Social House

I went to Dubai in January and me and my family stayed there for a week, and we ate 7 days straight at Social House because of the splendid view that we had (counting that you can watch the water show and you can see the Burj Khalifa), the amazing and delicious food, and the excellent attendant service.

I was obsessed with the Passion Mojito cocktail, it was flavourful and sweet, and also a Chocolate Milkshake that I unfortunately don’t know the name

My fav plates were: York-Style Fish and Ships, Half Roast Chicken, the Pollo Al Funghi and Chicken Alfredo Salad

The place itself is amazing. Great location and patio. The food was excellent. The waitstaff did not make me feel welcome there. I sat there for at least 4 hours people watching and enjoying front row seats to the fountain and Burj Khalifa. Waiters and waitresses walked passed me and would ask all the tables around me if they were fine or needed anything but never stopped to ask me. After so long of waiting to see if they ever would, I just decided to get their attention to place another order. I did it for the views and tasty food. Otherwise, I would have left and chose another fountain-view establishment. Serving Wine would also make this a 10-star restaurant, but there is no alcohol served here.

The ambiance is surely great, but what made it over the top great was the wonderful service! Luckily, we were served by the best of the best: Sharmaine, Nirnay, Bon and Flor. This staff really ensured our evening was blissful and extremely enjoyable. We got pretty much the best seat in the house because of Sharmaine, and our continued service was excellent with their collective group hospitality. Our evening really was turned beautiful because of them. A sincere thank you to Sharmaine and the rest of the crew.

Again, a very nice place for its ambiance. I suggest enjoying the evening here, as the light and water shows are right in front and lovely to enjoy with some coffee or full fledge meals (great variety and taste)!

Excellent food and superb view of Burj Khalifa Iconic fountain. Best place to relax and enjoy outdoor sitting during good weather with fantastic view! Food is bit on expensive side but worth due to the view.

Cozy restaurant inside the Dubai Mall, offering a wide choice for both breakfast and lunch. Very kind staff.

It is my favorite place in dubai. I have been met by Irina and her beautiful smile, she welcome me and my family with a very warm hospitality, she manage to accommodate us with a very speciap table. I am pretty sure that social house is a good place because of it's, employees like Irina, yunn and nirnay

I loved the attitude in this place! Waiters were attentive, realised that I didn’t like the table just from my eye sight, immediately offered another table! Also liked that that waiter asked about food allergies and advised on how to combine food for healthy evening experience! Thank you for your welcoming and caring attitude and attention!?

The sessions are beautiful, overlooking the fountain and the wonderful Burj Khalifa, between the loud music and the wonderful views. The prices are very high, and you have to re-order and confirm the prices, because they made a mistake with us and brought us 5 burgers, each for 89 riyals, and we demanded for 34, and he says the mistake is from you and we walked the topic because we sympathized with the waiter, the problem is the taste is not Live up to this price

Tasty Laksa. Great view of Burj Khalifa and fountain at night. Great service from staff too. If only the drinks is reasonable I would've place a 5 star. Coke is 18aed. 200ml. Girl, i couldnt push that laksa down my throat with that little amount of drink

Service is warm and welcoming, I really felt at home. The food is delicious, tried out the crispy prawns and popcorn shrimp salad for starters, bibimbap for the main and the meat melted in my mouth.
Absolutely recommend this place,

First of all I do never judge a place from the first time, so when it happens twice then there is a problem there, 1st time I came they were late in serving the drinks and I have been waiting 45 min for my food to tell me that they forgot to prepare it.
The 2nd time same so late to surve the drinks, and when I asked to move to a table in front of me I waited 15 min while the table is free with only dirty plates on it, when I moved there I found there is still some crumbs of bread so I asked the pakistani guy to clean it, well he brought a tissue and while cleaning instead of throwing the crumbs on the floor or in a plate he throws it on my husband, not even a sorry was said, and when we approached him about it he said aggressively that you were sitting that’s why it came on you.

Excellent restaurant with great food every thing is perfect also we greatly enjoyed Jomels service made our day. HIGHLY RECCOMEND the California and kamikaze sushi. Excellent food.

We arrived early to our reservation but it accually took over an hour. Food was good and the location by the fountain is the best

This one star is just because I could not find zero rating.
I did not even go in the restaurant and I will not do that in the future, a place like dubai mall should have the most profession staff work in otherwise no need to open in such a luxurious place.
The lady stands outside was unprofessional at all, I asked her a question and the shock was her response! She answered in A very rude way and told me to check the menu myself!
Such a shame.

Exceptionally good ambience with a good view of the Dubai Mall fountain and the Burj Khalifa. Try to get a outside seating in the evening to enjoy the view. The food was good but the half roast chicken that I ordered did not meet my expectations. Would love to visit to try something else.

We were a group of 3 and we all agree that it was a fantastic choice for lunch today! We ordered the chicken quesadillas, black pepper beer and I have the ribeye steak. My steak was ordered as medium rare and was cooked perfectly.
With Dev as out waiter, he set the mood to happy and enjoyable. Great member of your team, he was phenomenal! He made sure to ask for allergies and took care of my Dairy allergy and my steak was pleasantly enjoyed.
We will definitely be back and hope to have Dev as our waiter again.

Just a side note: nothing to bother about but the chilli is not evenly spread through the quesdillas, so some bites have no chilli and other bites are just full of chilli. Maybe watch that for an even spread through the quesadilla.

5 star food, 5 star atmosphere, 5 star on food choices and 5 star service provided by our host Cheryl. Highly recommended

A nice restaurant with a great view of the fountain and Burj Khalifa. Good atmosphere and food. It’s decent and quite, a nice place to spend your time with family and friends.

The coffee was good but the service was terrible.
We called a waiter but he takes time to respond to us while the other passed by us and totally ignored us.
Few minutes later someone was serving food to our table while we haven’t ordered any.

I’d give four stars because our server was nice. Food is good my family loved the sushi.i didn’t like the canjun sauce on our seafood bucket. But maybe its just me.

Good food and atmosphere. Expect crowds and noise. It's right next to the to the Dubai Mall fountain - view is great if you get a seat outdoors.

Great location, the food was perfect, except for the timing between the pre lunch food and the main course, both was amazing, highly recommended not smocking tables, the smocking tables has a better view

Social house has a variety of cuisines so there is always something appealing on the menu for everyone. The food was well presented. The peach ice tea was nice but they should consider taking out the fresh peach slices, because it gets stuck in the straw. Cheryl my server was amazing, she was friendly and checked up on us regularly. Ismayil was also our server and he helped recommending food items off the menu, very genuine people.

The best place to grab a bite while shopping for me. I love their baby spinach & seaweed salad with deep fried tofu. Yum yum
If you ever there ask for Ismayil he will make your experience easy and pleasant.

A Big restaurant with a nice location at the bottom of Dubai Mall, just across from Souk Al Bahar, I visited today, to get an all day breakfast. Over all the place was fairly busy, a nice atmosphere, initial interaction with staff was quick, but after that it took a little time to get an order placed and to get the cheque at the end. The Big Breakfast came with a choice of tea / coffee or orange juice, all for 69 AED. The coffee was pretty average and the food wasn't too bad. I'm glad I have tried the restaurant for Breakfast, but I probably won't be coming back for the same meal, especially when you have Cafe Bateel just around the corner.

You can get some great views of the Dubai Fountain from here. Nice food as well! You might need to book the outside seating in advance.
