far. DO NOT waste your time using their service! I'm pretty sure all the positive reviews are fake!

My shipment from iHerb has been in Dubai since Sunday and on Thursday it's still not delivered. I ordered 11 days ago, I ordered several times using DHL/Aramex and always got my order within a week. When I called to follow up on the 4 days delay I got an unprofessional and rude response. Will not use the service again.

I’d rate this company with 0 stars if it was the option. If you order anything from iHerb, please never chose SMSA express for delivery. First time I have my order delay and it’s first time when I use this company. Will not use it ever again. So poor costumer service as well in Dubai. When I called no one was helpful and didn’t want to listen to the problem.

If you want your order to be delivered on time use DHL or aramex. They deliver within less than a week.

No one answer the phone even if you wait 30min! And I have no idea where my shipment is! This was the first and will be the last time using smsa!

أسوأ شركة توصيل ولا أوصي أبدا للتعامل معهم ، تأخر الشحنات وعدم الرد على الهاتف بالساعات والأيام ، وتلف الشحنات بسبب سوء التخزين وتأخير تسليمها ، وفي حالة التحدث معهم إذا تم الرد عليك بعد عدة أسابيع تعاملهم سيء للغايه ويطلب منك الحضور لمقرهم ، بعكس شركة دي أتش أل قمة الأحترام وأحترافيه في التعامل وخلال ثلاثة أيام توصل الطلبيه إليك بدون تعب او مكالمات وبدون تتبع إلى باب منزلك ، شكرآ دي أتش أل على حسن تعاملكم ، كان استخدامي لشركة smsa أكبر خطأ وعليه سوف أحذر كل الناس وأصدقائي من التعامل معهم بأستمرار في جميع السوشيل ميديا وتويتر ، لكي لا يتورط أي أحد في التعامل معهم.

لو في اقل من صفر كنت قيمتهم. حراميه وكذابين الطلبيه واصله عندهم من اسبوع وكل يوم اتصل ويماطلون كل يوم يوعدوني انهم بوصلونها ولا شفت شي يعلكم السم
