Soap Box Laundry , Dubai Marina

The worst experience, not about the service, but how they damaged my jacket, I brought it to the service last week, when I picked it up I immediately realized that it had lost the color because of the way they washed it, I filed my complaint with the guy and said he would send it to the warehouse again. Now that I have returned to pick it up it is completely damaged and broken. avoid disappointment and losing your clothes DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE.

Used them twice, both times failure. They say they deliver, but both times they didn’t, even a full day later than agreed. One time, they had mixed a wrong shirt in my order and had to search through their messy store for 20 minutes to find mine. Will never use them again.

I never take my staffs to this laundry, they have a poor service and give you back your clothes very late. I don’t recommend.

Easily the best laundry company in all of Marina and JLT area. Customer service is topnotch, very polite employees over the phone. 5/5 would recommend

I send them dirty clothes with stains, they send back the clothes with the same stains and charge me for it. I stopped sending them clothes.

Very bad service, delay one day in delivery. The clothes were delivered in very bad condition without ironing.

The worst service, the employees you know are liars forced me to pay double price. Moreover, my product came bad. I would never choose.do not choose!

Sharman the laundry guy charged me ead 47 for a long dress, when i asked to show me similar prices in there menu he said not all items are in the menu hehehe sham on you stilling people money like this dirty way

Really good service open long hours, even on weekends, friendly staff and even delivered to my hotel.

Great place to get you clothes and bedding fixed up. You can drop off and have them deliver of you can pick then up. I had a repair done here and it was a quick 30 job for them. Defiantly would recommend them for the marina area!

I call them last week sept. 25 to wash my carpet and as per service they said it will work or they will deliver within 5 days ‘ so until now i didn’t received it ‘ and i call them many times to deliver my carpet ‘ but i didn’t receive it. WHAT BAD SERVICE! No one will happy on your services.

Absolutely horrible service and store first time I was washing very expensive pants and they completely ruined it to the point where they don’t even fit me anymore. I had used them happily for a couple of weeks and then when I went with the complaint they said it was because you didn’t come back the next day. Im not supposed to try out all my clothes the same day. I don’t wear these pants unless it’s an important day and when I tried them on on I took it immediately. They said if you didn’t bring it next day we can’t do anything.
Never use this service again beware. I have 6 people who recommended this store in dubai marina and all of us have stopped using this place now.

I sent this shirt to this place for pressing, I received with an oil stain around the neck. I asked the business to take care of it and just clean the shirt for no charge but they refuses to do so even though I am a regular customer of theirs. I don’t recommend using this place at all.

Really it's a good laundry faw days ago I will go their and really good wash, good iron and good packing this laundry with free delivery thank you for good service

The worst laundry which damaged all clothes, some of the wasn’t washed at all. Without any comments. Better to wash it with your hands or find a normal one

Very bad service. They destroyed a new very expensive branded bath towel. I got it back full of black stains and completely teared at one side. I can not image how they were even able to destroy it in such huge way. Very very bad.

I got my laundry after 9 days and I have to call to remind them to deliver to me. When I received my duvet, it got stains on it which they said it was there already when it was not there before. Very unprofessional laundry service. Don’t waste your time and money in this laundry. Very poor service

Very disappointed with the service, I had brought a white t-shirt with a tea stain and pants with black stains on them, hoping that they could take them off but nothing was done!
I would like to point out that in the past they had removed the same type of stains from my pants and my t-shirt! It was exactly the same! However, I made it clear to them the location of the dirty stains!
In the end, they did nothing except put my clothes in a washing machine for a very expensive price! I am really disappointed because they have made no effort and it shows!
Moreover they are supposed to call me once the clothes are ready and on two occasions they have not done so and pretend that they called me several times and that I did not answer when my phone did never rang and that they have the correct phone number that I checked with them during my first visit!
In short, a service and a quality of work that knows deteriorated and a total disappointment.

The service is very unprofessional. In my opinion if you damage my scarf you should pay for it. I'm waiting more then one week to solve the problem no communication at all.

I had went to them for a couple of months. Service was pretty nice at first and them this sealed their fate as a continuing customer. Lawrence absolutely needs to be fired. He quoted me a price at 58.00 AED and then charged my card 68.00 AED. I noticed after I went home and when I put my laundry away I noticed two pairs of socks missing. I went back he said that I didn’t put the socks in the bag. I looked at him crazy because I know exactly what I put in my bag and he was not going to tell me different. I asked him about charging my card an extra 20 AED and states because of my slippers and asked him why wasn’t I told beforehand. Long story short he, Lawrence, argued with me in front of a customer and the customer left. Lawrence chased behind the gentleman leaving me in the store by myself. I noticed that customers clothing and garments were on the floor like trash. Again, Lawrence needs to be fired! He over charged me without consent, argued with me stating that I did not put my socks in my laundry, and chased after a customer leaving me in the shop alone. Why is he there? You lost a continuous customer but most of all you allow a man with no professional skills to run your business. Good luck!

I researched laundry mat around the hotel and found Soap Box has 4.5 stars. So I decided to give it a try. I contacted them through what's app and they responded quickly. Came directly to my hotel lobby to pick up my clothes and got it back the next day.
