Very bad service
only wasted my time without any answer
for more than 2 months I wasted my time

SMSALA is very nice platform to send SMS worldwide. The support team (my contact person: Waheed) is great at the help and service.
I got all the process done by him. And whenever I needed to amend any SMS template, it was quick with help of the support team.

Overall, I am totally satisfied with the service.

Our company has been working with this service for a long time, there are no problems, SMS sending works stably, tariffs are very reasonable and technical support always helps with any questions.

Rates are fair but must say the service is very bad. Submitted request for a new sender ID in UAE with all supporting documents on the same day. Was told the SENDERID will be activated in 2 days. Now its the 3rd week and not yet fixed. Only the sales team is doing the work and support guys are sleeping it seems. Totally disappointed. Don't know when its going to get fixed.

Fake website they took my money and now changed my password so iIam unable to login in my account and no password reset link is coming completely fake and chaeter website
